Very easy to check in, prime location, nice view over the ocean

Location was excellent, the balcony view was exactly like the picture and nice in the mornings. It was great to be able to do laundry when travelling as a family. The bed were reasonably comfortable and the bedrooms were of decent size. comfortable sofa bed for my son to sleep on. Lovely pool area. That the second bedroom upstairs has no air conditioning. It was pretty hot! You need to be careful when you open the balcony door to go outside that you don’t close it completely, my son almost got locked out. The tv wasn’t working for most of the stay but the people at elite were lovely and quick to remedy this situation.

Wonderful location. There was ease of ammenities for a longer time stay. We grilled by the pool and swam often in the lightly salted pool (which was nice after an ocean day). It was difficult to figure out heating cooling consistency but that was more my challenge being from the main land. great value. I would have loved to have someone come and clean 1/2 way thru our stay since we stayed 11 days. That is a service that was offered and I will take them up on the offer next time.

Very walkable to downtown. Upstairs AC was very strong, however it’ll blow straight into the face of whoever’s sleeping by. Downstairs AC wasn’t as strong but it eventually cools the room down. Pretty spacious and we had a great time!

This condo is only a couple minute walk into town. We loved how easy it was to walk to everything you needed. The condo was clean and well stocked. The air conditioning worked well in the main bedroom, but the second bedroom does not have A/C.

Excellent for our family of four with adult children.

Great location with access to beaches and restaurants in downtown Kona! Enjoyed our week-long stay during the Ironman race. Great communication and check-in/check-out process was smooth.

Such a great place! We appreciated how the condo provided snorkel and beach items, it was very helpful! Close to town and in a quiet and peaceful location.

Great location with beautiful ocean views, spacious with two floors and two bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed. Reserved parking is convenient; easy check-in and out; Great shower and cute bathrooms. We used snorkel gears and life jacket even for snorkeling. They had beach towers and beach blankets and a cooler and other beach equipment, very useful for beach hot days. We enjoyed our stay!

Great condo walking distance to town! My kiddos loved the pool and the 5 minute walk to the beach. I loved having my early morning tea on the master lanai and watching the water, I even saw whales thru my binoculars! Would stay here again with its proximity to town, solid value, and good property management.

Condo was clean, comfortable and located close to down town Kona. Elite Pacific management company is efficient and communicates well. Somewhat limited but nice views of ocean. Condo is a good value. At night there were noisy children in a neighboring condo which created some challenges with open windows. There are two small air conditioners but we preferred the fresh ocean breeze. Living room, kitchen, bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms, bathroom and lanai upstairs. There is no dishwasher. Very nice washer & dryer and nice assortment of loaners items such as small cooler, 2 beach chairs and mats, and some snorkeling gear. We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean space and great location. comfortably fits 6 people with the pull out couch. definitely appreciated the different equipment provided (towels, chairs, snorkel, boogie board, fins). after reading the reviews of opening the windows, it was comfortable climate. tip: (Hidden by Airbnb) maps routed me to the other side of the complex but we weren't able to go through so keep that in mind when finding it.

We highly recommend this spot! Close to all the little shops and restaurants in Kona Village, a lanai with an ocean view from which we saw dolphins in the early morning / even a whale one morning. Checkin was flawless and easy. We’d love to come back.

We had a good stay, the apartment is nicely furnished and well located. The ocean view is amazing and we could really spot a whale while drinking our coffee like it’s mentioned in the description!

Fun spot close to town and the water. Great spot to walk down to the coast for the sunset and pretty easy to get to other places in a fair amount of time. Beds were super comfy and the location is quiet. Had a great time and would stay again!

This was a awesome location! Close to everything and gorgeous views. Only downfalls was the unit was stuffy and there was many bugs, we even saw a roach. But with my fiancé being from Hawaii bugs and such are more common there than they are in the mainland.. There is a conditioner downstairs for the living area and kitchen but it does not do as much as the larger one host has in master bedroom upstairs if you are willing to stay up there with the door shut to cool down. Overall we enjoyed our stay and all the accommodation especially how close the unit is to the pool too. Would come back again.

This spot is perfectly located very close to town in one direction and easy to get to the rest of the island in the other. An ideal spot for our group of five. The second bedroom had lots of fans, the main bedroom off the 2nd floor outdoor seating area had a portable AC unit that we didn’t even need everyday with all the soft breezes, while the sleeper sofa in the living room had the wall unit AC that was more than ample. Really well equipped with the extras including beach gear and snorkeling stuff that we appreciated and used a lot. My wife found the bed more comfortable than the hotel bed we stayed in prior to this trip. Dedicated parking was so nice though the entrance off Kuakini could use some lighting to find it at night. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the nightly chorus of coqui frogs. A lovely time was had by all!

This home is awesome. Everything is exactly as the pictures show. The pool was great and so much fun for the kids when we weren’t at the beach. The home is very comfortable and the views were amazing.

A well-located condo in the Kona area - close to the local shops and beaches. The A/C unit in the living room was very refreshing, as well as the one in the master bedroom. The rest of the upper floor could get a little stuffy during our mid-May visit, but was reasonably tolerable with open windows. However, the open windows meant more noise coming in from the neighbors and local wildlife. Overall, a good place to rest after a long day's adventure on the big island.

Perfect place! Nice location close to food and highways. Lots of things in the Airbnb that we got to (Email hidden by Airbnb) fy rooms. Not the mention the bathroom was really cute. 12/10 would stay at again!
