Great location. Easy walk to shopping and dining. Appreciated the beach chairs. Little obstructed view than originally thought. Could be loud with all the street noise since we prefer the fresh air vs the air condition, but we knew what we would get. Would have liked a little more storage for our personal belongings. Kitchen and amenities were great. Parking garage was a little wonky with all the structural work going on, but we figured out how to navigate around it. Easy access in and out of building. Communication with hosts has easy with fast responses. Nice week.

Staying at the Kona Plaza is our go to spot. Perfect location. Secure parking. It’s always quiet here even though you’re right on the main strip. We’ll be back in a few months.

The location is the best part. It is close to everything, restaurants, shops, ocean, markets and tourist activities. There is on site parking.

Great rental in an beautiful location

We were in Kona for the Queen Lili outrigger race and the location was fantastic! We had many of our team members stay at the Kona Plaza condos. It really worked out great! We loved the layout and lanai it truly was perfect! We felt our condo was the best!!

Very clean, well maintained property

Great location in Kona to walk to restaurants and shops. Property has everything you need and more - nicely appointed kitchen, comfy beds, and large balcony/lanai with dining and seating areas. Garage parking and the pool are a plus too. Great communication with host and easy check out instructions. Thank you!!

Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Good jumping off point for all your sight seeing.

The place was very nice with lots of extras at the location that weren't listed but were appreciated (beach towels, iron and ironing board). Finding the underground garage was a little confusing at first because of construction. Use the directions to the location that are sent by the host because google maps isn't very accurate. I'd suggest future guests bring some extra dishwasher and laundry soap "packets" because of the limited number of these provided by the facility. The location is right downtown so convenient to walk (though some street noise) and a view of the sunset over the water (winter).

Great location. I could walk to a nice place for snorkeling in about 6 minutes. The instructions need to be updated. The complex is being upgraded. So, there is no guest parking and no assigned parking contrary to the instructions. Other instructions that have changed due to the construction should also be updated.

Perfect location in downtown Kona. Shopping, restaurants, scenic viewpoints, Farmers' Market and more all within easy walking distance. Everything we needed for 1st day stay available in unit. Wrap around lanai and water view in distance wonderful. Building communication and upkeep expectations met. Only feedback is 2nd bedroom mattress made more comfortable with hard flat platform/boxspring or thicker mattress. Absolutely would choose this location again.

Place was as described. Balcony was nice. Lots of beach stuff in closet if needed or you forgot anything. Only about a block walk to downtown which has free bus service up and down the coast. Could really get away without even needing a car if you just took a taxi or Uber from the airport. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in town. Is a cruise ship port so lots to do if you wanted

This is actually our first Airbnb booking. The host made it very simple and was incredibly proactive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Everything was as described and more. I would not hesitate to book with this host in our future adventures.

We stayed in this lovely two-bedroom condo for three nights in September. Loved every second of it and we were sad to leave. The condo is spacious, clean, and perfectly situated in old Kona Town. Lots of amenities made us feel at home the moment we stepped in the door. We are already planning a return trip to the Big Island in 2025 and hope to stay here again. Mahalo.

We had a great stay while visiting Kauai for our 1st time. The condo was super clean & had everything that we needed for our stay. Sophia was very helpful when I contacted her at our arrival & also with an issue with the pool key. Highly recommend & we would definitely stay there again.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GO TO THE BIG ISLAND THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY THE HOST WAS AMAZING NOT TO MENTION IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL IT IS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH AND MANY RESTAURANTS WALMART SAFEWAY AND MANY STORES ARE UP THE STREET JUST PERFECT LOCATION CANT WAIT TO GO BACK.

The condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything that we needed. The bbq area was nice to have. We used it a few times. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the ocean.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we had a wonderful time. Staying at Kona Plaza was perfect for us. Great location - walking distance to so much. Plenty of space for the 4 us, since we do like to take breaks from "touristing" by chilling in the condo. And having a kitchen was perfect- allowing for easy breakfast in the condo before heading out. The condo was clean and comfortable. The recommendations for food and activities was helpful and we did take advantage of them. I would certainly stay here again if/when we make our way back to Kona.

We enjoyed our stay greatly! Clean, well appointed, great views and people-watching. Perfect if you want to be in the center of everything. Check in and out was easy, garage was safe. Super responsive and friendly host. We encountered a noise issue (smoke alarm in an absent neighbor's unit), texted the host after hours and they had it troubleshooted and fixed within the hour. Would highly recommend for location, comfort and value.

Elite Pacific Vacations was a pleasure to work with from the start. Our experience with the entire team was icing on the cake. They are very accommodating and truly cared about making our time in the unit and on the big island as memorable as possible. Pleasant stay, can’t get any closer to the heart of Kona. Did not use pool other than that all amenities were great making our stay a very comfortable one.

This is a great location to the hub of Kona and easy egress to northern beaches, Volcano National, as much as local great restaurants. Cooking breakfast in the condo and watching the morning awaken from the balcony were a daily ritual.

Right in the heart of Kona. Great location for two couples to split off on their own and also hang out on the lanai to watch the swimmers in the Kona bay each morning or walk over and snorkel. The property is nicely appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen (even a blender) plus snorkel gear, beach stuff and a cooler for a beach day. Property manager was awesome too. We had a great week.

Great condo with huge lanai overlooking the main drag in Kona- great for convenience and people watching. And yet it was very quiet at night. A few things could be improved, such as tv remote that allows access to Netflix, etc (some suggestions sent to hosts), but overall this is a primo condo

Great location walking distance to anything you would need in Kona-Kailua. Check in and check out process was easy and we had no issues due to the incredibly detailed instructions. Parking was convenient and safe. The management company did well with communication, multiple reminders were helpful in making sure all rules were followed. Unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a great vacation. I would book with Elite Pacific managed properties again.

Perfect location! Easy beach access with a lot of restaurants near by. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and beach toys. The porch is AWESOME! We spent a ton of time eating, drinking and relaxing outside. Definitely recommend this apartment. Rooms are on the smaller side but we didn’t spend much time in them. Kitchen was very well equipped.

This worked great for our trip. No frills, but a great value. Walking distance to everything in town. The pool could use some TLC, but clean and swimmable. Management was very nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Great location! Great condo! My family of four stayed here, and we would all do it again. The kitchen is top notch, the lanai is outstanding! We basically lived out there, listening to the ocean, which is right across the street, and listening to the nightlife and hustle and bustle of downtown Kona. We felt safe, and the condo is pretty quiet when you close everything up. The inclusion of beach gear is such a nice touch! Beach umbrella, 2 coolers, 3 beach chairs, 3 sets of snorkels and masks, two sets of flippers, two beach hats and 4 beach towels included! Such a great value! Plenty of towels and washcloths. There is even a washer and dryer! The kitchen is well appointed, with everything you need to live like you were at home. The gift pack of Kona coffee was especially appreciated by we weary travelers on the first day! Farmer's market is just a short walk, for fresh fruit and gifts. There is plenty of shopping nearby, with a convenience store directly across the street. The owners of this condo are very responsive with communication. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Can't wait to do it again!

This place was perfect for our stay on the island! It was very clean and organized. They provided beach equipment which was amazing and also were well stocked on just about anything you can think of! The location was perfect. You can walk to dozens of shops and restaurants and the ocean is visible from the balcony. It was really a great experience!

This condo was superb. The furnishing and overall decor was clean and welcoming. The layout was perfect for our family of 5. The lanai was the absolute best part. It is also perfectly located for walking to all kinds of shopping, dining, and activities.

We enjoyed hanging out on the fabulous porch. The bedrooms are a little small, but the place is otherwise spacious. Very clean, comfortable, and right downtown! Follow the directions they provide. You will not find this place if you drive down Alii drive - it's on the next block up away from the water.

We had a great stay in this flat! Perfectly located in Kona - walking distance from different restaurants, and close to driving north and south of Kona to popular sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the yoga mats, beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkeling gear in the flat! Easy communication with the host even though we reached later than the check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

Although there was some confusion over codes and such as I had to check in after the office had closed, the gentleman on the phone was very kind and took his time to help me get into my rental. The rental was wonderful, well kept, clean, comfortable and such a great view and location. Thank you! Will stay again when coming back to Kona.

Amazing location in the heart of Kona. Lanai overlooks Alii and Pancho and Lefty’s. Easy to get anywhere in Kona by foot. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Solid pullout couch for bed 3. Recommended!

If you want to be right in the action, this is the place to be. Sweet partial ocean and mountain view AMAZING lenai, and lots of restraints nearby.

The lanai was extra large and sitting out, reading with a great ocean view was most enjoyable. The Kona coffee provided was whole bean and came with a grinder. This was not just a token, it was the good stuff. I am very picky about the coffee and this was the high end Kona. Check in, covered parking, pool, and dinghy in the middle of Kona Town.

Great location in the heart of the district! if you are looking for library quiet solitude this place isn't for you, BUT if you want to be able to walk 100 yards to a coffee shop or walk a short distance to the kona pier and *many* restaurants, this is your spot. (not super loud, but you will hear the trash truck early in the morning, i.e.) Nice new appliances and *space* to be with and away from my teenagers. Very close to the Ironman transfer spot. Gate codes made everything feel super safe.
