Beautiful beach home!! Omg!! I can't describe enough how much we love this place. Clean and very artistic atmosphere inside and expansive back yard toward beach. You can jump to the ocean right from home to walk along the beach or do surfing without having to go to drive and park to access the beach.
Claudia, property manager was very kind and accommodating with whatever we asked and very responsive whenever we needed.
Kailua area is very friendly and health oriented town. Whole foods is 5 mins away and all stores or restaurants are close by. Stores to rent surfing boards and ocean sports goods are available all around the area.
I recommend this place to anyone who want to make most of stay in Kailua area.

A wonderful place on the most spectacular beach! We went with extended family, from grandparents down to babies, and it was comfortable and fun for everyone. Claudia was helpful and responsive with all of our questions. We would definitely come visit again.

Perfect Location - Perfect Home!

The property is set well back from the road so all you hear are crashing waves and tropical birds- it is heavenly! The breeze blows 24/7 so the rooms were never too hot and we didn’t miss AC at all. The house has everything you need and while the bathrooms aren’t new, all the appliances, beds, furniture, etc. are brand new and high quality. The beach is stunning, the water warm, and the waves outside perfect for boogie boarding. If you’re interested in other sports- the kayaking, surfing, and kite boarding from the house are all amazing and right there- not even a drive. We can’t wait to be back for another month away.
