Excellent location, good views, the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils.  Convenient (walking distance) to shopping center with multiple restaurants, coffee shop, grocery and drug store.

The view was outstanding! It was great having three bedrooms and an outside dining area. The ocean pool and pickleball courts were big hits.

This quiet, secluded community beside the ocean, suited our family well for Christmas vacation. The home’s cozy lanai with beautiful ocean views was a favorite gathering place for the family.  Bedrooms spread across multiple floors created spacious and quiet bedtimes. Beach towels, boogie boards, goggles and a mini cooler were helpful additions for our daily beach adventures.  Excellent unit that we’d stay at again on our next Kona visit.

We loved our stay here.  Beautiful location and view, very clean condo, nice and comfortable furniture and beds.  A/C worked great.  Had plenty of helpful amenities- cooler, tennis rackets and balls, boogie boards, snorkel gear.  Everything worked well.  We had a lovely week and this condo was so relaxing to come home to, to swim, and play a little family tennis.  Very peaceful and quiet.  Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful condo to stay at over the holidays! amazing views and amenities- the place even came with snorkels and tenis rackets! Kitchen was stocked up and bedrooms were perfect. would definitely stay again!

This property is in a great location. Relatively close to everything you want to do. One thing nobody has said about the property is from the ocean view pool you can see the location of the Manta Ray snorkeling location, which by the way is super amazing and you should do. It is a 17 minute walk away or a 9 min drive. My only negative is there are not enough spoons to cook with, but that did not effect my overall experience. I would definitely rent again

As described, the finishes around the Airbnb are tarnished but it was clean. AC once figured out was great.

The stay we had with Gather Vacations was wonderful and they were very responsive with all the questions we had. The view off the balcony and porch was amazing and place was clean and very comfortable. We wish we had stayed longer!

Nice view from the lanai. Good location, close to most places in Kona. Safe surroundings. It has stairs up to the main level. Fortunately, we didn’t have anyone with disabilities. This worked for our group for this vacation.

Beautiful home, with amazing sunset views. The property is in a great location on a quiet golf course, and near a shopping center with a grocery store, drug store and restaurants. Property staff is kind and welcoming, too. We had everything we needed, and the beach gear and coolers were a huge bonus. There was even a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer in the unit Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back!

The property was amazing and very true to the pictures provided. The host provided everything we needed for our stay including beach essentials. My family was comfortable with room to spread out and relax. Our favorite activity was watching the sunset from the lanai or ocean pool on the property.

Great stay at this place for our family of 5. It’s a great location, beautiful sunsets, kids loved the pools and trying pickle ball. Close to grocery store for convenience. Beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced at a rental! Super nice beach towels were a nice touch. The house was also stocked with beach toys, coolers and snorkels making beach days fun (wish we had access to a beach umbrella and chairs though!). The kitchen is well stocked. Overall a great experience! Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks 🙂

The view from this place is unbeatable: the golf course and the ocean. If you want to see the famous Kona sunset, then this is the ultimate balcony for it. The entire family really appreciated the thoughtfulness of everything that was provided at this condo: the beach towels, toys, kitchen supplies, washer & dryer.

The Kanaloa Resort location is probably one of the best on the Big Island for action family vacations, close to downtown Kona, Captain Cook’s and also not too far from Resort areas and still convenient for groceries and restaurants. The community amenities are pretty good w an amazing beach front path, 2 pools, ping pong and tennis. The unit itself has amazing location and views of ocean and golf course. The spacious covered ocean front lanai with lights, ceiling fan, wet bar is wonderful for meals and hang out. The unit has a nicely stocked kitchen and new laundry machines. Also lots of beach towels, water toys, beach chairs and multiple coolers! The upstairs bathroom is newer and nicer than the downstairs one. Only watch out for folks w accessibility issues is there are lots of stairs to get to the unit and 2 sets of stairs once inside the unit. Otherwise, it’s a great exercise for the family!

What a gorgeous location! We loved this condo with it's ocean view and location right on the golf course. Only a 15 minute drive up the coast to Kona and 15 minutes down to Captain Cook. Our favorite snorkel spot was Two Step in Captain Cook. There are snorkels and masks in the condo and fins are pretty cheap to rent for the week at Snorkel Bob's up the road. There are also two beach chairs, beach towels and a boogie board. We also loved the Ocean Pool and went there every night for a post-sunset swim & hot tub.

The unit was perfect for our family of six! The view from the lanai is fantastic, and shopping is very close by. We loved the Beach Pool and spent many morning hours there. We’d love to visit again!

This property was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and the area was beautiful to walk and take pictures. We definitely recommend this place!

My wife & I stayed here four nights to do some diving and get some R&R. The gated condo complex is fairly big, but quiet and well maintained with three pools, one right on the water. There's no beach here except a little rocky cove adjacent to the property on the south side. The condo has a very nice kitchen and a lovely deck overlooking the surf crashing on the black lava rocks. A large grocery store is 5 minutes away. Because of the open loft style master bedroom upstairs, it takes a long time for the A/C to cool down the master. It's ~15 minutes south of Kailua town proper, which was fine by us, and 15-20 minutes north of Manini beach or Two Steps beach where we'd much rather hang out. Don't forget to pick up some huli chicken at Randy's BBQ, best Hawaiian BBQ around, and stop by Hala Tree Organic Coffee growers for a casual, friendly and close-up look at where some of the best Kona coffee comes from!

This condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Beddings are so comfortable and super clean. Location is perfect to awesome snorkel beaches like Hakalu'u 5 min drive or Honaunau 30 drive away or 10 min walk to Keahu Bay to swim or go on excursions. We chose this condo beacuse it's only 15 min drive from our swim with manta ray excursion amd the sunset view from the lanai. Plenty of beach towels and snorkels, chairs, beach mats.

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful place. Great location and incredible views of the ocean and 12th fairway. Many amenities and very well appointed condo. Location is very central to everything and the property management folks were awesome. Many pools, 2 tennis courts, golf course, and immaculate grounds. Highly recommend!

This condo is spacious and you couldn’t get a better location! This unit has an ocean front view and is one of the most private. The ocean side pool was heaven and we used the bbq spaces! We will definitely be back!

Amazing location, ocean and sunset view from the deck, really clean, really well stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances, nice decor. Late check in was really easy. Accommodated a later check out at the last minute. Overall, excellent!

I had an amazing stay and enjoyed every single thing and detail about the space. My guests were accommodated well and we had a blast. It was such a peaceful experience and the ocean views were outstanding! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the big island! Super close to all local restaurants and adventures.

Great location, great view and super clean. Very well equipped kitchen, too.

Our goal was to work a few days on the lanai with a view of the ocean and we accomplished just that. It’s also great for watching the golfers come through and enjoy the amazing view as well. It’s within walking distance to the great ocean pool, is well stocked with just about any kitchen item you would need, and checking in was extremely easy. Would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing time away from any commotion.
