The great room at Kaiana Villa features an airy-but-cozy living area and a dining area for six, both of which flow into a clean and bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a large island with bar seating. Ideal as a gathering place for your group, the space also includes a charming breakfast nook with tropical garden views. The living area opens to a covered lanai, another perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast in paradise.
Each peaceful, comfortable bedroom at Kaiana Villa has split air conditioning, high ceilings, and its own gorgeous, modern full bath. Two of the bedrooms also have direct lanai access.
This one-of-a-kind Princeville vacation rental is within walking distance of shopping and dining at the Princeville Center, as well as the legendary Princeville Makai Golf Club and stunning beaches like Puu Poa and Hideaway. A short drive in one direction leads to the white sands of Anini Beach, the quaint town of Kilauea, and the Kilauea Point Lighthouse and National Wildlife Refuge. A short drive in the other direction leads to the restaurants, shops, and spectacular sights of Hanalei town. Stand-up paddling, surfing, hiking, snorkeling, and endless other adventures are also easily accessible nearby.

Amazing Stay at Kaiana Villa
by Maggy KweeWe stayed at the Kaiana Villa in August & had such a wonderful experience. The property is so beautiful, with all the comforts of home, and very close to the beach. All of our needs were met & more. The home is gorgeous & fully stocked, even beach equipment is made available. Easy & close access to restaurants, grocery store & park … great neighborhood. The customer service from Yen was excellent. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you very much for a great stay, I will definitely be back.

Lovely Princeville Home Close to Everything
by StephanieWe (family of four, three adults, one teenager) stayed at the house for 8 nights and we had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful, well equipped and in a quiet cul-de-sac. You can walk to the beach in 25 minutes, it’s a beautiful hike down to the sand area, very private and gorgeous beach. Easy 5 minute walk to the local supermarket, restaurants and cafes. We loved it and hopefully will come back!

Very beautiful house. Perfect peaceful location. Exactly how it looks in pics. Very close to Hanalei Beach. We felt very homely & very nicely organized in every single detail.
