This property is beautiful and located close to everything, yet far enough from the touristy hustle and bustle. Our stay was amazing. The ocean is right out the lanai door, with beautiful sunsets and waves you can watch for hours. Charming resort - plenty to do with racquet sports and a large, clean pool. Our hosts were easily reached and very kind to our family of 4. We had plenty of supplies (e.g., paper products, towels, etc.) and access to amenities. The temperature of the rooms was always comfortable. This is a property we will revisit again the next time we are on the Big Island. Highly recommend!

The townhome was right next to the ocean and in a private gated community with swimming pool and tennis courts. It was awesome to hear the ocean as soon as you opened the windows or lanai door. The two bedrooms were amply furnished and the two bathrooms were stocked with enough amenities to last our party of four for 4 nights. The kitchen was also well equipped with appliances and cooking essentials. There is a shopping complex nearby with restaurants and grocery. We also got to experience a free luau on Friday evening and the farmers market on Saturday morning. The city of Kona was a short drive away and there were pretty beaches nearby including a secluded one within walking distance. We got to see beautiful sunsets from the house and even saw a humpback whale one morning. The AC and fans were pretty useful during the day. There were lots of beach stuff in the closet which also came in handy. The neighbors were also friendly folks with great suggestions. All in all a great experience

The ocean is right to your lanai area. The breeze and sound of the ocean was a dream in the master bedroom. Everything was clean and well stocked. Also, they had plenty of beach gear and rackets to keep you busy. The pool is located right across from the condo, and it was clean and relaxing. We didn't use the grills, but they were right next to the pool. I cannot wait to come running to stay here again.
Our stay was fantastic and the home exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, very well stocked, and the view right on the water is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the details and overall experience, everything felt intentional and welcoming.We especially appreciated how comfortable and well-prepared the home was for guests. It made it easy to relax and enjoy the setting. The neighbors were also incredibly kind and mentioned they live there about half the year, which added to the welcoming feel of the area.The only small issue was that when we arrived there was a note about scheduled pest control spraying inside the home. With two small children, I wasn’t comfortable having that done during our stay. However, when the technician arrived and I explained our concern, they were very understanding and had no problem rescheduling it for a later time.Overall, we had an amazing stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to others.
They had everything you will need to enjoy Hawaii, from snorkel gear to cooking supplies. You will need to buy more toilet paper if you’re staying more than 3 days, they only provide one extra roll in each bathroom. Luckily you have a market just up the hill if you need anything extra.
We truly enjoyed our stay! The view of the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves was so peaceful.
This condo was great! It looks like it was recently remodeled, was clean and cute! I love being able to hear the crashing waves, and sitting by the ocean in the morning with a cup of coffee. I can’t wait to visit again soon!
This place was great for our family to stay. Enough room to spread out, place to sit outside and listen to the ocean, and plenty of on-site activities to enjoy. Location was great as well as it's away from the busy area's of Kona but still only a few minutes away from the shops/restaurants.

by Jonathan AIt was nicely remodelled, and having 2br and 2ba was a plus for our family. There was a private beach within walking distance and the pool was great! We loved that that the Keauhou shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants, Kahalu'u beach snorkeling and another beach for catching waves were just few minutes away. Our family had a great stay at Gather's condo and would love to return some day!

It is very ocean front, it also very close to the community pool and tennis court. I think this place is the best location in this community. It also close to nearby grocery shop and 2 amazing beaches.If we will come back to visit big island again in the near future, we will come back to stay in this place for sure.
