We really enjoyed our stay at Gather. The location is beautiful and the amenities are excellent. We were very happy to find a nice place for our family.

We were here for a wedding and it was perfect having three bedrooms and three full bathroom.  Great location! Very clean!

It was incredible, you have a lovely home. Location; amazing, so close to the North Shore & all of the activities we had planned. It was so clean, we could have eaten off the floors! I've stayed in a lot of rentals and hotels, this blew them all away. Very beautifully decorated and a spacious layout. The extras were so thoughtful and considerate. The beach essentials saved us time and money and just added to the fun. Most places that have a washer and dryer don't provide soap, THANK YOU for providing detergent & not making us purchase more than we needed. I also want to thank you for providing enough paper towels, TP & soap for a week long family stay - you'd be shocked at how many people don't provide enough. The kitchen also had the essentials needed, foil, plastic wrap, blender... Every detail of this place was perfection - and very well thought out. THANK YOU for sharing your home with us! WE WILL BE BACK!

This was the perfect place to stay for a family of 7. They had seats for us to use at the beach as well as water activities. Right on the golf course which was perfect as well.

We truly loved our stay. Several times throughout our stay several of us kept commenting on what a wonderful place and location we found, and definitely a place we would love to stay again. Everything was prefect, and our host was wonderful! Couldn’t have had a better stay!

We have been to Hawaii multiple times and this was one of the best places to stay at. The house is gorgeous, ac worked great, had multiple extra fans, provided some beach essentials and even sunscreen! Overall 10/10. A great stay with 0 issues One of the cleanest Airbnbs with amazing amenities.

After getting past the gate (we were missing the gate code) everything was good. It is a lovely place right on the golf course. The view out the front door is beautiful. The condo was spacious and clean. A very comfortable living space for the week.

Great place in a really nice gated community. We had a wonderful time and Yen was a very responsive host. Would recommend!

This was a much needed trip for my family, and I. If you’re considering staying here, DO IT. It’s such a beautiful space, in such a peaceful and beautiful area on the island with epic views. Hanalei Taro Food truck is a MUST, along with Tunnel Beach, and they were super close by. Also make a reso st 1 hotel for a sunset dinner/drinks is out of this world. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay. We will definitely be back to stay in the future . Cheers!

My family had a wonderful stay.  Everything was very clean and inviting.  The beds were beautifully made.  Everything we needed was there. The people I dealt with about parking places for two cars were extremely friendly and helpful.  Thank you!!

Spacious and very nicely furnished open concept made it easy to enjoy our stay w friends. Beautiful morning sunrises and afternoons by the pool didn't hurt either. Lots of gear for the beach was a bonus, especially the surf and boogie boards. Townhome was very clean and didn't have any issues w bugs which can be common in Hawaii. Three small issues to keep it real. The hot tub heater broke down and was out of action for two days but did get repaired reasonably quickly. The hand held shower mount in the upstairs bath wouldn't hold the shower head and the only thing that would have been nice in the kitchen was a coffee grinder. Nowhere is perfect but this place was pretty close. Property manager(Elite Pacific) deserves a shout out for being well organized, responsive and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

House was amazing. Perfect size for 3 couples. Each room with its own room and big enough for everyone. Would stay here again. However, it was HOT and without AC. - we knew this coming in.

We had the best stay in Princeville at the home. The location was one of the best and quietest parts of Princeville, with close proximity to so many great places to visit on the island. The home was perfectly clean and had everything you need for a family trip to the island. We will definitely be back! Elite Pacific's customer service was the best!

Great stay, our host was great and the communication on their end was quick. The place looks the same as the pictures and everything was really nice. We had a lot of fun on our trip. Only sad part was that there was no AC but it was mentioned on the details and it’s best for the island anyway. Only critique would be to fix the springs because there are some holes and mosquitos would get in.

Very quiet neighborhood. House is clean 🙂 Could use more standing fans and towels though otherwise it’s perfect. Very short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Favorite restaurants were B’s and Kalypso. Clam chowder soup at Kalyspso was out of this world.

Just a beautiful place. Clean, roomy, bright, and convenient. Loved the furniture and just about everything else about the place. Cant wait to go back again!

Beautiful, spacious, quiet condo with easy access to beaches and Princeville Center. We were able to walk 30 min to Queen’s Bath & Hideaway Beach. Loved hiking in the Hanalei National Wildlife Refuge (steep & muddy!) and were able to book the shuttle to Napali Coast. The unit has lots of beach accessories, including a wave storm surf board. The property manager (Van) was quick to respond to questions and got a handyman out when the hot water stopped working. We had a great time and loved all the extra space in the unit!! Mahalo.

Very nice property. Easily accommodated our party of 6. A few things need attention: blind missing in living room, closer on screen door is missing, screens on downstairs patio were extremely hard to open, dishwasher did not seem to work properly ( often washed dishes by hand). Property manager was very responsive and patient.

It's a great townhouse in really nice area. Awesome internet. Super clean and easy access to swimming pool.

Excellent facilities and locations

We loved our rental. Our host Yen was very helpful even when I messaged her late at night. The place was beautiful and clean. Loved every minute of our stay in Princeville.
