The condo is just as described with awesome views of the pacific ocean, soothing sounds of the waves crashing on lava rocks, beautiful coconut palms swaying right in front and gorgeous sunsets of the west coast. Absolutely stunning place is also well maintained and at walking distance to shopping , dinning etc. If any flaws, it is on a touristy street and can get noisy occasionally.

Everything was great. Condo was very comfortable and couldn’t beat the location, would definitely stay there again

Wow! Wow! Wow! Location! Location! Location! Every morning we woke up, we had coffee on the balcony and watched spinner dolphins jumping and playing every morning! It’s also a 10 second walk to our favorite breakfast place, Lava Java! Tons of great shops and restaurants are also minutes away. The condo could not have been nicer and we will absolutely love to rent here again!

I have stayed in this complex many times, this was by far the nicest unit I've been in. Very clean, nice furniture, a well stocked kitchen, nice linens, and the beach chairs/umbrella/cooler were a plus. I would stay here again!

Met all our needs. Nice view. Very nicely appointed. I loved the turtle mosaic shower floor! We pretty much only slept there as our base as we traveled around the island sight seeing. The volcano erupting was a highlight!

We totally enjoyed the condo and especially the deck. Being on the fourth floor made it very private and no neighbor noise. The day time traffic is very busy and some vehicles were very loud. The surf is also very loud but in an enjoyable way. The view is fabulous! Would have been perfect if not for the electrical wires. But overall, we loved our stay there, loved the deck where we spent most of our time. (Need flip flops or something on your feet because of the breeze must blow up dust on the deck.) Great restaurants and great locations for driving north or south to see the sights and other restaurants. We will be back!

This is our second time visiting the Big Island. We stayed further outside of the main part of Kailua Kona last time but this property was in the heart of everything you need. We were able to walk to meals, outings and to explore. The only time we left was to explore other beaches and excursions. The view is amazing, beds were comfortable (even the pull out couch which was a concern for our 3rd guest).

The location is wonderful. It was difficult to find the entryway to the parking, but a message from the host was very helpful.

Great location for a visit on Aliil Dr, Met new Ohana.Looking forward to next year for Coffee Festival.

Very beautiful view and very clean apartment, exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, looks better in person more then the pictures, we love how you decorated this little apartment, host was very helpful whenever we needed him and it’s very conveniently located, we definitely recommend to spend few nights here it’s worth every penny.

Great to be next door to restaurants. Listening to the ocean waves was terrific. A bit of street noise but easy to overlook with the views and location.

This place has an amazing view of the ocean and everything you will need household wise to enjoy your time. The host provided real cable, not Internet TV and boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas provided to enjoy the outdoors. As mentioned by others there is loud traffic noise during the day that goes until around 9/10PM. The construction noise from the remodel going on above us was more of an annoyance to me. I thought the bed was comfy and slept well here listening to the waves crashing.

Beautiful view, yes the road is in front of your ocean, but you don’t see it unless you look down. We enjoyed the people watching while eating our breakfast on the Lanai, while taking in the swimmers and playful dolphins every day. The waves lull you to sleep. Truly some of best sunsets we’ve seen. The walkability of this place can’t be matched. We happy hour hopped and went to the Farmers market all on foot and truly enjoyed and bought many items from Nanas Clay Flowers. Absolutely awesome artistry! The best thing is she’s right in our building! Anyway, the Condo is Clean, Beautifully decorated, easy to find if you follow the directions, less than 15 mins from the airport and Costco is on the way. Would highly recommend .

We loved our stay! The location cannot get any better! The view was amazing as well as the sound of the ocean and the sunrise and sunset views. We loved having a washer and dryer as well and a spacious kitchen.

Management company was efficient friendly and helpful.

This condo is pretty well equiped, very clean, with a lot of space. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and body surf boards. Ali the basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc.) were provided. It's well located, with restaurants in walking distance. There are great beaches near by, the best one we went to at approximately 30 min by car. I would return anytime!

Almost exactly as described. Well appointed kitchen. Larger beach towels would have been nice. No Kleenex - we run into this a lot at other AirBNbs. Great to have washer and dryer. Complimentary coffee was a nice gesture. Chairs on lanai were not the ones in the photo. Road noise - only when Harleys, loud radios, no exhaust cars went by - can tell it’s a bit of a cruise route. But that’s not under their control. Having two bathrooms was a bonus - we each had our own. Location and walk to numerous food choices was fantastic. Firm comfy bed. The beach chairs and other gear was well used but operational and appreciated. View from lanai was insane! We saw the parasailers the first morning we were there and I instantly looked it up to go do it. 100% would stay again.

Location. Location. LOCATION! Off the lanai, we enjoyed watching spinner dolphins and turtles every single day for a week! TONS of amazing restaurants within walking distance. Can't imagine a better home base for our trip. Really appreciated the snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Can be loud on the strip but the sound of the waves helps drown it out. Very clean condo, beautiful, kept up very nicely. Pull out couch was tough to put back and very loud with every movement.

Amazing place in Kona. Really fabulous oceanfront lanai. Great sunsets from high top tables. Inside, super clean and functional interior. Nice touch with Kona coffee beans. Easy check in check out process. Will be back for sure!

Perfect place to stay in Kona. Watch the waves crash on rocks below you for hours. Best part of town is right out the door with plenty to see and do. The condo is well equipped for vacationers. Pool is nice and quiet. Stay here.

We absolutely loved this condo. It's location within the town is perfect and the view is great. There were several nice touches that made our stay better; A complimentary bag of Kona coffee beans and grinder, a couple different sizes of coolers, beach chairs, Tupperware etc. You won't want to miss a sunset from this balcony.

Clean, spacious, located in the heart of Kona, this is a great place to spend a few days on Hawaii island.

We enjoyed the 4th floor views off of the Lanai in the morning watching the Dolphins and swimmers in the Bay. Convenient location, parking and access to the Condo! Clean, comfortable and spacious! Sunsets were amazing! Great restaurants near by. Easy walk to the Pier to swim the Triathlon swim course. Loved it!

My Husband and I really enjoyed this condo during our 6 night stay in Kona. It was comfortable, well stocked with pots and pans and other cooking items as well as starter tp and paper towels. The showers were perfect - a sign noted it could take time to get the water hot - we always got hot water immediately and the water pressure was perfect. It was nice to turn on the air conditioning after a hot day of touring. This place is close to everything- within walking distance of tasty restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to beaches and other attractions. The sunsets from the balcony were some of the best I've ever seen- it always made the perfect ending to our day.. I highly recommend this condo.

The condo was very nice as pictured and we loved watching the sunset over the ocean from the patio. We left the patio doors open at night so we could hear the waves crashing. As others said, there is some street noise but it is not very bothersome and quieted down by 9 every evening and did not impact our sleep. Traffic around Kona can be very congested, so it was great to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants.

My wife and I loved the place. It had an awesome view, all the amenities, centralized to everything, and Nick was extremely helpful and patient helping us check-in/check-out. We definitely recommend this place.

This was our first experience with an ABNB and it was a great one. Excellent location and the apartment/condo was perfect for us. Great location and lots to do in the area. Loved the patio - lots of breakfasts and sunsets right there with the sounds of the waves. Loved it.

This is a great, clean, well located condo with all the comforts of home! Slept with sliders open and heard the waves all night. Highly recommend!

This condo is beautifully remodeled with top notch stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, gorgeous cabinets and countertops, and fully stocked with every thing a person may need during their stay. The gift of Kona coffee beans, located next to a coffee grinder and coffee maker was such a treat ! This condo is spotless and we worked to keep it in the same condition. The bed was a huge king on a beautiful platform and so very comfortable. Every inch of square footage is used. There is a double sink on the outside of the master bedroom’s bathroom( same beautiful countertop as kitchen) , and a toilet and a decent sized shower next to it. There is no door on the small bathroom. There is a larger bathroom off of the kitchen with a double sink, a toilet, and a small “ one person” shower. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in that bathroom. A large dining table off the kitchen and living room, 2 wonderful easy chairs set up theatre style in front of a large TV, and a couch ( with a bed that pulls out) ( we did not use) and a wooden coffee table on wheels to easily move if you want to pull out the sofa bed or use the rug to stretch ( which we did. It was a great space). The view with large glass patio doors is outstanding. You see all ocean. Indescribable. Right downtown. Amazing location. The place has everything. And extras. Snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, ice chests; you name it, they have it. The building itself is an older style condo building that twists and turns with good lighting and well marked signs where the rooms are. We look forward to staying here again.

This place is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. The view is amazing and we listened to the waves rolling in day and night. I would highly recommend this spot for your next trip to Kona.

This condo was perfectly located in the heart of downtown Kona! Great if you don’t have a car and also good parking if you do! They provided everything: beach gear like chairs, cool bag and cooler blocks, beach towels and snorkel gear and umbrella! Kitchen was great for doing your own cooking! You can’t beat the view from the verandah, and yeah there’s a lot of car noise but there’s also the roaring ocean, so it still feels relaxing. At night you can’t hear any of that from the bedroom if you close the doors. Absolutely would stay here again in Kona!

What a find. In the heart of Kailua Kona. Recently renovated, ocean and pounding waves across the street, beautiful decor, fully equipped kitchen (sharp knives! dull ones are a personal pet peeve), easy walk to restaurants and shops. Address is Kuakini Hwy but building is on Ali Drive, which is heavily trafficked two lane road. 4th floor for this condo so noise is tolerable and you cannot hear it inside w sliders closed.

Wonderful place, great location, super responsive. Place is nicely furnished, looks just like pictures. We really appreciated the extra amenities (beach chairs, beach umbrella, body boards, coolers, snorkel gear). Spent most of our time on the lenai enjoying the view and the people watching on the street below. Highly recommend

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Hawaii. The views are AMAZING, the sound of the waves was so calming, and the location was in walking distance to so many places! The Airbnb itself is very clean and comfortable inside. I only wish we could’ve spent more time here. It was more than enough room for two people. There are two bathrooms, full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. It could comfortably fit 4 people with the pull-out bed in the living room. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an Airbnb you want to spend time in while also enjoying the area!

This is a great condo with parking. Eat breakfast on the lanai and listen to the waves crashing on the rocks. Owners provide a complete kitchen. We made our breakfasts and lunches every day. Close to a beautiful Safeway and Farmer’s Markets. Very clean and newly remodeled. The guest book with things to do was a nice touch. Best air bnb we have ever stayed at!

I had an amazing stay. Great location, great view, and very walkable. Nice touches and finishes throughout. 2 full bathrooms and parking was a plus!
