Great place. Had an issue with the washer that was fixed immediately. Responsive and easy to access. Well kept grounds. Not walkable to restaurants but a great beach with turtles in walking distance.

What we liked - the resort is very thoughtfully furnished to every small detail. The location is great, especially to relax in the private garden after a tiring day. Just that its not on the beach, however not very far either and all beach activity things like towels, snorkelling stuff even sunscreen cream are also stacked in the store room. The property manager is friendly, prompt in communication and very helpful. We definitely will like to return there for our next Maui trip and recommend as well.

This was a really nice place to stay for our family. It had a great pool area, plenty big for the number of people using it, but I did imagine from the pictures that the pool would be even bigger. The location was convenient and felt safe. Parking was no problem. There was beach gear and a nice little travel set of soap, plus laundry and dishwashing pods. My kids slept well on the hide a bed and the bedroom had a nice TV in it, in addition to the living area TV. The AC unit was only for the bedroom, so if you like it at 72* F year round, this might not work for you.

With the exception of the blown GFI the unit was in good repair and very clean. The unit was fully outfitted with extensive amount of pots, pans, utensils,silverware and dishes. The unit was fairly centrally located for our activities. Staff at the property manager was very responsive to our inquiries and questions.

This was a nice location to stay at. The place was very clean. I appreciate them having all of the supplies for us to go have our perfect beach days. That was a big help we didn’t need to buy anything.

The rental was clean and stayed cool even without AC, although the unit in the bedroom is a life saver! It is also a stones throw to the beach and was wonderful to be able to easily go for a sunset beach walk. They were quick to respond to any issues. Just be sure that the bathroom door doesn’t lock on the door stop - we accidentally locked ourselves out a couple of times but got a quick response to help unlock it! The kitchen had so many utensils and everything we needed to cook plus all you need to visit the beach! Would definitely recommend!

Great Vacation home if visiting Maui. Home was a little warm when first checking in but once we opened the doors and let the breeze come in it definitely cooled down. Good Idea to get a high velocity fan from Walmart when checking in or have manager provide another one besides the one in the closet.Home has everything you need so you don't only get a great price for rental but also you can save on being able to cook your own meals if needed. Plenty of beach accessories including a wagon to tow things to or from Beach or vehicle or simply taking out trash. Very close to pool so that was a plus. Parking lot was a little further but not bad. Manager was very commutative and even accommodated us after having to stay an extra day after missing our flight, by giving us a major discount and letting us check back in immediately. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay with Elite Pacific. The condo was clean and our on-island contact was very quick to answer questions and check if we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were easy, and it’s also within walking distance of the beach that was nice and not crowded. Kihei is a great place to stay in Maui as it feels like a true slice of Hawaiian rural life. You can’t find a better place on the island for this value. Would recommend.

This condo was perfect for our short remainder of our trip. Charles and Caitlin were super informative and communicative. The kitchen is nice and had a lot of amenities that made cooking at home easy. The tv in the living room was great and we were able to watch the finale of Stranger Things, which made our day. The big doors to he living room/outdoor is a must use as there is no central air. It wasn’t an issue at all as there’s always a nice breeze. The bedroom AC is perfect and really cools down the room. This space is perfect on cost, amenities, and location! Speaking of location, it’s so easy to get around. I’d highly recommend going across the street to the beach.

Lovely space in a great location! Everything was seamless- even before landing on the island our host was proactive in ensuring we would be comfortable. The condo was clean and well-stocked and we appreciate so much having our time in gorgeous Maui made that much better by the excellent hospitality.

We had an amazing week in this condo! The location was great, and had all of the amenities we were looking for. The beach gear that was available to use was awesome: beach blankets, chairs, umbrella, snorkles, etc. The location in Kihei was very central which made getting around the island so easy. The on-island contact, Charles, was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Place located in the north part of Kihei, 5 min walk to the beach. Convenient parking lot with car wash. All amenities at the resort: pool, jacuzzi, tennis, grill. 5 min drive to plaza and breakfast places: Kihei cafe and Nulu highly recommended. Host was able to provide complimentary late check out and easy communication with proper information. Great surprise for kids: all beach toys, gears, boards and so on in the closet. Great location! The toilet broke right before we checked in but Charles kept us in the loop on getting it fixed and we were compensated for the inconvenience. He always responded in a timely manner. We loved having the beach chairs for use, they were lifesavers! We would stay again in the future.

My son and I enjoyed our stay. It was a clean very spacious unit. It has a very nice new, fully stocked kitchen with a large center island. Great for entertaining. The large sliding doors to the lanai really open the unit up to the lush garden. It’s just two steps away to the pool through the garden. We enjoyed playing tennis and playing ping pong on a pristine table set up. Less appealing was the long distance from the parking lot to the unit, although a cart is provided. Also, it’s close to S. Kihei road so there is some road noise.

Charles and this unit were absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back. It was soooo convenient to have everything we could want included like boogie boards, toys for the kid, a cooler, and even a wagon to lug everything around. The location is terrific as well

It was a great place to stay. Newly remodeled and clean. Had everything we needed and had nice beach equipment. Has only air in bedroom but has nice ceiling fans and with doors to create a wonderful breeze through the unit. Didn’t need the air. Great pool area to hang out after the day at the beach. Thanks!

Great location! Accross the street from beautiful park. Would gladly stay again. Grounds are well maintained, spacious, refreshing and enjoyable to walk. Kids were glad to go to the nice pool. Unit is spacious, very inviting. Kitchen is modestly, but sufficiently stocked. Mattress encouraged us to get up early in the morning to watch sunrise! Bed is very noisy and squeaky, not something we would ever keep. Host was always responsive. Mahalo Charles!

Great location and very spacious for a family of 5 (2 kids and 1 infant). It wasn’t as hot during the nights and didn’t use the AC as much. We did use the fans and AC during the day when we were getting ready for the day. The washer and dryer great and we used it basically very other day. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, plates, utensils, etc. We didn’t know there were beach stuff to use like chairs, toys, and wagon. We didn’t use them but it was nice to have it available. We did use the beach towels. They were big and great for the kids to use. We’ll for sure come back and book this place again. The only thing was the property wasn’t as lit up at night. It was very dark and the parking was pretty far away and hard to see where you’re going if you’re not familiar with the property. Overall, this was a great place to vacation and feel at home!

Everything was absolutely fantastic. We had a great time in the this lush garden retreat, lots of plumeria trees. The communication was amazing the host. We already want to plan a trip again next year. Definitely a gem.

This condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was super clean and spacious and in a very convenient location in Kihei. The house was fully stocked with everything you need! The pool which was steps away from condo was also a very nice addition! It gets pretty warm in the condo but there is an additional fan in the closet that we used. Our host Charles was great and very responsive and made our check in process seamless. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice convenient location for your stay.

This cozy condo was the perfect home away from home while we were in Maui. It was fully stocked with beach supplies and useful things to aid in our adventures. The bed was comfy and he AC in the room worked great so we slept beautifully! The space was also very clean and the property manager was very helpful and responsive! I would definitely recommend this place.

Very private and quiet! So cozy. Perfect for a group of friends. The garden every morning was awesome! So comfy and clean! Loved it .

Great location and stay for a great price. Be aware that if you're staying during hotter months that you only get a portable A/C unit in the bedroom and you're asked to turn it off when you're gone. So it can get a bit warm when you arrive or when you return from your adventures. But overall it's very nice and an enjoyable place to relax, especially in the morning on the lanai.

This was the perfect place to stay in Kihei. The beach is right across the street and we loved walking along the beach to grab coffee and delicious pastries at Sugar Beach Bake Shop. The condo also had boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Great communication and the place was very clean and relaxing.

Koa Resort was exactly what we needed - clean, recently renovated unit in a great location. Check in was super easy, parking was safe/reliable, and location was great for trips to Kihei / Wailea, and north to Lahaina / North Maui. Kitchen and living room were very spacious, and the AC / fans kept the bedroom nice and cold after a long day in the sun. Elite Pacific had great communication and were a very helpful resource throughout the entire stay.

Great place to stay and relax, just a walk to the beach or hit the pool there. Have a laundry machine there was a bonus. Convenient location close to a lot places to eat or buy groceries.
