Lovely unit, well maintained grounds and amenities. Beautiful views. This unit worked perfectly for our extended family. Kitchen was equipped well. My only one small negative was the AC unit functioning was dependent on the slider doors (and windows) being not only closed fully but the sliders have to be in a very specific position for the sensor to know it is closed. We didn't know this the first full day and it was very warm inside. The staff responded quickly to our messages and maintenance came that day. They were able to show us the exact position the slider needed to be in to trigger the AC to work (it was literally just moving the cloaed/locked slider a few millimeters one direction). Once we knew that we had no additional issues but we did have to make sure anytime someone went outside the slider was back in the exact position. It wasn't a problem to do this but would be helpful if there is a sign explaining this to save maintenance from having to come out.
We were in town to celebrate our son's change of command ceremony at Schofield Army base. The base was a short ride from our AirBnB. We all fit extremely comfortably here: parents, grandparents and siblings. We selected this particular location because we wanted to spend quality time our son's family. We were able to move fluidy from the beach, to the kiddy pool, to the lap pool without hardship. The lap pool is a quiet zone for adults so the grandparents had a place to escape that was serene and quiet while we played with the children in the adjacent kiddie area. We were in the 11th floor penthouse with 3 different balconies facing east, south and west. We were able to see every sunrise and sunset as well as the oceanviews from our balconies. A great treat was that we were able to see the military planes come from our balcony. We stayed for 2 weeks so finding groceries was a must. Costco and Walmart were less than a 10 minute drive away. We highly recommend for large families.
We had a wonderful stay! This home was perfect for our multi-generational family—spacious, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed, including great beach supplies. The location was beautiful with lovely views of the beach and pool, and it was very easy to get to. We really enjoyed using the clean gym, sauna, pools, and beach during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy, and the parking was very close and convenient. We were able to comfortably accommodate all 3 of our vehicles without any issues. The listing was very accurate, and the home felt welcoming and comfortable for our entire family. We would absolutely stay here again!
We just got back from a two week stay here, and we will definitely be going back! The beach was amazing the food around the area was amazing and just being in Hawaii was amazing! My family and I had a great time and will be back soon!
