The condo was great and in the perfect location to explore the Kona side. It is a short drive to the Kona beach fromt while still being in a more private, quieter part of south Kona. Check-in was a breeze and Gather was kind enough to give us a late check-out to accommodate our late night flight! Loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, with comfortable beds and furniture, and a well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable furniture on the lanai. We were glad to find ice chests, boogie boards, and beach chairs. 

The living area closes off from the space with a Murphy bed via sliding doors. This worked out fine for our family. 

The complex is very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable get away and conveniently located to food and entertainment.

My sister and I enjoyed staying at this condo. We spent 5 nights and it was the perfect home base for our travels all over the island. We cooked most of our meals during our stay and we were happy that the kitchen had everything we needed. Murphy bed was super comfy and we had plenty of space in the condo to spread out. We really liked that the neighborhood was quiet which made for restful nights. We hope we can stay again soon! Best part: Beautiful sunsets right outside the living-room window!

Communication with the host was easy and response time was fast. We got in at noon and check in wasn’t until 4pm, but they graciously accommodated us checking in an hour early with all the groceries we purchased. Thank you 

I brought my 85+ yr old parents to visit my daughter. They loved the comfortable bed & beautiful ocean views. The condo had everything we needed. The washer and dryer and beach supplies came in handy a few times and we definitely appreciated the starter kit of dishwasher and laundry soap.  We also needed the portable AC units and fans in the summer-they were very much appreciated. 

All and all a nice condo with upgraded bathrooms and kitchen with comfortable beds.  Mahalo

Only odd item was the lack of provided goods. We stayed 4 nights, they provided exactly 4 coffee filters, 4 trash bags, 4 laundry pods, etc. It was a bit much. I would definitely stay again despite the oddity as the property was clean and cared for in a great location to get around. A big perk was easy parking, too.

Everything was smoothly and well-maintained with the unit. Location was good 10 min from Kona “ downtown “ host was very pleasant and kind. Easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place

Great stay. Only complaint was a contractor in unit above all week, but that is not anyone’s fault.

We liked the location of the property because it was out of the noisy/busy streets of Kona Coast. However, you are not in walking distance to anything. But there were many beaches and amenities just a short drive away. Kona was about 15 minutes away. The floor plan worked fine for the three of us and the Murphy bed was comfortable and the that sleeping area was private enough for a family. The master bed was also very comfortable. Two things needed minor repair and they took care of it immediately even though it was the weekend. The entrance was down one flight of stairs. We found the patio a very relaxing place to have breakfast. Being next to the golf course was not a problem. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed sunrise and sunset here. The complex was quiet which we enjoyed and the space was clean. Bathrooms need some updating but not really an issue.

Lovely place

we did not expect to be woken up every morning around 6 a.m. (or before) by lawn mowers and lawn "groomers" at the next door golf course. not very relaxing for being on vacation. I don't remember this being mentioned in the description of the place either. the View was great and I appreciated that they "allowed" us to check out an hour later (11 a.m.). However, they made a big deal about it as if they were doing us a huge favor. Most hotels have 11 a.m. or even noon checkouts so I was surprised to see the 10 a.m. checkout. It had a very well stocked kitchen which we appreciated.

This condo has everything you need, the kitchen has every appliance and dish no matter what you are preparing. The host had thoughtful touches for the beach, the condo and area. It was very clean and the property is in a good location.

View and location wonderful! Quiet. Friendly neighbors, a mix of visitors and permanent residents. We spent most of our evenings on the lanai. Enjoyed the games that were available in the unit. very comfortable. Well supplied kitchen,spices, first coffee for morning. Would have appreciated a better supply of paper products(TP) for 2 week stay for 4 people.

Great ocean-side condo w/two bedrooms. Plenty of fans to help bring in the ocean breeze at night. Great, well-stocked kitchen. Having our own entry code to the door was great and meant we did not have to track keys.

We loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The patio with ocean view was especially comfortable and delightful, including fairy lights. On clear nights, we enjoyed the view of the stars and Milky Way. The condo was well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler. The full kitchen was nicely appointed. There was no AC, but with screened windows for air flow and provided fans (including ceiling fans) we stayed comfortable. The pool was handy and beautiful, especially at sunset and at night. The manager was quickly responsive to a shower issue we had. We were happily surprised to find a comfort-height toilet for one of our party with mobility issues. The entry stairs were challenging for him, but he managed okay. Though some other reviews here mentioned/complained about the nearby golf course, we had no problem with noise at all. Overall - very happy. We would love to return here.

Overall great property for the price and the Elite pacific team is kind and helpful! Only warning that future guests should know is that the entire property doesn’t have A/C so all residents have their windows open 24/7. Just keep that in mind with quiet hours. You'll receive a noise complaint if you have a board game night with 4 people after the 9pm quiet hours rule. A normal noise level will get you reported on by neighbors since windows are open.

Overall our experience is good, we mostly were out during the day which is good cause it was hot in the rooms with no a/c, the fans did cool it down a bit, could be just the time of the year for the heat.

The place was great! Super clean, great amenities, responsive hosts, extra beach towels and an amazing lanai! There’s a false divider (not a full wall) between the second bed (a Murphy bed) and the living room. It was spacious and for a group of friends, was perfect!

Very well decorated and modern condo. Great location, great view, nice pool. Kitchen is very well stocked and so did the restrooms. The washer and dryer are very big and very convenient. 20 min drive to Two Step for snorkeling. If you are not an early bird, then you may not like the noise in early morning on weekdays. The cars on nearby roads and the lawn mowing sounds are very loud. The windows are glass blinds that don’t block sounds. However, if you likes to wake up early, you do hear beautiful birds’ singing in the morning.

The apartment was very clean and had tons of extra amenities such as beach chairs and towels that we really appreciated! The location was perfect for us as well.

Great location and easy access to Kailua. The updated kitchen was pleasant to work in and the lenai with a view of a fairway and a background view of the ocean were great for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The condo was clean, well maintained and had enough artwork to make it feel homey. Built in shelving made excellent use of the space available without making it feel cramped. A cute Murphy bed made for comfortable sleeping for our adult son.

Beautiful place to stay at pictures are accurate. Location is also perfect. We had a little trouble finding it but called and got the help we needed. Had more than we needed in ammendities . Lisa s place was great. I would stay here again. Friendly neighbors as well best place weve stayed at so far on the Hawaiian islands.

Super stocked kitchen and very clean. Fast WiFi. Although one of the queen beds is actually a fold out Murphy bed.

It is a great apartment exactly like the pictures, clean and very well equipped (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). Lot's of beach equipment you could also use. Really nicely furnished, feels like home. The condo benefits from a great location close by different beaches (5 min), Shopping centre incl. grocery shop (3 min) and Kona (17 min). Communication with Elite Pacific has been very easy and the team always respond on the spot for any questions you might have. You will experience some noise early in the morning while the grass is being cut at the golf course though it was manageable for us. I definitely recommend this place.
