The Ko Olina Golf Club, the marina, and the resort's restaurants sit a short drive away, along with the shops and grocery at Kapolei. Honolulu and the airport (HNL) sit east on the H-1, close enough for day trips into town and an easy arrival.

Please note: The former Paradise Cove Luau property next to the Kai Lani community is currently undergoing redevelopment following its closure on December 31, 2025. Construction began on March 2, 2026, and is expected to continue for approximately 21 months. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. During this time, guests may occasionally experience construction-related noise, traffic, or light dust.

The walk to the lagoons is a short one, flat sidewalk the whole way out to the water. If you want Ko Olina without the resort tower, take this one.
