The view is phenomenal. We loved it. Beds were comfy. We had a small, weather related problem with bugs (ie had recently rained) which found their way into the unit. Mgmt company dealt with it asap. This is our 5th time at the Beach villas and this view/outlook cannot be beat. We will be back.
We had the most wonderful stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. The view is stunning, the villa was spotless, the kitchen appliances were amazing and it was so wonderful having access to beach chairs and a wagon for our 3 year old. We went a lot of time in the gorgeous, family pool as well as the lagoon in front of the villa. We were able to walk to Aulani for a couple of meals and we loved the ABC store and Monkeypod Restaurant (also walkable). 2 Starbucks within walking distance too! We hope to return someday. One thing I wanted to mention (not tied to this airbnb specifically) is that we all ended up getting sea lice (seabathers eruption from jellyfish) which ended up being terrible. It must have been from the lagoon since we didn’t swim anywhere else. I just wanted to mention it so if you do swim in the lagoon you can research how to rinse off properly after to avoid this because it wasn’t fun! It doesn’t seem to happen often, guess we were ”lucky”…
We thoroughly enjoyed this villa for us and our 2 teenage sons! It is exactly as pictured and the views are amazing! The villa is well appointed with everything we needed for cooking a few meals. It is also within walking distance to several resorts, restaurants and conveniences. The covered patio proved very useful to enjoy the views while it was raining. The property managers were responsive to all our needs, supplying us with more beach chairs, coffee, paper products, etc. Parking was convenient in the garage below the building. The pools, gym, pool bar also very easy access. Thanks for a great experience. We'd stay here again for sure!
This place is pure paradise!

Typically after a trip, I’m thinking about the experiences or excursions…But this vacation had me longing to go back to this condo. The view from the balcony/kitchen is unreal! My family of 6 slept comfortably here. The washer/dryer & dishwasher were both incredibly helpful and newer.
At night, you can hear the calming live entertainment (singing/guitar) coupled with the ambience of waves crashing, and watching the sunset….because of this you’ll want to grill at the pool BBQs every evening to soak up the beauty. The pools are delightful. The unit is well stocked! Thank you for a lovely stay. ?
Comfortable, clean and convenient. Priced a but high, but still a good option if you are staying with family. The view is beautiful as well as the amenities.
