The thoughtful layout offers privacy as well as communal space for socializing. The ground floor boasts a gorgeous ensuite bedroom and a large bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate water closet and walk-in shower. There is also a private walled secret garden with an outdoor shower that can be viewed from the bathroom and accessed from outside the house. This luxurious bedroom has its own access to the lanai terrace shared with the living room. Relax on the chaise lounges and soak up the beautiful tropical gardens and listen to the palm trees sway. Also on the ground floor is a powder room, living room with soaring windows and ceiling, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and laundry room. The dining room benefits from direct access to a separate lanai with a gas grill and outdoor dining. The entire upstairs is dedicated to the second ensuite bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted into a king, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with a dual sink vanity, jacuzzi tub, and separate water closet and walk-in shower. It also has a private lanai overlooking the lush gardens and sprawling lawn. The garage is stocked with all kinds of beach gear including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and more. Guests can park one car in the garage. This property comes fully stocked with all your cooking needs, beach towels, spare linens, and daily amenities.
The Kulalani amenity center boasts a gorgeous lagoon-style pool, lap pool, wading pool, jacuzzi spa, large covered dining and grilling area, and fitness center. Kulalani is conveniently located within walking distance of the Mauna Lani Shops with its boutiques, restaurants, and grocery store. There are also nearby beaches, walking trails, and two major hotels all within walking distance or a short drive. One of our favorite rentals ever. It feels so grand and beautiful, yet very much like you’re home as soon as you come in the door. Perfect layout for a variety of guests since there is an en suite on each floor. The location is perfect for exploring the island, and the landscaping in the complex is gorgeous. We had a fabulous time.
This is the second time we stayed at this beautiful location and it was just as as wonderful as the first time we stayed there. The location was clean and well stocked with everything we would need for our stay. Towels, common spices, trash bags, and so much more. The cooking utensils and pots/pans were in good shape and much appreciated. The host provided very clear instructions on entrance, communal areas, and check-in/check-out. The location is in a gated community with access to pools and private beach.
Very nice villa on the west coast of Big Island. The location in one of Mauna Lani's communities is fantastic and the included access to Mauna Lani Beach Club is a huge advantage, as it includes free sunbeds/cabanas and the bay is a perfect place for snorkeling. Also, the villa rent includes access to the communities own recreational center including a solidly equipped gym. The villa itself is spacious, super clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need. The equipment is by far exceeding the typical Airbnb standards, be it for the kitchen, all types of beach items or the bathrooms. Communication and logistics was absolutely smooth. All up, a super good choice for Big Islands west coast. We'd definitely come back. Thanks Guido and family
The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and we really enjoyed the pool (just around the corner) with our two young kids.
We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. Clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal for exploring the Big Island, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
We loved our stay! It was our second time staying in the Mauni Lani community and this home was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and it was so peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed having the fitness center close by, walking to coffee and hanging at the Mauni Lani Beach Club. We would definitely stay at this home again!

A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood, with so many nearby activities, shops, and restaurants. One can be as active or busy as their heart desires or just sit by the pool or the beach and relax.
We absolutely loved our stay! The setting was beautiful and the amenities were first class. We cannot wait to return. The two primary bedrooms were perfect for two couples and the kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect for staying in and cooking after a day at the beach.
I cannot say enough good words about this place. My parents and I felt home immediately on arrival. It was so tranquil and quiet, and the perfect place to stay on the big island of Hawaii. To location is great as well. The hosts are incredibly responsive, and the place is incredible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Big Island of Hawaii. I know we will be back for sure!
This home was a dreamy - exactly the vibe I dreamt of walking up in every morning while on the Big Island. If you prefer a home versus a resort then this is the spot. My family adored all of the local and locally-inspired atrwork adorning every nook and cranny. Every detail was thought of.

Everything was perfect with one exception. One of the lanai’s is facing the neighbors front door but other than that, it is one of the nicest places we have stayed on the Big Island.

If you are looking for a rental that has a lot of amenities, this it. 1. Large living/family room with plenty of sitting. 2. Very nice and equipped kitchen, including 2 refrigerators. 3. The Master and 2nd bedroom bathrooms are very large, with plenty of closet space; and bath & beach towels. 4. Comfortable beds! 5. Pool & Gym are an easy walk and very nice. 6. Mauna Lani Private Beach Access is a huge plus! Lounge chairs on the beach, a restaurant/bar and a good bay for snorkeling, swimming and lounging (5 minute drive). House has plenty of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, etc.) 7. If you don't have a car, rent a golf cart to drive to beach club, Mauna Lani Hotel, & the Fairmont. 8. Staff and management were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Easy check-in/out. We really enjoyed our stay and as I mentioned, we will rent again.
Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beach needs were very well covered too, with chairs, towels, umbrellas and wagon. Only recommendation would be a golf cart so that you don’t have to take a car everywhere, or bikes!
Highly recommend booking the manta ray night snorkel too!

The community is quiet and the unit is a few minute walk to the pool. The beach is a five minute drive, and there’s also a great coffee shop less than a mile away. Prompt and professional communication with the property manager. Everything was top notch.
