We stayed here with our baby and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The location is super convenient — great if you’re planning to explore the north side of the island. It’s peaceful and private, which we really appreciated. There’s a bike path right near the house, so we enjoyed stroller walks every day. A grocery store is within walking distance, which made everything much easier with a baby. The sunroom was a highlight for us — it was raining during part of our stay and we ended up spending a lot of time there. There’s also a closet stocked with beach equipment, which was incredibly useful and convenient. The host was very responsive and replied quickly whenever we had questions. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

My family stayed here for 6 days. Such a beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. The beds are especially comfortable. Great neighborhood, easy to walk to market.
Amazing home, clean, everything we needed was available. Close to shops. 20-30 min walk/hike or an 11 min drive to some of the most incredible beaches and views on the island. I worked remotely, and it’s worth noting that while the office space is on the third floor, it’s open to the rest of the house.

Our family of four recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb on the north shore of Kauai, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the accommodations and the attention to detail that made our stay unforgettable. Each of us had the luxury of retreating to our own king-sized beds at the end of a sun-soaked day. With each bedroom featuring its own bathroom, mornings were a breeze, allowing us to get an early start on our adventures. The privacy and comfort afforded by this setup were truly appreciated, making it feel like a home away from home. The heart of the house, the kitchen, was fully appointed with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy our meals, from the morning coffee to the evening BBQs. Speaking of BBQs, the outdoor space was a highlight of our stay. Lots of extras including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, extra ice, and outdoor drying racks. We hope to come back again. All of our needs were met & more. The home is gorgeous & fully stocked, even beach equipment is made available. Easy & close access to restaurants, grocery store & park … great neighborhood. The customer service from Yen was excellent. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you very much for a great stay, I will definitely be back.

Lovely Princeville Home Close to Everything
by StephanieWe (family of four, three adults, one teenager) stayed at the house for 8 nights and we had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful, well equipped and in a quiet cul-de-sac. You can walk to the beach in 25 minutes, it’s a beautiful hike down to the sand area, very private and gorgeous beach. Easy 5 minute walk to the local supermarket, restaurants and cafes. We loved it and hopefully will come back!
