The entire home offers air conditioning, as well as several ceiling fans, and allows ample airflow throughout the space for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
On the large ground floor, you’ll find the modern kitchen, living and dining room, as well as the half bath and in-unit washer and dryer that connects to the garage. The gourmet kitchen comes with several modern stainless steel appliances to make any chef feel right at home and is detailed with intricate tile work and cabinetry for a stylish atmosphere while preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a table fit for 4 and a bar countertop for entertainment while cooking. The living room is furnished with a large L-couch fit for your entire party, as well as a television and ceiling fan, and access to the private covered lanai (porch) with lounge seating options, a table for 4, and an outdoor BBQ stove, all overlooking the beautifully manicured tropical gardens.
Upstairs you will find the Primary bedroom, equipped with a king bed, ceiling fans, a television set, a private balcony with seating options overlooking the mesquite trees and the greenery of the golf course, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and separate glass shower. The guest bedroom comes with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This property comes fully stocked with all your cooking needs, beach towels, spare linens, and daily amenities. Guests can park one car in any open space out front. There is no parking in the garage or in front of the garage. No more than one vehicle per reservation is allowed per HOA rules and regulations.

Our stay in Mauna Lani was amazing! The Airbnb was spacious, comfortable, and very family friendly. The access to the private beach was perfect for my family and the location was great to be close to the Waikoloa shops, Foodlands, and we even spent some time at the Hiton Resort as well.
We have stayed in many homes in the kululani neighborhood and this was by far the cleanest, well/practically stocked place, period. We were comfortable and wholly provided for at every turn. Gorgeous and easy. I recommend without any reservations. Beach stuff all easy and clean, yard is perfect, spices and oils/vins super well stocked, bbq worked easily, temp great and easily controlled, sheets and towels were pristine. First aid kit completely ready. I haven’t been good at leaving reviews before because all wa adequate, but 804 is a gem and deserves all excellent reviews. Thank you for having us. We will return!

We just returned from an absolutely wonderful 10 days at this beautiful property. Everything was as described in the listing and then some… Beautiful, tranquil island decor. Extremely cozy and comfortable beds! The master suite was so gorgeous and spacious with a private deck where we enjoyed our coffee each morning. We loved the amenities at this property. The community pool was never crowded and very clean. We loved walking to the Fairmont Orchid and along the shoreline every morning. It was very much appreciated to have a well stocked kitchen as we prepared many meals at home. The access to the Mauna Lani beach club was convenient and we loved going there! Plenty of beach, chairs, umbrellas, beach, blanket, beach towels, and a cooler were provided in the unit. Our kids enjoyed having the use of the bikes. We look forward to planning another trip to this lovely property! Thank you for sharing your island paradise with us!!

Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms, dining, outdoor space with seating and grill. The living area and bathrooms had everything we needed and more. It was great to be able to do laundry and all of the appliances were top notch. The availability of the beach chairs and cooler was a huge part of our stay. Kristen was easy to reach when we needed help and more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location and home and hope to return again. Another great visit to the Big Island. We always stay at Kulalani for the great location, beach club and proximity to our favorite beaches. They also have the best community pool. We have stayed at many of the units and various layouts. This unit has seen some wear as it is probably a long rented one. The owners make up for that with decor and comfortable furniture and many supplies. There were loads of things to make travel with small kids easier. No boogie boards but they can be rented at Snorkel Bob’s down the road. This was the first unit where we didn’t have garage parking. We clarified that there would be a spot in garage ahead of time but the manager’s office sent the wrong info. This may not be an issue for some but only 2 spots next to house so they are often taken. This makes loading and unloading all of your gear a little harder if you have to park down the street. Loading in front of garage blocks other garages. The comfy outdoor furniture and upstairs lanai were some of the best we’ve seen. I would definitely recommend this home for a family with little kids! Thank you for having such a well stocked home away from home.

by Richard MWe booked this place as an affordable location for a family vacation with our grandkids. It had sufficient room for 7. Four adults and 3 kids. Place is equipped well enough for meals and having a laundry a big help. Private and quiet. Parking is minimal but manageable as the eightplex building has multiple rentals. Close to many of the north Kona attractions as well as having a nice pool facility. Management company is very accessible and responsive to all of the rental process both via phone and messaging.
