Kona Blue Vacations Holua Kai

We had a wonderful visit to Kona and this house was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the pool and the sliding door between the main common space and the outdoor space. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we made most of our meals at the house. The host is also generous with extra towels, plenty of pool towels and paper products to get us through a 10 day stay. The rooms were spacious and comfy and we had everything we needed.

Excellent stay accommodations were perfect. Just like the photos. The appliances state of the art! I love this home. Every detail is carefully thought out. Enjoyed watching the wild goats cross the golf course. The resident gecko was hanging out. Grandkids had a blast stepping out onto the covered patio area to swim in the pool! I enjoyed the spa after long days of exploring Kona and Hapuna beach and other beautiful places. If more air was needed we just flipped on the overhead outside fan. AC was greatly appreciated! Everything was clean and immaculate. Will be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home a wonderful 8 days of heavenly memories.

We absolutely loved our stay! Great location to the activities we had planned, in fact we were able to walk to the Manta Rays excursion from our place. The home is in a gated community and very clean! I loved the huge kitchen, with all the items we needed including spices! We also enjoyed the coffee to get our vacation started. The outdoor patio was so peaceful and we enjoyed spending time out there. Thanks for a great stay!

A very clean and pretty property. It's in close proximity to many excursions, a downtown shopping area with restaurants and a golf course. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a coffee maker that takes pods or beans.Pool is heated and hot tub attached so temperature is always rightAny inquiries were always responded to in a timely manner and all of ours were answered or requests were granted. Super flexible! Easy check in. Great place to stay, would come back for sure

Excellent home in Kona for a group or family. The space is spotless and beautiful, with all the amenities needed. We really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub and the beautiful outdoor space. It was very convenient with private parking + close to downtown and Captain Cook. Would stay again and highly recommend it!

5 Stars across the board! Beautiful home with wonderful amenities. Not only was relaxing by the pool fantastic but we really enjoyed all the gear that was included (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling stuff, bikes, and so much more). It helped us make the most out of our time visiting Kona and we would absolutely stay here again in the future.

This is a great place for a family or small group of friends. Private, airy and relaxing - it's all you need if you're looking for a low-key trip to the big island.

We had a wonderful week in Hawaii and enjoyed our stay at this home. It was perfect for a crowd that included an 11 year old and an 89 year old - it was comfortable and everyone loved the pool!

Great house. Everything is perfect condition. Very clean. Loved the backyard and pool in particular.

We really enjoyed our stay in this immaculately clean and comfortable home! The wall of sliding doors opened up onto the lanai and pool area with a lovely view of the mountains (and goats on the golf course!). There were lots of handy items in the garage like chairs, coolers and water gear for our days out, and they had several guidebooks for the island. Communication with the property manager was easy and timely. When we forgot an item while packing up, they found it and forwarded to us promptly--much appreciated! All in all, a wonderful stay at a lovely home. Thank you!

We loved our stay. The home was wonderful and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of towels and beach equipment. We hope to stay again!

We had a very nice and comfortable stay here. The house itself was clean and ready for us and had all the amenities we could've wanted. It's also extremely close to the location of some recreational boating/snorkeling tours, which we took advantage of. However there were some issues with the pool. The auto-vacuum had been pulled out prior to our arrival and there was what looked like plastic debris in both the pool and hot tub. I was able to contact the property manager, who had the pool folks out the next day. They were able to clean up maybe 75% of the debris aside from what I was able to do myself by reinserting the auto-vacuum and directing it towards problem spots. This is a great property and I'd probably stay here again, however for the cost of the stay I would expect the pool to be clean and ready on check-in.

My family and I absolutely loved this home and our stay! The house was very spacious and clean in a peaceful gated community. They provided all the essentials that we needed for our stay (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) There was also a grocery store and CVS five minutes away! My family and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that is looking to stay Kona! Thanks Elite Pacific for a wonderful stay!

The check-in process was smooth, and the one time we needed to call them about the thermostat, they were responsive and took care of it right away. The house was comfortable and the having the private pool and the hot tub in the backyard was really convenient with kids. The house was also well stocked with all the daily essentials. We had a wonderful stay!

Aloha! We had such a magical time at your vacation rental property! Thank you so much. Everything worked well. We loved the hot tub and the pool. And the view out to the water was so expansive looking over the golf course that we felt very private. It was quiet. We so appreciated all the equipment in the garage. And we loved walking down to the hotel and bay for lunch and viewing the waves crashing on the shore. The shopping center was so close by and the surfing and snorkeling beaches were so convenient. The location is perfect for traveling all over the island. We went north to turtle beach and then over the island to the tropical side. The drives were easy and well marked. We even went down to green beach so easily. We loved all the channels on the TV and the wifi worked well. Sitting outside and watching the stars was such a treat because of the dark skies. Great rental house in a gated community just south of Kona. Beautiful new house with a well-appointed kitchen. We loved the lanai, pool, and hot tub. Also it was great to be able to use some of the things in the garage (folding chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkels) at the nearby beaches!

Home is lovely for a family. We shared with 2 other couples and having the second bathroom with the toilet and shower in the same room was a challenge. Would have liked to have had the toilet in a separate room. The TV cable is not user friendly for prime channels. The home itself is perfect and having the pool was a plus. Home is clean and stocked very well. The set set view at “The View” at Kona County Club is amazing. Having the activities right at the end of the road was wonderful. Would definitely rent again with our immediate family.

Great location. Spacious, clean, well stocked house. Pool is small, but the kids and adults used it and the spa every single day, so despite the size, it was a hit! Use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and snorkel gear was a welcome bonus.

It has everything you need! The place was also VERY clean and spotless! Kudos to their housekeeping staff. Communication with the property manager was great! She was there for everything you may need or any questions you may have. The owners also left a hand written note and the decor of the house was really nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Super detailed and organized in ensuring a safe stay. The property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

Love the home, beautiful clean and a great lanai. Large fridge as well so you don't have to eat out every meal. The pool is very small don't book for the pool. Also the nearest best beach is 45 minutes. Some are closer but it's worth the drive to Hapuna beach. I would still stay here even with that being said. Just rent a car. The house had ample extra amenities such as spices, first aid kit. A few paper products. Loved the garage it had paddle board as well as surf and boogie boards. We used the Luxe Concierge service to book our tours. They were great. Referred to us by the Company that services the Airbnb. Definitely not the cheapest place to stay, but it was very nice we just bought groceries at Costco and enjoyed 10 days here. I would stay again. If you are on a budget shop around. But may not have the location and quality!
