Absolutely loved our stay at this house. We really enjoyed the pool and it was cool at night so the hot tub was such a relaxing way to spend the evening after hiking at the national park during the day. Pretty private backyard space with a great outdoor table area. We were thankful for the snorkel equipment and used the beach chairs and cooler. Gated community, felt very safe. Easy to get to a lot of locations from this house. Loved every minute of it.

We had a seamless experience with the host company and a pleasant stay. The house is beautiful and was very clean. It was perfect for our family of 5. I just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities.

The house was perfect for the 5 of us. The 3 king beds are very comfortable and all nights were restful. The spa and the pool were clean and great to keep us entertained for the times we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The kitchen has all modern amenities and equipment. We loved every moment of our stay.

The house is also decorated tastefully and is free of any extra items and clutter. This helps to further unwind and feel relaxed. 

We heartily recommend this place for vacationing and would ourselves stay here again.

We were blown away with this homes beauty, cleanliness, amenities and comfort. From the comfortable beds, bright-open living spaces, well equipped kitchen, endless beach toys, bikes to ride and the stunning backyard with the perfect pool and hot tub. Truly one of favorite stays so far in Hawaii!

Beautiful property with a wonderful outdoor area. The area was quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. We had two teenage boys with us and they really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time on our family vacation! The house was perfectly set up for 6 people with plenty of room. We spent every night out at the hot tub & pool and enjoyed some dinners out in the outdoor dining area. House was well equipped with everything we needed! They even supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and more. Very close, easy drive into town and a wonderful gated community for morning walks with great views. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Overall, the house was exactly how it was described. It was clean and in a great neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were a welcoming option after a day out on the town. We also found the barbecue and outside dining table a definite plus! We were only there 5 nights but with all the amenities we needed and privacy with this beautiful place we felt like home! May family and I stayed here for 10 days during a recent trip to the Big Island. The neighborhood is gated and absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect for us. The home itself was large, clean, and well appointed. We usually ate two meals a day at the house so it was great to have a large kitchen to cook or just make sandwiches to bring to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great to come home to after whatever our adventure was for the day. Having a washer and dryer was a real benefit and the extras like coolers, beach chairs, and snorkel gear were an unexpected perk as well. Communication was excellent from the very beginning and we felt the price was very reasonable for this property. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great, relaxing, and peaceful stay. Quick response to my concerns and resolved immediately. House was comfortable and had everything I could have wanted. I have already recommended this house to friends and family. I will definitely stay here again.

House was great, the bikes and extra items in the garage are a huge plus, keeps you from needing to purchase small things like coolers and boogie boards.

This house was great. One of the main points for my group was internet and the high speed internet was able to support 3 of us on video calls which was great. The house was well stocked with all the things you could need for a beach day: chairs, umbrellas, masks, snorkel, coolers, boogie boards, etc. House was clean, kitchen was well equipped, yard was huge, and the pool was clean. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Location was super close to town which was an added bonus.

We had a fantastic time at this house in Kona. It is in a beautiful gated community, just minutes from world class snorkeling and downtown. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the pool and plenty of outdoor seating for Al fresco meals. The house is well appointed with plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, and other beach gear (umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys). The kitchen had most utensils and baking dishes you could need for a week and plenty of storage containers. Our one complaint was that the secondary bathroom shower was quite slick and could probably use an in shower mat or safety bars, or both. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

A great place to stay. House is very spacious and the pool is amazing. Location is great, quick drive to shops or even walking distance once you know the shortcuts. We spent more time at the pool than the beach.

This was an amazing property to stay at! Check in was a breeze, easy communication with the managers. The house was very comfortable. We had four people stay here and there was plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The location is an easy drive to downtown. It literally felt like our house, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great. We have teenagers and having a pool and hot tub in the backyard was just perfect for those down times at the house. We used the pool/spa every single night. We loved the sunset views when we were not down at the beach. We loved the house, just the right amount of space for everyone to have their own room.

My family and I had a great time at this house! All the amenities were great, it had everything we needed: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pack n play, etc etc. the location was great and perfect for our family of 6! We loved sitting in the backyard by the pool and grabbing breakfast and dinners! We were even able to grab a couple of ripe mangos from the mango tree and eat them! Would love to stay here again 🙂

Wonderfully large home and yard with fun pool and lots of peace and quiet. The location is centralized and very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. There’s tons of items in the kitchen to make your meals a breeze to make. A/C throughout. Comfy beds and lots of blow up ones as well for guests. WiFi is strong. Tons of linens and towels available. Awesome home for a vacation. Strongly recommended!

This was my first time using Airbnb. We've always stayed in hotels, so I was a little hesitant to rent this house. I have to say that I will be using Airbnb again. This house was absolutely perfect! The location was great, it was right in the middle of everything. The house was clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all. The next time we go to Kona we will be renting this house as long as it's available. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and quiet. It's just what we needed. The house had everything we needed and when I say everything, I mean everything. From body wash, shampoo, conditioner to beach toys, beach chairs, ice chests, beach umbrellas, sunblock, towels, everything!! All we needed was our clothing and food. Thank you for letting us this home for our vacation,we had a great time!!

This house was perfect for my family’s recent stay in Kona. The house was very spacious and comfortable and the private pool was heaven!!! We have been to Kona many times and it seems the owners of this home really know what a guest needs to be comfortable— there were coolers, beach chairs and an umbrella we could take to the beach and plenty of towels and a nicely stocked kitchen! I would highly recommend this home and will certainly come back in the future!

The house is spacious and clean. Pool & spa are amazing. Wish it was a bit more closer to the beach but otherwise it is an excellent property & I strongly recommend it.

This property was conveniently located, has ample space and most importantly was super clean. We will definitely try and stay here again on our next visit to the island.

House comes equipped with EVERYTHING a family with any age kid needs. I didn't need to bring a lot of items I thought I'd want (goggles, reef shoes, floaties). Highly recommend this house for a visit to Kona.
