This was a wonderful option for our family for our Big Island vacation. The condo is in a secure neighborhood with beautiful landscaping and close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Restaurants and shopping are close and so are some great beaches. The AC was vital. The condo is spacious and attractively maintained and decorated.

We had a good relaxing stay here. Lovely community and pool, convenient parking and spotless spacious apartment and lanai. Thanks for being flexible with early check in! Our family had a great time at the Ocean Pool and in the apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at Kanaloa at Kona. The actual condo looked exactly like the photos posted on the internet. Easy process to check in. Felt super safe during our time at Kanaloa, both for our personal safety and our belongings. Loved the options of the 3 pools and visited each one. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping, and activities.

It was great staying with Gather - everything was exactly as described. Also, communication with their team was very efficient. We asked for early check-in and the managers did their best to meet our request and kept us very up-to-date with what was happening at the unit (they needed to do a small repair otherwise were happy to let us in earlier!). Amenities were plentiful - we were so happy to find snorkel gear, travel/hiking guidebooks, games and a well stocked kitchen to use. There was no shortage of towels and other necessities (like toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies). It was only me and my boyfriend staying there, but I could see a family easily being comfortable there as well. The only thing is that my boyfriend and I prefer firmer mattresses, but would def recommend and stay again!

I stayed here with my mom and brother and we loved this place. Loved how this place had a washer and dryer as well! Very clean, had a nice view, it was right next to the ocean as well so you can hear the waves of the ocean at night, also really close to a lot of food spots and stores. My only complaint is that the bathrooms can get really hot, they don’t have fans in there or anything so if you like getting ready in there it gets hot! Besides that everything was perfect ☺️ we were happy staying here

The property was simply beautiful. Overlooking the golf course, in a quiet neighborhood. Walked to the Outrigger next door which had manta ray views at night and sits on historic Hawaiian grounds with markers - a walkable “museum”. The unit was clean, spacious and well appointed with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkeling gear. A couple of pools, one overlooking the ocean. Safe for valuables and washer and dryer was nice to have! Perfect stay! Would definitely come back!

Our stay was fantastic! The condo provided us with PLENTY of space and the bathrooms and living areas were so nice! I really enjoyed how quiet the community was and how easy it was to walk around the community to see the sunrise & sunset over the ocean. Everyone working in the community was so friendly!

We stayed here with our 3 kids and all of us loved it. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was beautiful ? right on a golf course and the ocean! The 2 pools were perfect! They even have racket ball. Its a gated community so you feel very secure and everyone is super friendly! The Condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach, pool snorkeling, ect. I will definitely be back! Me and my family couldn't have asked for more... Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

We enjoyed the house very much. It was very comfortable and clean and more than enough room for our group of 5. The beach towels and equipment were very helpful. I wish we had more time in the house to relax, but we were busy exploring the island. The location was accessible to all the parts of the island- north, south, east and we explored it all! Also close to groceries and restaurants. Check in and check out was super easy and Elite has been very responsive with communications (but we did not have to communicate with them at all). It was a nice home-away-from-home vibe! We enjoyed the house very much and the complimentary Kona coffee. Mahalo!

Sometimes it is the little things that make the difference of making a place good from great. For this one it is because how clean it was, how well the amenities are kept, and of course great location. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware in great condition. Also what a nice touch to have a bag of ground coffee availableuu! We would consider renting this space again! Thank you so much!

Great place. Spacey, very quiet, nice decoration, full amenities, clean. Beautiful location. Wifi is good. We really enjoyed the patio and the ocean pool. My son was so happy he was able to play tennis. Don't hesitate

Great experience! The pools were nice, the space inside and the large balcony were amazing. They even had beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, sandtoys). I do wish we were walking distance to a beach for kids, we were close to beautiful views and access to water (just can’t play or swim there). I would still recommend staying here!!

The Airbnb offered everything we needed and more. There were all sorts of things for the beach, the kitchen, relaxation, and more. It was very roomy and comfortable, plus private and quiet. We definitely would come back.

Beautiful, quiet area. Access to multiple pools/ hot tubs. Had issues with access code that was given not working, but the after hours guy helped us out quickly and even followed up the following day. The condo was clean and was fairly well equipped.

This place is beautiful! Right next to the ocean and on a golf course. How can it get any better! The house was clean and it had all that we needed for our stay. We loved to spend early mornings on the back patio.

Nice apartment 10 min south of Kona. Located in a quiet community with supermarkets close by and with a tropical view. Nice and roomy apartment with all the amenities that we needed. Really easy to check in and out.

Great place to stay. Perfect location, nice and calm property. Very responsive host. Comfy bedding, great well packed kitchen, amazing complementary coffee. Don't stress about no AC, fans work good and the temperature inside is perfect. Everything looks exactly as listed. We had some problems with check in, the passcode didn't work, but Liam solved the problem really quickly. We also had problems with wifi, multiple attempts to solve it didn't work, but it the host did everything possible and made a 1 night refund because the problem wasn't fixed during our stay. Anyway it only did good for us, perfect retreat in the great place. Recommended for families with kids.

This unit was a good size for our stay with a family of four plus one grandparent. The living room and dining room are quite spacious and the sofa bed was reasonably comfortable. Everything was freshly decorated and in good condition. The ceiling fans in every room worked well to keep things comfortable so we were not bothered by having no AC. There were no bugs/pests at all. The lanai was wonderful with such a sense of privacy, a beautiful view of the golf course and lush landscaping all around. We spent most of our time out there when we weren’t sleeping or at the beach or pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a large walk in closet and a small lanai with a table as well which was nice space to have in the evenings once the kids were in bed and someone was asleep on the sofa bed. The hosts were organized, responsive to communication, and quickly solved our one problem we had regarding sheets for the sofa bed. The kitchen has most things you need to cook with, but you will need to bring or buy replacements for consumables like laundry/dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. and there were minimal basic cooking ingredients so we did need to buy all the things such as oil, condiments, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
