The unit was very clean. We all had easy access to the facilities.
Our family (3 couples and a child) enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina B301 very much. 3 seperate brs two with private hall/bath and one with a common bath (3 bathrooms total) was a great layout. The lanai had double sliding door access and was always in the shade to provide nice cover, overlooking both the beautifully landscaped pool and ocean beyond. Pool hours began at 8am with quiet grounds preparation starting at 7am, and the double pane windows kept the rooms quiet even beyond that time. On one side, the pool area was adjacent to a wandering Koi pond with monster, colorful Koi that had a feeding schedule at 8:30am and 4:30 pm that guests could participate in. The other side had gated access to the beach/lagoon area where very small waves would lap the shore. Shower off facilities were at the pool area. The lagoon had a sandy bottom about 50 yards out, with a floating line to mark the transition to coral/rock at about 12 ft depth, where water clarity for snorkling improved.
