Amazing, spotless, well-stocked residence, with many amenities that are thoughtful (hampers, beach gear, seasonings, Tupperware) have us the cozy home feels. It was close proximity to the community pool and morning walks were breezy and fun. Stone's throw from Foodland. Mauna Lani Beach Club access was the icing on the cake! We wish we had skipped a hotel stay and just spent 7 whole days in this lovely spot! Elite customer service was easy to reach to answer questions, too.

Everything was perfect with one exception. One of the lanai’s is facing the neighbors front door but other than that, it is one of the nicest places we have stayed on the Big Island.

If you are looking for a rental that has a lot of amenities, this it. 1. Large living/family room with plenty of sitting. 2. Very nice and equipped kitchen, including 2 refrigerators. 3. The Master and 2nd bedroom bathrooms are very large, with plenty of closet space; and bath & beach towels. 4. Comfortable beds! 5. Pool & Gym are an easy walk and very nice. 6. Mauna Lani Private Beach Access is a huge plus! Lounge chairs on the beach, a restaurant/bar and a good bay for snorkeling, swimming and lounging (5 minute drive). House has plenty of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, etc.) 7. If you don't have a car, rent a golf cart to drive to beach club, Mauna Lani Hotel, & the Fairmont. 8. Staff and management were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Easy check-in/out. We really enjoyed our stay and as I mentioned, we will rent again.
Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beach needs were very well covered too, with chairs, towels, umbrellas and wagon. Only recommendation would be a golf cart so that you don’t have to take a car everywhere, or bikes!
Highly recommend booking the manta ray night snorkel too!

The community is quiet and the unit is a few minute walk to the pool. The beach is a five minute drive, and there’s also a great coffee shop less than a mile away. Prompt and professional communication with the property manager. Everything was top notch.
