• Construction Notice: Kona Reef is undergoing spalling repairs from. For Building B, Drop 13 (Mauka Shear Wall) work is scheduled June 22 – July 10, 2026, which may include concrete repairs, scaffolding, and related construction activity. Guests may experience construction noise, dust, limited lanai access during active work, and temporary parking impacts during certain phases. No construction work will occur on holidays (including July 03, 2026 – Independence Day observed). Rates reflect this impact, and work dates are blocked when repairs at this specific building are active. By booking, guests acknowledge these conditions.
• Noise Note: The condo is near Ali‘i Drive and Honl’s Beach Park; upgraded windows help reduce ambient sound.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! With the beach right next door and an easy walk to town, the location was ideal. The host also left thoughtful items like laundry pods and dish soap, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be booking here again next time we visit the big island.

by Michael HThis is a nice property with a view of the beach. Nice pool area, with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are abundant beach toys, chairs, etc.
Very comfortable, provided all our needs, great location, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. So much gratitude for a wonderful Kona experience at Kona Reef. Free parking was an added bonus for rental car.
