Clean and well equipped. Once needed support from the host and the young man that helped was very friendly and polite. The lanai is great, but not much of a view and you will feel the heat from the air conditioning units if they are on . Overall great place and experience. Will definitely go back to this place.

Great location. Close enough to the Kailua-Kona strip that we could walk but far enough away it is quiet. The home was very comfortable with 2 bathrooms and 2 beds. Washer and dryer was very helpful.

Price of our stay was worth it

my family (2 babies under 2, husband, MIL and me) stayed at the Kona Pacific. check in/out- a breeze! contactless. It was perfect. what caught my attention was that there’s 2 BEDS (1 being a murphy bed.. but it’s better than a sofa-bed) A/C, dishwasher and washer/dryer was a plus! (they provided pods for both appliances) we felt that the price of our stay was worth it to be in the middle of Ali’i Drive. *they only have a compact stall available* side note: my MIL is a cigarette smoker, there is no “designated smoking area”, she walked off of the property.
