We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that everything had been thoughtfully prepared for guests.One of our favorite parts was the kitchen. We cooked breakfast and dinner there almost every day, and it was stocked with absolutely everything we needed, from cookware and utensils to the little things you don’t usually find in vacation rentals. You can tell the hosts took time to make sure guests have everything they needed and made it feel like cooking from home.We also made great use of all the beach gear. Having chairs, toys, beach towels, and a cooler available made our beach days so much easier and saved us from having to rent or buy anything.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everyone slept great after long days exploring the island. The home is peaceful, well-maintained, and has beautiful views that made every morning and evening special.Super quiet neighborhood.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home base in Kona.Small gripes—- We had a hard time finding remote controls to the tvs, turns out they were in the couch cushion.There were baby geckos running around inside, but they didn’t bother anybody. Kind of cute actually.And not having a direct phone number to text someone with questions was annoying. But the host responded quickly to email when we reached out to request an early check in.
The home was clean, well stocked, we made use of just about everything in the kitchen. Very thoughtful with all the utensils, appliances, the gas grill, the cooler and beach toys in the garage… just about everything was perfect.
The property is in a good location. BEAUTIFUL home. Spectacular view. Trees full of birds in backyard, bringing that island vibe.
We stayed here for six weeks with our nuclear family, and rotating family guests visiting for smaller parts of the larger stay. One twin bedroom is a large "closet" room off the other twin bedroom, which makes it perfect for parents with small kids -- if only one of the twin beds could be at least a queen size for the parents! (We asked about this mid-stay and was told it's not an option, but would make a HUGE difference for families). The living room with the white couch connects the twin bed "wing" to the rest of the house and has its own split unit AC, which was lovely for having one colder room available. Everything else is awesome, spacious rooms, great pool, and the ADU in the back was perfect for In-laws, or a work-from-home suite. Very responsive, full size detergents provided, and even bought and assembled a new dresser in one room when there wasn't enough clothes storage! Garage is available for 2 cars, if they're not SUV/Trekker Vans. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here! The house is beautiful. The host was quick to respond, I really appreciated that. I asked if we could check in early and they allowed it which was great. The pool wasn't as deep as we thought but it was great for our kids. We had a 10/10 experience and would recommend.

Kitchen, decor and vibes were amazing. We were able to catch a lot of stars at night as well. There was a shower drainage issue in one of the bathrooms but the host was able to fix it the same day. One of the room does have a bunk bed however, this was not an issue for us. The master was amazing! The garage also had snorkeling gear which was great.
