Such a great place to stay! Had everything we needed, incredible location, communicative owners, and just a really nicely maintained unit. It felt like home while visiting, even though we could only stay for a few days. Perfect for vacations!

We attended a family reunion of 25 who all rented in this complex. The complex offers nice amenities (pool, outside grills, tables), and this one bedroom unit is great, with a partial ocean view. The kitchen is open and adequately equipped. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed. The plastic blinds fell off twice (plastic sun baked and two panels broke), but a call brought a repair right away. The parking is underground….tight but convenient to the unit. Location is great and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and beach. Fabulous!!

Our family of three was very pleased with central but very quiet location. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was completed with many small appliances and spices. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue too.

Great service, great location, excellent pool and amenities. Easy walk to multiple food and beverage providers. Very well equipped unit, nice to have a lot of space and huge lanai. Highly recommended and thanks to Elite Pacific.

This property at Kona Pacific Condominiums was fantastic! Clean. Nicely decorated and ready for guests. The lanai had a good view of the ocean and was a wonderful spot to drink my morning coffee (a bag of which was provided to get us started) and plan the day. A “play” box was filled with snorkeling gear for our use and we took advantage of them.The unit is located within an easy walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Kona. Parking inside the parking structure was a plus.The location provided a great starting point for touring the island. Management was very accommodating in regards to an important package that was being delivered there as well as checking on our needs. All in all, it was an absolutely fantastic experience and would stay there again if visiting the Big Island.

Highly recommended host. Extremely clean, Central location, plenty of kitchen items, spices, utensils etc. Great been full of beach equipment which saved us money! Pool is fantastic, really can’t recommend enough.

Great condo. Clean and exactly as described. In very close proximity to restaurants and tourist shops. A short drive to boat for diving with Kona Hanu Divers. Check in process was easy and check out requirements very reasonable. We had no issues so did not have a need to contact owner or property manager during our stay. I highly recommend.

This one bedroom unit is within easy walking distance of the restaurants and nightlife on Ali’i Drive. Check-in was very easy. Appreciated the way the unit was stocked, especially the beach equipment. A/C worked well, which was nice. Easy to get in the road to most any place on the island. Definitely a place you’d feel comfortable staying in.

A sparkling clean, newly updated condo with partial ocean views. Parking and check-in was straightforward. The space was very quiet, yet walking distance from downtown Kailua. Great pool.

This condo and property location is perfectly placed. You are just a few walking minutes away from all the shops and restaurants along the main strip. The pool is nice and the condo was equipped with all basic essentials. The property managers were very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed. We would stay here again!

This property was absolutely amazing. Clean, big, included the essentials, location was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely stay again if I’m ever on the Big Island! Highly recommend!!

The property was well-maintained, secure and property management was very responsive when I couldn't figure out the TV remote. It was clean and kitchen well-stocked with utensils. Great location - walking distance to many restaurants and beaches.

Y’all when I say 5 out of 5 stars I mean it. 1. Location. Location. Location. Depending on how you want to spend your time you can almost get by with no car with this spot. You can walk from the place to the downtown scene of restaurants, bars, and shops. 2. The renovations are really nice and impeccably clean. 3. Coffee maker, blow dryer, washer & dryer, dishes and spices to cook with. 4. Lanai is relaxing for the mornings or evenings. 5. Place is quiet and people are friendly. 6. Lots of towels, wifi, and personal parking spot by the elevator. 7. Loved having two bathrooms with both a shower or bathtub. Would definitely rent again.

Our condo at Kona Pacific (B310) in Kona was top notch! Located within walking distance of all the restaurants and shopping of Kona. The grounds are clean, quiet, and well kept with a serene pool area and plenty of barbeques. The condo has been recently updated with beautiful tile, cabinets, quartz counters, and updated bathrooms. We will definitely come here again!!

Overall had a great time and loved the entire experience, appreciate all the follow up and responses ahead of time as well! - The interior AND exterior fans, A/C, and remote controls were set up beautifully. - Amazing kitchen, stocked on nearly everything. - Really appreciate the coffee and water and various supplies. - Check in and out process was straightforward and very easy. - Appreciate the packaged handbook, for anything and everything. - The view was way better than we expected/saw in the pictures! - Moreover, it’s a perfect location for any travelers. Just a bit outside the main stretch, but close enough to walk to all of it. At the end of the trip, this was ultimately everything we were looking for. We constantly saw the other places that were available, and always talked about how this place had the best of all of it. 10/10, would definitely recommend and visit again!

We had a great stay at this condo. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. It was exactly as pictured and described on the VRBO listing. Very nice upgraded unit. They had it stocked with items to start with- coffee, bottled water, paper towels, toilet paper etc. The management company renting this unit very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the large lanai deck. We especially liked the location- very easy walk into town and you didn’t need to drive and worry about finding parking. Also very quiet for sleeping. Would stay here again.

We LOVED our stay here! We are just leaving and already talking about coming back! They location was great, just a walk away from many restaurants and shops. Very clean! Plus added beach chairs and umbrellas. Had such a great experience. Will stay here again if the chance arises.

Love this place. 11 days of relaxation. Property was clean and spacious, especially for my 1 year old daughter. Loved everything about it. Your own parking space. Elevators a few steps from parking as well as unit. Love the keyless door. The remote controlled fans and lights in the rooms. AC all around. Clean pool. Quiet surroundings. Property management was awesome. Great communication in person and through email. Needed a late checkout time and allowed us to do so. Property is 10-15 minutes away from target and Walmart. 30 minutes from airport. All in all it was perfect. Would definitely do it again. Thank you.

The condo is gorgeous!!!! Loved staying here! Perfect location, very quiet, which I like, lovely furnishings. Love the bed, so comfy! So happy to have a parking spot in the garage and elevators! Wow, I wish I could have stayed her for the month that I’ve been in Kona!! It is the best place I stayed while here, for sure!! Amazing views, close to town, beaches, groceries!!!! Love love love this unit!!!! It’s the best!

Lovely unit . close to everything. clean and well stocked

Well furnished 1 bd 2 ba condo! Boogie board, beach chairs, beach towels, even a first aid kit! You can see the ocean from the lanai. Having dinner there or at the pool area where you can use the gas grills was simply wonderful! Wifi worked well, ceiling fans and lights had remotes. We walked to the restaurants and farmers market. It was great to be close but not on the main road with daily traffic. Honestly a great place to stay.

The place was neat, clean, well supplied and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a short 5 minute walk to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee and also for a couple of dinners enjoying a bit of ocean view. The management company was very quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The condo itself we were in needs updating but it served its purpose. The air conditioning unit is the window type so noisy when sleeping at night but it was nice to have air. The location was nice as it was close to the shops, Resto, bars so you can walk but far enough so it was quiet.
