We had a really good time at Gather's place. Highly recommended!

The condo exceeded our expectations and keyless self check-in was a breeze. Upper lanai had an outstanding sunset view and was quiet and private. The condo is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with beautiful tropical landscaping. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Two meals a day in bed was comfortable. There were ample linens for the beds and bathroom. There was a closet with beach chairs, and an umbrella and a small ice chest which we used nearly every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home and would love to stay again.

This was an incredible place to stay! We loved the ocean view from the lanai, the full kitchen, the comfortable bed, and having a washer & dryer. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed, including items for the beach like chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkels, etc. it was very clean and everything was in excellent working order. There is a grocery store and drug store  very close by. We would love to stay here again!

Cute condo with full kitchen, two balconies and most importantly a washer/dryer which was super helpful for our 2 week trip to Hawaii. Also had plenty of bath and beach towels as well as chairs and umbrella for the beach which came in handy.

The condo itself is in perfect condition, and was full of thoughtful amenities (beach towels, kettle bell, yoga mat, etc). The view is very nice, and the complex it is in is truly peaceful. Just a perfect location, and excellent value. When we left we remarked that we’d happily stay in the exact same place again, which is a rare thought for us.

Such a beautiful, clean, updated, and enjoyable townhome. Not one but 2 lanais. Everything inside and the furniture on the lanais are good quality and in great condition. Enjoyed the sunset many times from the lanai, living room, dining room and kitchen.

This condo was centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach, snorkeling, and such a gorgeous condo with the best view! It's an absolute gem, and we can't wait to visit again!

I've stayed in Hawaii many times and this is one of the few times a place exceeded my expectations. It feels so much bigger than a one bedroom, and the lanais (porches) were amazing with amazing views. It is centrally located, quiet, and more private than I expected in a condo enclave. The downstairs bedroom is large and airy. Our son stayed on the pull-out couch and thought it was totally comfortable. There are plenty of implements in the kitchen for cooking. We would 100% stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay! Happy to have an alternative to the mega resort environment! We will definitely return to this gem. We definitely enjoyed our stay however for an approved experience I would recommend a better quality shampoo conditioner soap etc Better TP ( two one ply rolls ?) Just seemed extremely minimal for a one week stay Something small for a welcome gift would be a nice touch Thank you for a lovely stay

This place was pristine, very clean, well designed and workable layout, stocked with the kitchen and beach items of necessity, quiet nights, loved having open doors and windows all night, beautiful watercolors on the walls. Worked superbly for our stay. Would absolutely come back to this exact unit.

Perfectly equipped holiday accommodation. From the bath towel to the complete kitchen equipment, everything is available. Very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Communication with landlord was uncomplicated and appropriate. We felt very comfortable there and would book again at any time!

Had a wonderful experience in the condo. It was comfortable and the check in process was easy. The management group corresponded in a timely manner. There were many amenities provided that were helpful

The property was in a perfect location for access to all the sites on the Big Island. We easily walked to the marina to board the Fairwinds for a snorkel trip to Kealakekua Bay! The lanai has a beautiful view of the ocean and of the tropical landscape surrounding the condo and was so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the bed was so comfortable we slept better than at home. We will be back!

This condo is in a perfect location. The view is amazing and it feels very private. The condo comes well equipped and has everything you need to cook a meal and go to the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. View from Lenai is fabulous. The swimming pool is very nice. Nice thick bath towels. Beach gear also available. Kitchen was great for making meals, all utensils provided including a nice little electric grill.

Perfect retreat for a nice quiet time after being in the sun and exploring all day! Air con in bedroom worked OVERTIME and felt perfect. Beautiful lanai directly facing sunset.

Everything you would ever need is in this lovely condo. We stayed 10 days and never heard or saw our neighbors. The sunsets are amazing. One suggestion would be that they put in an upstairs air conditioner. We stayed home one day and it was too hot to be upstairs…it would have been nice to take advantage of the upstairs more.

Excellent location on the edge of Kona. Super close to shopping center and Keauhou Bay (where we left from on an excellent snorkel cruise). Nice place! We especially appreciated the AC in the bedroom and the availability of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Be prepared for the management company needing several items of paperwork ahead of time - partially because of Covid, partially because they’re a big management company.

Highly recommend staying at this condo! It’s a perfect setting for a couple. Condo is situated at a high enough elevation to view the sunset over the condos below, but close enough to walk to the ocean in 5 minutes (also great for sunsets!). Easy walking access to the snorkel boats to Captain Cook monument (which is a highly recommended day trip!) Parking is right outside the front door, which was very convenient. Just far enough away from downtown Kona, but close enough to be there in 10 minutes for a meal or poke. Condo is fully stocked with all you need for your stay: kitchenware, beach towels, washer/dryer, first aid kit, soaps, yoga mat, etc. A/C in the downstairs bedroom was a major plus. Only downside is the top floor gets hot during the mid- to late afternoon on sunny days, so plan to be on the lanai or pool/beach, what an inconvenience 😉 Easy to recommend!

We loved our short time on the property and wished we could have stayed longer. Clean, well-furnished and well-provisioned with anything you might need for cooking, sleeping, for the beach and for the pool. Near Keauhou Bay (walking distance) if you want sea adventures like snorkeling tours, manta ray dives, other rentals. Also, beautiful palm tree and ocean view on the lanai.

Condo is just as described. Very quiet, and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook meals here without issue. They provide beach towels which came in handy for snorkeling spot which is 5 minutes away. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great place and location! The condo has everything you need. A/C in bedroom makes nights very comfortable. Hope to book again next time we’re on the island.

It is a marriage of interior living with the Hawaiian outdoors - a tremendous amount of open windows. From the lanai, one evening, we watched a most vibrant sunset as it dipped into the Pacific. In those short few minutes, we could hear a soft chatter from the surrounding condos - we had just witnessed something special.

This was my 1st visit to the Big Island. Staying at 113 certainly set the hook for my coming back. It’s a comfortable distance from the airport and Kailua-Kona. It’s also convenient for exploring all the way to the Southern tip. The view from our deck was beautiful and relaxing. The unit itself was nicely stocked with amenities; cooking tools, 2 nice TV’s (don’t know if they actually work as we never turned them on, LOL), beach supplies, laundry supplies, etc. The unit is a split level 1 bedroom so if stairs are an issue this might not be the best unit for you. The bedroom, bathroom & laundry are all on the ground level, maybe 10 steps down from the entry. The kitchen, dining, living area are on level 2, about 10 steps up from the entry. As previously mentioned in the description of the unit and in reviews; there is only one portable air conditioner and that is nicely set up in the bedroom. We only ever used it for maybe 15 minutes to cool the bedroom before sleep. We are from the PNW so are used to a cool bedroom. If the air conditioner had not been there we could have slept with just the ceiling fan. By the way the fan is the quietest fan I’ve ever experienced, no sound at all!! We only had time to use the pool area once and I really regret that!! The area is modest in size but well appointed with two pools. I really appreciated that one was in full sun while the other in the shade at mid-afternoon - great for those wanting to avoid too much sun. Bring binoculars!! There was lots of activity on the water as viewed from the upper deck but too far to really appreciate without binoculars. Also, there are many birds in the trees/foliage.

This a very stylish condo in Keauhou resorts in Kona. It had all the amenities we needed including an AC in the bedroom although the living room on the upper level can get a little hot. Though directly not on the ocean, the property has a great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. There is access to a gorgeous pool not too far from the condo. Checkout time is a little earlier than usual (10 am) but we were informed of that when we booked. Overall, recommend this location for a beautiful, quiet stay not too far from the hubbub of downtown Kona.

Convenient location, great ocean view for sunset, have all beach accessory and everything you need at home for making yourself a nice breakfast...I am very happy with my stay here during this special situation.

The grounds at this complex are beautiful and the plants and flowers hide the parking lots and road from view. It’s also nice to be able to park right in front of the unit. The only complaint is that there nothing there in the way of condiments or seasonings which if you’re only staying several days it’s kind of expensive to buy salt and pepper or whatever to use a couple of times. Love the keauhou area. Convenient shopping close by and your not in the hub of Kona traffic and noise. Just a short drive to go into town. We have been visiting the big island for years and found it sad how many businesses were gone due to Covid-19.
