It is exactly like the photos, clean and has an ocean view. We rented a car but if you don’t, this place is walkable to so many places and right in downtown, you can even walk to the beach.

We used the place for a home base to explore the island. It is easy to get to with lots to do in the evening. We really liked being able to walk to the waterfront just blocks away.

The place was even nicer in person. The view is even better from the balcony than what shows in photos. The apartment has everything that you need for your stay. Well equipped kitchen, beach gear, well stocked bathroom with extra towels, extra bed linens and they also provided us with laundry and dish washer soap which we actually used. The location is great, 10 min walk to restaurants, cafes and groceries stores in Kona. We only use the car when we went to the beach. We got a numbered parking spot which is not exactly next to the apartment but wasn’t a big deal for us. The building complex is nice, with green foliage and colorful flowers, and many local residents as well. To get to the apt there’s a 3 flights of stairs with no elevator so if you any physical/health impediment this is not for you. Lastly, management was very accommodating and responsive which we appreciated. We’re very happy with our stay. Recommended!

Only 5min for Kailua beach by walk. Also, equipment of condo is enough and good condition. I want to return soon!

Great location. Near restaurant and grocery store. The place is clean and cozy, really feels like home. Ductless mini-splits air conditioner is a big plus, keep the apartment cool and quiet.

We had a great stay at the condo! I'd like to debunk a few comments I read in other reviews - 1) previous reviews made it sound like the parking spot was far away, it's a tiny condo complex and its a 1 minute walk so complaining about how far the spot is from the unit seems ridiculous. It was very easy and convenient. 2) We had also read reviews that the hideaway bed is uncomfortable, I'd also like to clear up that it's very comfortable, it's a nice memory foam type of mattress. The kitchen had everything we needed, unit was clean, and we enjoyed the views of the ocean from the patio. We would happily rebook on another trip! Thanks!

Really great location. The place is very clean. Exactly what you want for a Kona-based adventure. You can easily walk to and from plenty of shopping and places to eat. No regrets staying here at all!

This condo was great, and a great value. It was a quiet area, all the neighbors were kind. The parking spot is far from the condo, not sure why the assigned parking spot is so far away. There was boogey boards, umbrella and towels in closet. It's walking distance (.25 miles) to a little beach. Pool and BBQ is right down the stairs and fun to hang out at as well.

Location was nice...easy to get to and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Pull out and main bed were both comfy and ceiling fans were extremely helpful. Kitchen was excellent.

Condo was clean and complex was very close to the commercial area so you can just walk to nearby shops. Check in was easy. Only downside was parking slot was on the other side of the condo and that there is no elevator if you needed to haul a lot of stuff. Overall though, very convenient and good value for money. They even have some beach equipment you can borrow. Would stay again if ever.

Our stay at the Kalanikai 306 was wonderful. We loved the condo, the location near downtown and open kitchen -living room. The one point we found inconvenient is that the parking spot is at the opposite section of the complex even though there are parking spots right under the 306. A bit inconvenient when you have to carry groceries three floors up. Anyways, if we go back to Kona we'll probably book again with Elite Pacific again. Your service is top notch. Mahalo! M. A.

The place was beautiful, the office answered the phone promptly when I had questions and the kitchen was very well equipped!

Large condo with all the amenities for cooking meals there. Quiet area, yet within a short walk to shops and restaurants…and a great shave ice place.

Very comfortable condo that is well-maintained and equipped for a family staying on the Big Island. The condo is in a very quiet complex with a nice pool, barbecue grills, etc. Only a block from the downtown area so convenient to shops and restaurants. Assigned parking spot so you know where you will be parking. Distant view of the ocean and very nice greenery on the grounds.

The view is AMAZING! A few blocks to the ocean and great places to eat! The Murphy bed gave us extra space to stay in the same condo together ❤. A full kitchen was big enough to make a whole Thanksgiving dinner. The host included pool towels which was a life saver.

The location of the condo is perfect. No other way to express it. Close to grocery stores, dining, downtown, beaches, and transit. To be honest we only used the condo to sleep and eat breakfast which is all you need for vacationing in Hawaii or any tropical destination. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay: comfy beds, clean bathroom, full kitchen with all the necessities, and a good size living room with a great view of the ocean. Highly recommended!!!

Woke up to an amazing view every morning. Perfect location for staying in Kona. Gas station and Safeway are walking distance as well.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect to get to local attractions, food and supplies. The cleaning fee was over priced considering the check out instructions require almost everything to be done. Overall I would stay again.

This condo was great. Awesome location and clean. Had everything we needed. Loved the view from the balcony, was wonderful for morning coffee and evening night cap. The kona coffee was a wonderful touch. This was an awesome getaway.

Wonderful condo. One of the best Air B&B’s we have stayed at. Great location and price. Condo has every thing; from the utensils to a wash and dryer appliances and more. Great view. And location is perfect.
