What a View!! This place is spectacular...the ocean is just feet away. The condo is newly remodeled and the grounds are full of beautiful greenery. Liam was very helpful getting our A/C working. We will definitely stay here again!

This beautiful, lushly planted oceanfront location with its huge lawn greenspace was a dream come true with its wide open view of the pulsing sea, morphing cloudscapes and the glorious gold, red and rose shades of the nightly sunsets. We dined on the covered L shaped lanai morning and night, watching the longboats gliding over the waves and the native birds flying along the shore. The spacious interior of the condo was tastefully updated with a warm, upscale touch and an easy flow floorplan. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. We loved our stay and will return!

Really outstanding property all around. High end fixtures and accessories. Very well stocked for beach going (nice folding chairs, snorkle sets, boogie boards). Enjoyed the beautiful patio, with nice table and lounge chairs. Would definitely stay again.

This place was in a beautiful location, clean, and provided amenities that helped our stay feel like home! The host was extremely responsive and proactive. A bonus, the host let us know AC was installed the day before, and it was so nice having AC during the humid and hot days!

Kitchen was fully equipped, decor, very modern. Property is an excellent location, oceanfront.

Great place to stay for anyone visiting Kona!  The cool air and the sounds from the crashing waves made sleeping very easy without having the AC we are all used to.  The morning and evening views were spectacular as well!

The views were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances and tableware, and the location was close enough to everything you need while being far enough away to be quiet. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Amazing place. Views with glass walls and backyard with Pacific Ocean are amazing.. you will have spectacular sunsets from your backyard.

People come to where this backyard is to watch the magical sunsets of Kona. This is the best location to watch sunsets from. Everyday during our stay we enjoyed that. The house itself was comfortable, well stocked, and super easy to check in and out from. There is a very nice pool in the complex with a large 1-foot deep area that’s perfect for Keiki (children). Our 3-year-old broke his fear of water there. It was a wonderful experience!

Place was better than expected, maybe our favourite Airbnb to date. Highly recommend and will be back as happy customers!

It was perfect for our honeymoon in Hawaii. The view is beyond amazing. There was a lot of great amenities and it was close to many things in town. The beds were comfortable. We'd definitely come back!

Sweeping ocean views throughout this ground floor unit. Great ocean breezes and crosswinds. Beautiful, spacious condo with lovely tropical manicured grounds. The complex was welcoming and the condo was very well appointed with beach gear, kitchen items, and there was a nice pool for the kids with a ping pong table and tennis courts. The most significant feature of the condo was it's oceanfront location with the extraordinary beauty of the direct ocean views from almost every room. We would be happy to return.

Loved this place. the relaxing nature of the condo was exactly what we were looking for. Clean. Liam from the management company was very helpful. I love the sound of the constant waves crashing onto the cliffside. Made me sleep so easily everynight.

The lanai is EVERYTHING. We saw the green flash back to back and it's like the sunset was created just for you! This condo has EVERYTHING you probably have at home. It's in the best location, everything is super clean and we loved our 3 night stay.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the comfortable, super-clean condo. We had a "working vacation" so spent tons of time on the lanai with our computers, and it was comfortable and relaxing. We had everything (kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, fans, cooler, beach chairs, tennis rackets, snorkel equipment) that we needed. There is no A/C so we were very thankful for the fans and the cooling breeze that came from the ocean. This unit is right next to an ocean view access path so some mornings people were a bit loud if they came before 8 a.m. (resort quiet hours were 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.), and you can hear some foot traffic from upstairs neighbors, but in general it was quite private. We enjoyed access to the pool, tennis courts, and nearby beach. We surfed and snorkeled about a 1/2 mile up the road and it was an easy drive to the supermarket and restaurants. We felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable, and we were blown away being able to hear the waves and see the endless ocean all day, every day (even from the kitchen!). A wonderful place to stay -- we hope to return soon!

Such a great place to stay! The location is perfect for beach views and the condo is perfect for a family of 4 with younger kids who can sleep together. We loved the kitchen, living space and patio (view is the best). The main bathroom is nice and has the best shower. There was lots of outside accessories including beach towels, sand toys, snorkeling, beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis, and three different sized coolers. The condo had plenty of towels, bedding and fans (no AC and it does get humid when you lock up on the house when leaving). Suggestion for improvement would be to have some space In the closets for clothes like dresses (had plenty of hangers), but so much stuff in closests I felt like my dresses could get dirty. There weren’t good hangers for drying beach towels (need higher and spaced out more). I did find that the master shower wasn’t clean (shower door bottom) and shower head not as nice as the main. Not a big deal, we used the main for showering. Lastly, the dressers are hard to open and not all drawers available because used for storage. The condo has a pool, tennis and volleyball, grills and parking. There is a tide pool beach area that is really cool. We loved the patio the most- the view is priceless and we got to see a whale showing off. The kitchen has lots of accessories for entertaining too. Overall a great place to stay and would come back!

The check in process was easy and it was very easy to communicate with the management company. The sunrise and sunset views from the lanai are amazing and can’t be beat!

You must book this spot in paradise! The location is fabulous. The unit is perfect. The views are amazing.

Hello great place with a wonderful view. We spent most of our time on the patio looking out to the ocean.

AMAZING! As you can tell from the photos, this is truly a special place. The lanai was incredible and we spent much of our time there listening to the ocean and watching all of the passing dolphins and boats. It really felt like home in so many ways. The kitchen was stocked to the nines and everything we ever needed was always at hand. The backpack chairs, coolers, and beach towels were super convenient and meant we had to pack less. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely updated. It really felt like home and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We WILL be back!

Beautiful condo in a very nice complex. Sunset views every night right outside the lanai. Condo was stocked with every possible amenity and accessory for living and adventure. Highly recommend!

Wow!!!!! What an amazing vacation with the best view of the beach in Kona! We could just sit on the patio and watch the waves for hours! The condo was fully stocked with every amenity we could ask for!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!!!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful condo! The space was very comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring around the Kona area. We spent most of our time on the porch, taking in the wonderful view. Would highly recommend this property!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning condo! The location, views and decor were all excellent and the unit is very well appointed. We had everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen to the beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and nearby public grill. Linens and towels were also high quality. We would definitely return to this property. 5 stars!!

Best view on the island. Rooms are spacious beds are super comfortable. The decor around the condo was beautiful very sea life. The premises are a garden of Eden with many tropical plants and tropical little creatures. The only problem we found was non invited roaches in the kitchen. We kept the kitchen clean at all times but they still found their way in. They could not fumigate while we were there but property manager did come by with some roach traps that some what helped but I was told the exterminator would be there after we checked out. This was our only issue and it was dealt promptly. Other than that incident I highly recommend KKSRC for your next vacation in Kona.

It was so lovely. Such a home away from home! The sunsets can’t be beat and the location was convenient for dining and exploring. Really close to some good snorkeling (within a few minutes) too. Check out the closet in the second bedroom for the beach gear! I miss it already and look forward to our next stay.

This condo was a dream. All the high-end amenities we expect on a luxury vacation. Perfect location about 5 miles south of Kailua. Private oceanfront to watch the most magnificent sunsets. We will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful time and it was a really beautiful place! Had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset just from the balcony every evening! Our original plan was 9 nights stay in this place, but we immediately booked all of the next available days when we arrived because we were surprised by how it is so beautiful.

This was hands down our best vacation living experience through Airbnb. The unit is incredibly clean and well kept. The owners of this unit clearly have an eye for high quality stuff and went the extra mile on everything: furniture, ocean gear (beach chairs/snorkel/cooler boxes), bedding (organic sheets, a first for me lol), towels etc. Cabinets were well stocked with a wide variety of spices, rice, and of course Perrier water and macadamia nuts. Everything also works. The outdoor furniture is remarkably selected, situated and comfortable. This is a ground floor corner unit and really just steps away from the crashing waves and beautiful sunsets we loved to watch each day. Think of your best hotel stay (room setting, views, experience) and I’m sure this place will rival or surpass that. Absolutely recommend!!
