Pools were great. House had everything we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, and the privacy we had there. The place was well stocked with what we needed. We spent most of the time while we were at the house sitting on the lanai. The pools were a great place to be as well.

We had a second terrific stay at this beautiful property! The condo was clean and very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the beach towels for our snorkeling outings. We really enjoyed the pools and watching the sunset from the property and the easy location for getting to our favorite activities and nice places to grab dinner. Our son loved the pickleball courts 🙂  Thank you again for a lovely stay!

The condo was well equipped, and as described. The lanai was very private with a nice view of the golf course and the pool tennis court and clubhouse were very close by inconvenient. There’s limited view and access to the beach, but fantastic beaches are within a short drive as well as Kona proper.

This place was stocked!  Every amenity you can think of.

Great unit. Pride of ownership shows in all areas.

Lanai was very peaceful with a golf course Mountain View. Unit had a well equipped kitchen. Beds were both very comfortable. Nice to have AC. Very close to clubhouse and quiet pool with a short walk to Ocean Pool. Love staying at Kanaloa

As a first timer to not only the Big Island but also the state of Hawaii, we could not have asked for a better place to call our home base! The unit is exactly as described, very well equipped, spacious and located conveniently to roadways that provide access to different parts of the island!

Fantastic stay at Kanaloa at Kona! Very spacious and clean unit just as pictured and described. Enjoyed the oceanside pool and the proximity to Kailua-Kona. First trip to the Big Island was a winner! Many thanks to the folks at Gather!!

The hosts are very thoughtful and experienced and all the needed amenities and utilities were all available… This includes the beach items too.. It felt home away from home… We are extremely happy about the stay.. The location is close to many attractions and restaurants.. Definitely recommend the stay.. Just a small request.. to keep laundry and dish detergent for each day of stay.. it saves time of shopping these stuff.. or pre-info the guest to get it with them

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s about 15 minutes south of Kona proper. There is a grocery store right around the corner, which was super convenient. The condo is stocked with all kinds of cookware, Tupperware, and cooking appliances. We made many of our meals and had everything we needed. The balcony is a beautiful spot to have coffee and enjoy the sounds of the birds. The kids really enjoyed the grass area where they could run around and also loved the pools. Great spot and highly recommend.

I can't say enough about our stay at Kanaloa 701. It was just as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Morning coffee on the lanai, cocktails at the ocean view pool to watch the sunset! We loved the supply of chairs, towels, and beach stuff. We did make good use of the washer and dryer. Everything was in good order. We did have a slow-draining shower and they were quick to send out a repairman. The Elite management company was outstanding! Great communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very organized and contained many essentials. Highly recommend!

The other reviewers have covered this place well, but one more doesn't hurt! This unit has great amenities (a built in wine refrigerator?!), and interior quality (better than in the dated photos, there are big flat screen TVs now), as well as nice touches, like water bottles and coffee. Big Island restaurant quality is poor, so you'll want to take advantage of that gourmet kitchen, with more knives, pots, kitchen gadgets and utensils than you'll ever need. The complex itself has 3 pools, a shared lounge area, tennis courts with racquets if you'd like to play, and plenty of gas grills. The location is perfect - 5 minutes from a big shopping center with everything you could need, including a great grocery store (though you might want to drive a couple more miles north to Target to save $ on some items). It's also 5 minutes from Kahalu’u Beach Park, with some of the best snorkelling on the island (great spot for beginners). Just a few miles from many great coffee farms (don't miss the Heavenly Hawaii Farms coffee tour), and 10 minutes from from the main town, Kailua-Kona. Did you know King Kamehameha III was born just around the corner? See if you can find his birthplace. Service is also great, with Elite Pacific properties quickly dealing with a minor issue we had. Whether you get it here, or from Elite directly, Unit 701 at Kanaloa is sure to please!

This condo was so perfect for my family of 4! Parking was literally right in front of the condo under a sweet garage. Inside the condo was clean, beautiful furniture and artwork, the kitchen was literally equipped with everything we needed! Especially the blender, I’ve got some great margaritas out of that! The two rooms were super clean and beds were comfy! Amenities such as the pools and bbq is a one minute walk from the condo. That was perfect for my two kiddos! We honestly can’t wait to come back to this condo again, we truly enjoyed ourselves!

We loved this condo! Spacious, super comfortable beds, a beautiful, peaceful (and very convenient!) location. The place was spotless when we arrived, which was much appreciated. Check in (and check out) was seamless. Loved enjoying breakfast and planning our days each morning on the lanai. Well-appointed with tons of extra blankets, towels, and beach equipment. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love into this place; it’s very special. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home on the Big Island!

We loved our stay in this unit! It is well-appointed and incredibly spacious. Great location in a very well-maintained complex, with easy access to an ocean front pool for beautiful sunsets. Host was very easy to work with and responsive, and the unit had everything we needed!

Everything was just perfect about this condo. It was the best supplied condo that we have rented, and we travel a lot and rent condos. The condo is well appointed and super clean. It is lacking nothing. We sure enjoyed the art throughout the condo. The lanai overlooking the golf course was delightful. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was good, the floor was a little dirty and the tub didn’t drain, the sink in master bedroom wouldn’t drain all the time. But it was a great stay.

We absolutely love, love, loved this condo. It was immaculately clean and had anything and everything we needed for the best stay ever. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying and definitely will book this same place again.

Beautiful property, condo has a great floor plan and the location was convenient for us. Very comfortable and relaxing. There were ants in the condo. Maybe better ant traps? Other than that it was a great place. We will definitely stay again.

We loved the View from the terrace, the calm, the comfy beds and the amenities. 3 pools were great.

This beautifully decorated and immaculate condominium has a lanai view of a golf course in a garden setting. It is in a gated community that is a very short walk from the ocean . This meant that we had the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening as well as access to three swimming pools, a bbq grill, and tennis courts. The condominium is tucked away in a neighborhood outside of the crowded Ali'i street part of k.k. It was very peaceful, very convenient for beach and snorkeling activities, and well set up for our family of four that enjoys cooking at home. We highly recommend this condominium!

Exactly as described. We didn’t want to be right downtown Kona so the location was perfect for us. Communication and checkin was easy, lots of info left at the condo. Shopping center right across the way was super convenient. Condo was well stocked, roomy for our family of 4. Really enjoyed all the lovely art in the condo too! Loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great location and amenities, which we really didn't have time to use. I liked the variety of pools, one adult only, but we just didn't have the chance to use them. Great room, spacious and spacious back deck for hosting our family. The grill was close so we could grill dinner most nights, quiet, very relaxing.

Our family of 4 stayed for a week and had a positive experience. Emails from the property management kept us in the loop. The condo was clean and spacious. There are plenty of towels and linens. The beds and pillows were nice. One of my sons slept on the pullout couch in the living room and enjoyed his own space. Parking in a reserved carport was nearby. Grocery shopping a restaurants are also just up the street. We hosted dinner for 8 one night and we all fit on the dining room table. AC and fans worked great. We loved the authentic decor. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this condo. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Situated in a quiet condo complex in south Kona. Condo has great amenities and access to 3 pools. Condo is well furnished and the beds were comfy.

Wonderful place! Our group was blown away by the quality of amenities and the location. Everything on the West side of the island is easily reachable. The pools and hot tub on site were quite nice as well. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing stay!

Very nice unit in a quiet complex. Well outfitted kitchen and lots of space for family to spread out. Close to town and store and in a good location for day trips to beaches and snorkeling. Easy to communicate with property manager when we had an issue with the fridge. They were super helpful and came right over to take a look at it.

Clean, quiet, amenities were over the top. Beautiful decor.
