Loved everything - gorgeous home and fully stocked with anything we might need.

Our visit was wonderful and a perfect location for couples get-away. Amenities were wonderful.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful, even more so than the photos listed. There were 3 couples, all were very comfortable in their rooms and being able to adjust the temperature in each room was great. The kitchen was spacious and had great appliances. The view was breathtaking and the pool/spa were amazing. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, our entire group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing vacation.

We are frequent visitors to the Bug Island and love this house! The only issue is that it's so lovely and peaceful we have a hard time leaving to explore the rest of the island. The pool and views are amazing, the interior is well-appointed and easy to navigate, the bedrooms are comfortable and pretty. Can't go wrong.

This outstanding property was a dream. Pictures don’t do it justice. The home is massive with several features we didn’t know about.  Immaculate inside and out, very comfortable beds, a kitchen so stocked you won’t believe it!  If you’re scrolling looking for a home in this area, THIS is the one! You’re welcome!!  And kudos to Gather for their extraordinary efficiency for all aspects of our vacation! We loved every minute!

Nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! This place was incredible! I’m serious when I say the pictures do not do it justice, it’s even more beautiful in person. If I could, I would post a picture of one of the incredible sunset we watched from the comfort of our pool one night.  The layout of the house is perfect for a family with the master suite truly being a whole half side of the house and sticking the kids all with their own bathrooms on the other side. The kitchen was immaculate and so well stocked with all of the cooking supplies we could’ve ever needed. In fact, the entire house was well stocked with supplies. The yard and pool area is immaculate and very well-maintained and clean . The one thing I was a little concerned about was some people‘s reviews about how this house overlooks the road. It does, but it’s still completely private. Even standing on the opposite sidewalk looking up at the pool, you cannot see people in the pool. Not to mention, it’s a quiet neighborhood

We were visiting as a family of 4 and it was worth the price. Beautiful view, close proximity to town and many beaches and far better than any of the resorts on this island. Thank you

As we pulled into the property, I was a little apprehensive that the property wouldn’t quite live up to the expectations we had in our minds after looking at the pictures online for months and anticipating our time on the Big Island. When we walked in all my fears were allayed as it was everything we hoped it to be. The home was great in every way. Being able to open the great room fully to the pool area and the beautiful Hawaiian weather was a real treat that we haven’t had anywhere else we’ve stayed. We spent so much time enjoying the wonderful vista for sunrises and sunsets and it was tough to leave.Communication was easy and responsive with the management team. They were great to work with.The property was very well equipped. If you need it, it’s probably available. There was even a panini maker and pasta maker - didn’t need to use either one but nice to know they had them if we needed them! As a nice touch, the washing machine had a container of detergent pods so I didn’t even have to use the ones I brought along. The master bed was very comfortable and the pillows, something that are so often just big bags of mushy feathers, were firm enough that I didn’t miss my own at home. WiFi was very fast and stable throughout our stay. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and would recommend the property to anyone looking for a wonderfully relaxing time in Hawaii.

The stay was amazing, everything we expected and more. The state of the property was immaculate and beautiful. Every appliance you could need. The pool area was relaxing and exceeded expectations. The neighborhood was extremely safe, neighbors were very nice. We would definitely come back here should we travel to Hawaii again. This was better than any resort we could have stayed at. Such a beautiful home decor is incredible pool hot tub. Layout of the house is fantastic. Close to grocery store some restaurants and the ocean check in check out was smooth. The gate was easy. Had a wonderful stay.

The big island was our last island to visit, although Kauai and Maui are better suited to our lifestyle, this house made the trip special. We typically love to explore, but on this trip we really enjoyed hanging out around the pool and taking in the views. The house was immaculate, high quality, and the layout was perfect for our group, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, several pool floats, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, etc… The outdoor living space felt like a private resort. The neighbor hood is very quiet and peaceful. Congratulations to the owners on providing such a beautiful property for others to share. Thank you!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved this home. It is a great location. We loved the pool and spa/ hot tub. The views were spectacular and I took pictures every morning (so serene) and every evening (gorgeous sunset). The home provided pool toys so my kids (from one to 12 years old) were always busy playing in the pool if we were home. The kitchen was fantastic. Any time we ate, we ate outside. We would definitely come back here!!

This home was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! The home easily accommodates 6 adults. All of the amenities and comforts of home are readily available. Whoever designed and setup the home did a spectacular job. The home is very spacious. The outdoor space is just as beautiful. On the patio, I enjoyed watching the ocean during the day and the moon and stars at night. Home is more spectacular than the posted pictures. Home is centrally located in Kona, 1.75 hours from Hilo. The drive to Hilo is beautiful. Was initially reticent about the price for the rental, because sometimes the places don't live up to the description or photos. That is not the case with this home!! I didn't want to leave and would gladly stay again, it was worth every dollar!!

This was our 3rd time back to the Big Island & definitely the best, with our second time in a VRBO in the Keauhou Bay Devt. Island Oasis was our favorite overall. Quiet neighborhood. We settled right in & it felt like home away from home. Serene, gorgeous views & I LOVED the Masterbed mattress! Best sleep I've had in years!! We'll be back!

What a wonderful home - pictures don't do it justice. Everything was high quality and well situated. Great pool / hot tub / outdoor area - amazing sunset views. It's not terribly close to restaurants (10-20 minute drive depending on traffic), but we didn't mind as it was very quiet and peaceful. All communications from the host were well-structured, timely, and responsive. Highly recommend!

The home was amazing...the location as well. The house was so nice, we ended up hanging out there much more than we had anticipated. We started each day out and about and retreated back to the house to enjoy the pool in the afternoons and for sunset. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. Thank you for accommodating us.

We had our first vacation in Hawaii at a home managed by Elite Pacific Vacations. It is an amazing property called "Island Oasis." It is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa, with a masterfully designed and crafted interior. The rooms in the house are all elegantly decorated and furnished.The kitchen is spacious and is part of a great room concept that boasts a large island with a bar, a secondary island with extra sink, and a large living room with ample space to sit and relax. The great room is connected with the lanai via floor to ceiling, glass sliding doors that you can open up almost the entire length, but also have secondary screen doors. The pool has a 40 foot infinity wall that makes you feel as if you're next to the ocean. The hot tub is in the shape of a half circle and also provides a wonderful view towards the sunset.The 2 bedrooms on the south side of the house are spacious and have a queen and king bed respectively and include their own bathrooms. The master suite feature 5-star accommodations, including a king bed and a walk-in closet. The adjoining master bathroom has a bathtub and a multi-head shower setup, along with two sinks and water closet.Despite the difficulties of traveling during the pandemic, we had a great experience. The booking process with Elite Pacific was pretty straightforward and I found the staff to be helpful and responsive. We are definitely in love with Hawaii and hope to be back soon! Mahalo!

The pictures online of this property were what made us rent this house. But, truly the pictures did not do it justice. The views throughout the house were amazing. The house itself was gorgeous with a huge kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The layout of the house was perfect with the Master Bedroom on one end and the two other bedrooms located at the other end separated by the kitchen and family room. The pool and hot tub as well as the comfortable chaises and outdoor furniture made us want to hang out at the house all day. The putting green was an added bonus and the gated community made us feel very safe. My family already wants to return!

This house is stunning! The views are breathtaking especially from the pool & hot tub. The house also has a lot of privacy and things feel very clean and well cared for. The pool and hot tub water is also very clean and the temperatures were perfect. We cannot wait to come back again soon!!!

The location was just as amazing as the pictures look, a truly amazing experience that felt like once in a lifetime! We had such a great time we ended up staying one additional night, which I think is the best compliment!

Wow, is all i can start off by saying. Completely worth the money. My husband and i just celebrated our honeymoon here for a week and it was everything we could have ever imagined. We loved the sliding glass doors, and the lanai was where we spent most of our time. The pool was perfect for all day swimming, the views from the infinity pools edge are unbelievable, and the hot tub was oh so cozy. The master bedroom bed was super comfy and all the pillows were so soft. Superior cooking equipment. Romantic sunsets nightly. Cotton candy clouds every morning and evening. Safe and secure neighborhood. Easiest checkin ever. Things that we did that were all relatively close to our air bnb was a private sail boat cruise around the islands coast, ate at island lava Java (multiple fresh juices), ate at ulu @ the 4 seasons, golfed @ Kona Country Club which was amazing, and laid by the pool and used the grill a lot. Absolutely will be back. Loved our first ever experience of Hawaii!

The photos do not do justice to how well planned, well kept, thoughtful, convenient and beautiful this home is. Pros: You have everything you need in the home, kitchen, pool floating etc. Sunset views are unbeatable. Groceries and gas are within 1.5 miles. Cons: Absolutely none! We will visit here again within the year.

Great place to stay with beautiful views. Enjoyed our stay. Very quick to respond to questions. Keep in mind quiet times and you can hear people next door as soon as quiet time ends if they have little children who love to scream in the pool at 8 am.

Island Oasis is absolutely amazing! This home was perfect for our family vacation - everyone had their own beautiful and comfortable bedroom space with private bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with every kitchen tool, appliance and gadget you would ever need. The lanai and salt water pool area are a dream! Watching the sunset from here every night was breathtaking! The community is well kept, quiet and private which made for a relaxing experience and stay.

Absolutely incredible! They had everything ready upon arrival— towels, coffee, sunscreen, and all the plates and appliances needed to host a dinner party. Spectacular views and definitely worth coming back:)

Beautiful house, exactly as pictured & described. The kitchen is amazing & stocked with every possible dish, pot, & appliance (blender & immersion blender, electric griddle, coffee maker & espresso maker, food processor, etc.) you could want to cook elaborate meals. The bedrooms are comfortable, & the bathrooms are spacious. The pool deck is gorgeous with a wonderful ocean view. It's a short drive to a shopping center with groceries, drug store, shave ice, bookstore, gas, etc. The check-in process was simple & smooth with accurate communications. Totally recommend this place!

This place has everything— including great security! The location is ideal with just enough distance from downtown for both quiet privacy and easy access. The home itself is beautiful and beautifully appointed, with a private bathroom in each bedroom plus a powder room as well. We cooked quite a bit and enjoyed the top notch appliances— even the dishes and glassware were really nice quality. There were other thoughtful touches throughout such as pool toys, quality towels and plenty of them. We would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beautiful, elegant home-away-from-home on the Big Island!

Great place. Exactly as advertised. Beautiful views of the sunset every night. KTA and a shopping center and gas station are close and conveniently located a short drive of about a mile away. Easy check in and the place was very clean and comfortable. No issues whatsoever while staying there. Would definitely stay here again.

I rented this property with a group of friends for my 30th birthday. I couldn’t imagine anything better! We woke up every morning with a gorgeous view and had a quick swim in the pool. Having a private hot tub was amazing too. The layout of the house was perfect- giving everyone private space when needed but allowing us to enjoy time together in the kitchen, living room, and outdoor patio. We had plenty of towels for the pool and showers and pool floaties and beach equipment were readily available to us as well. Any questions or requests were quickly addressed by the property management team. While we explored a lot of Kona and the Big Island, I could have easily spent everyday lounging by the pool. Overall, a wonder stay and one of my best rental house experiences!

We had a blast. House was clean and comfortable, including pool and hot tub. Lots of amenities, full kitchen so our chef had no problem with anything. Great secure neighborhood. Only hiccup was told to request an early check-in by calling when we arrived but when we did the office is closed on weekends. However the couple little things we needed addressed, we called or emailed and it was taken care of. Great stay, would definitely look to rent again.

It felt like walking into a postcard of Hawaii with every sunset. It has beautiful views to watch the sunset each night in the lanai and a kitchen to die for. We absolutely love to cook and this well-appointed, spacious kitchen had everything we needed to prep and dish up some incredible meals. It was a fantastic home to come back to each evening or stay in all day. The location is perfect for road trips to explore the Big Island as well as get groceries or try out restaurants. This is a wonderful property in a quiet gated community. The infinity pool and hot tub were great. The pool was much deeper than I was expecting which allowed for not only floating in the sun but swimming. There is plenty of outdoor seating and huge glass doors to open the whole house up. The photos don’t do this justice. It is amazing!!
