Very nice property in a great location. Nice being away from the hustle and bustle of Kailua Kona. Easy to go out sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay. This place feels like a very nice and comfortable family home with bits of luxury. A great value!! The sink in the master drained slow. Everything else was perfect!!

It is hard to find a place with enough actual beds for our family.  This place had beds for all of us.  Lots of room.  Beautiful grounds.  Best location.  When we walked in my kids said, this is the nicest place we’ve stayed.  Very cute and decorated nicely.  Thanks!

We stayed here with a group of 8, there's plenty of room, hot water did run out if we all took showers back to back. The bunk beds upstairs are squeaky, so whenever someone moves you can definitely hear them. Overall it was a great place to stay! Centrally located to lots of things, the view was great and we enjoyed having sports equipment for pickle ball. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This unit was great for large families. However,if you are like us that like to eat in and make our meals be aware that there is no drive up to the unit option and the 3 flights of stairs.

Perfect place to have a little family staycation for 4 adults 2 teenagers and a 15 month old. We live on the island and needed a quick getaway to celebrate our daughter turning 14! It was perfect! We did alot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed as we brought things from home as well. The rooms were nice and simple! Updated and modern. As a mom I enjoyed the simplicity of the home being we have a 15 month old who loves to grab everything! But it wasn\'t an issue here. Very simple but nice. Also loved the pull-out sofa in the living room as my grandmother could not make it up and down the stairs which was a little too steep for her and so luckily we were able to keep her on the lower level, perfect! The lanai was a good place to relax and talk stories. We all loved the loft space especially the teens. The unit was close to the rec. Center/pool area also, good for our quick dips in the pool and ping pong. We were also located right across from the ocean pathway for our sunset walks. Overall a very homely experience being we are local residents. Best of all...our daughter had an amazing birthday and didnt want to leave. Definitely keep this in mind for our next little getaway. We had a wonderful time. The house had plenty of room for all 7 of us. It was in a great location. Easy to get into Kona, ran into town in the mornings. Kitchen had everything we needed.

First time staying on the Big Island. It was perfect for our group of five. The main room was spacious and a perfect gathering spot for everyone. The washer/dryers made laundry easy. The kitchen set the stage for several home cooked meals. And there were beach chairs and beach towels to use for our trips around the island. Also the place was stocked with pickleball and tennis gear for the evening games under the lights.

Great place, really good for family time. They had a lot of items we could use to go to the beach, a cooler and other useful items for family fun. The location was great it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

This condo was perfect for our large group! It was even better than the pictures! The decor was beautiful and the entire property was gorgeous! We swam in the pool and played on the private beach every day. The location was awesome and we could get anywhere we needed to go in just a few minutes. The entire process of booking and checking in was easy and convenient. We had coffee and supplies already waiting for us in the room and everything we needed to play tennis and ping pong and sand toys for the beach! We loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back! Best place to stay in Kona! You can walk to the beach or to beautiful cliffs of lava rock on the ocean. Views of the ocean from your patio and cute personal touches throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for those wanting to cook. Beds were comfortable - the kids loved the loft space. We highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be staying here again next time we are on the Big Island.

I appreciated that the kitchen had a great supply of tools for cooking. The location is great for walking to the snorkel beach at Kahalu. We had a perfect experience.

Our family had an amazing stay! Great location. The place was stocked with everything we needed for the beach. Clean and beautifully decorated.

The place was amazing! The lanai was peaceful with a beautiful view. We spent a lot of time eating and reading out there. The rooms were wonderful and bathrooms clean with everything you need. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer to use. The kitchen was truly fully stocked. It was also so kind they provided beach towels, cooler bag, pool noodles, boogie boards, and tennis racquets to use. The property the unit is in is quiet and in a nice area of south kona. We didn't use the pool, but it would be great for younger kids. One feedback on the listing is that it would be tight if you had the full capacity staying there with the size of unit and bathrooms. It would be comfortable for up to 6 or 7 people in my opinion.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the view, design, location, and price. The renovation was well executed and we all felt the home was very clean. The owners even offered beach toys and chairs to make it even more convenient. I have already recommended this place to several friends looking to stay on the big island!
