by Germaine WNice place on a golf course with a fantastic view from the lanai. The inclusion of beach equipment was a plus. The place was very clean and has a good amount of starter supplies and lots of kitchen equipment.
View was good. Great location to Hwy. and market. Walkable. Spacious. Updated. Comfortable.Would stay there again and have referred this unit and property to friends

by Keith BWe enjoyed our stay and our own bbq on the lanai. The bathrooms looked great. Internet was ok most of the time but seemed to slow down at night. We were comfortable. We were able to use some of the beach equipment that they provided, especially the chairs.

by Lance GiWe absolutely loved our stay Keauhou Akahii, Our unit overlooked the golf course and we loved sitting out on the lanai, drinking coffee each morning while listening to all the birds chirp and tweet from the big tree on the edge of the course; it was just perfect and a beautiful way to start the day. We met some nice people who were staying there and we definitely will be coming back soon!

This rental was exactly as advertised, even better. Great location between South Kona and Kailua, and right next to the grocery store.
This is a great place to stay. It is very well located and we enjoyed the accommodations very much. There are many needed provided items such as beach paraphernalia as well as a well-stocked kitchen. It is very clean and comfortable. You can’t go wrong in choosing this accommodation.

Condo was at the perfect location! just minutes from great restaurants & stores ! .We had beautiful views from the balcony & pool area . it was nice and spacious! would recommend to anyone who plans to visit Kona !
This is a great value and perfect condo! It has location, size, views, amenities and flexibility to be independent. We stayed for two weeks and I wish we stayed longer. I go to Hawaii every year and this was the best Airbnb we stayed in this far. It allowed us to WFH and enjoy the vibes with the chirping birds and curious geckos — would highly recommend!
Highly recommend! Dave and Linda have a beautiful home and it was in a great area where we could easily access local areas and beautiful beaches. Comfy king size bed, and a full kitchen with everything you would need in it. Super comfortable and be sure to check every drawer and cabinet because there was so much available to us! All the beach gear you would need is fully stocked, and even a BBQ on the lanai! Loved it and a great place to stay in paradise. Would give it 10 stars if I could!
