Great location and a very nice house!

Beautiful home, perfect location on the north end. All the rooms are air conditioned, but living room, kitchen and dining area is not.

I feel like the photos did not do this place justice, it is even better in person! We were a group of 5 adults and 4 children and felt very comfortable. The home had everything you needed, especially to prepare meals. I loved that there was not extra clutter that you find in some rentals. Bathrooms were cleaned and stocked with towels. The big selling point for our family was the gated pool. We were able to walk to the town shopping center and you can even walk to some popular hiking trailheads. The location is very convenient.

We loved the house! It was clean and updated. It was perfect for our group of ten. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved that you had 10 chairs and beach towels. The umbrellas and coolers were also super helpful. The two washers and dryers were so nice!!! A couple suggestions. The blinds in the smaller king room need to go all the way down to the floor. People could see in if they were sitting on the patio. it’d be nice to have a few games on site including pool games. 

It was an amazing location and house! They had everything we needed and it was very spacious! The pool was great! After a day out we always came back to the pool and hung around. It is a very nice and quiet location and there is a little strip of shops that had entertainment and food. The beds were comfortable! The ac in the rooms worked great. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you so much!

My family and I loved our stay in the house. There was room for all of us to be together or to spread out. We used the pool and the kitchen mostly. I would’ve been happy to stay even longer. It felt comfortable and just like home! Everything was thought out so carefully.

Great home. It was clean easy to access. No issues. Pool was nice to have and we used it more than I thought we would. I prefer the north side of the island so the location was ideal.

This was the perfect place to gather with family and celebrate our elopement. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a clean and amazing space to vacation.

Super quiet and cute neighborhood and close to many beaches and little towns. The owners/property managers were the absolute best - quick to respond with any question and accommodated us so well. They let us have an early check-in when we had super tired kids and parents at the end of their ropes ? The kitchen was well appointed for family dinners and there were enough beach towels for every family member. (TWO washers and dryers also made sure everyone also had a dry bath or beach towel. Did I mention there were nine of us?). Can't say enough great things about this place. Thank you again to Yen and the Gather crew!

The place was prefect setting for the family trip, host was very responsive. Had beach chairs, boogie boards, ping pong. Location is perfect to walk to the grocery store or just a quick 12 min drive to Hanalei bay to swim at the beach.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The pool was so much fun and the house itself was bigger than expected. We fit nine adults, plus a toddler and infant, and it never felt crowded. The ac kept the bedrooms cool and the rest of the house had plenty of windows and fans to keep the trade winds flowing in. I especially appreciated the clear, super simple checkout instructions. I would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our large family of 2 adults and 5 kids. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Major bonus was the double washer and dryer! The setting is just beautiful and we enjoyed many days surfing at Hanalei Bay. I can’t recommend this property enough and hope to return one day!

Amazing place, perfect for groups. Large common area. Pool is gated and feels safe with small children. Beautiful surrounding. Can walk to a playground, grocery store, restaurants. There are 2 pack and plays and a high chair. Tons of beach gear in the garage. Immaculate property. Pool was cool in January, and there was a pool heating issue that was promptly addressed. Local host was extremely helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay with our family , children loved the pool, it was easy to move around in and had plenty of space for everyone. This was close to the park for the kids and we enjoyed it immensely. very , very nice accomodations!

Loved the location. Easy walk to the grocery store and restaurants if we didn’t want to drive into Hanalei. Beautiful neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would come back again. The amenities were great and the space allowed us to spend quality time together making amazing memories in Kauai. We felt the aloha in this home! The host team was highly responsive and prompt with their replies.

This place is great for a large group! The pool was amazing to have. The location was very convenient. You can walk to the local grocery store. The house was clean and has everything you need. We loved our time here.

We had a wonderful stay in Princeville, Kauai. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen is stocked with everything we would need and the beds are really comfortable. We were able to connect with our agent for a few hiccups and had them resolved quickly. Would recommend this place of paradise!

Great place and very close to shopping centers and beach. House was very well equipped and clean. I would say price (with all additional fees) was a little high. Too much additional fees for a rental place. It added 60% to the actual listed price.

Our stay was fantastic. A week of family vacation with 9 people and it was an absolute blast. Close location to the local supermarket, playground, and library (we took out books for our young kids) was great as well as being able to drive to Hanalei and other beaches for snorkeling and other fun. The house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with equipment to cook any type of meal you could imagine. The pool was great! If you want it to be heated, be sure to notify the host right away, don't wait to the last minute.

Beautiful place. Everything was thought out when it was renovated. Three full bathrooms including 2 en suite’s. Two washers/dryers for all the beach/pool clothes and towels(10 provided) to be easily cleaned. Made use of the beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. Kids loved the pool and brand new ping pong table in the garage. AC in the bedrooms worked great to stay comfortable. There’s plenty of extra after sun aloe and bug spray left over. The kitchen was overly equipped with everything new for family meals: coffee makers of all kinds and a grinder. Ninja blender for smoothies and the BBQ on the lanai came in handy. There’s spices in the cabinet and all brand new everything. This was a luxurious place and would definitely recommend to anyone. Mahalo Yen!

We enjoyed our stay. We love staying on the north side of the island, so Princeville was very nice and the house was a decent distance from beaches, restaurants, and other activities.

This house is perfect for up to 10 people. There is plenty of room for gathering and enough privacy to get away. The grandkids loved the pool. The owners did a marvelous job with quality furnishings. A good time was had by all

Lani Oasis was truly a perfect house for our family. With a VERY large master and another bedroom with a king, it was great for the adult couples. The owners have remodeled the home with high end fixtures. I’m pretty darn picky and there’s nothing I can complain about. They have thought of everything one would need for a carefree kauai holiday. A great feature of the home is the quiet neighborhood and one block walk to Princeville Center for dinner, groceries and ice cream runs. The pool is fabulous for our 16 month old. Tvs work perfectly, ac in bedrooms and bring bath salts to soak in the gorgeous soaking tub in the junior suite. Great customer service from Yen. I’d rent this home again in a heart beat.

The island is so small, the location was less than an hour away from anywhere we needed to go, even with traffic. The home was beautiful, and plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. Grocery store, gas station and restaurants are nearby, so didn’t have to go far for much. Plenty of windows to enjoy the cool evening breeze.

What an amazing spot! We loved the week we spent here. The space was better than we expected. From the beds to the couch to the kitchen, we were all very satisfied. Would definitely book again!

Had a family reunion in Kauai and spent 4 days at this home. By far, the nicest airbnb we have ever stayed in with plenty of room for our family of 9. Our 5 kids all enjoyed the well maintained, private pool, which is a differentiator for this home. The entire home has been remodeled smartly and it has all the modern luxuries - AC in rooms, well-equipped kitchen with open floor plan, updated bathrooms with shower, bathtub, tile floors. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the library, the playground, and to Foodmart, which is the main grocery store in Princeville. Overall, a piece of heaven in one of the best parts of the world. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the stay — beds were comfortable, pool and outdoor patio area were great, ample room for the 6 adults and 4 kids/teens in our party to spread out or come together for dinner. Communication with hospitality team was top notch.

The location of the house was perfect - near to a small shopping center with grocery store, close to Hanalei beach which is fantastic for small kids, and close to two hikes to the beach one being Queens Bath. The house layout was great for 3 generational family - two master bedrooms and 2 kids rooms with their own bathroom. The amenities in the house were all brand new and included many items with small children in mind. The pool was fabulous and the addition of the fence/gate was welcome with small kids. The attention and service of Elite Pacific vacations was superb. The only draw back was no air conditioning in the main part of the house but if you opened up the windows there was a nice cross breeze. The bedrooms were all air conditioned. I would definately recommend this house to anyone and look forward to returning again sometime in the near future.

This house was everything you can imagine it to be. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house and pool were immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The garage had two washer and dryers to keep the towels clean for our family of 8. The awesome big screen tv made for a good movie night when the rain came through. The individual ac units kept us comfortable each night. The market/general store and local shops were within walking distance. I can’t say enough good things about this place. So thankful to have stayed here!

This was hands down the best Airbnb we have stayed in! Everything was exactly if not better than pictured and described. This host thought of EVERYTHING. Honestly anything you need is already there. Yen was so welcoming, accommodating, and helpful as well. We were sad when we had to leave. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We look forward to staying again in the future!!

This house was everything they said it was. The pool was great for the later evening swims when everyone was home and made great family time. There were enough beach chairs and beach towels for all of us. Everyone loved that there were two washers and dryers. The location was just right for the activities we planned. Traffic does get a bit crazy at 4:30 but we managed to stay out of that most days. And there was a nice little farmer's market and art show on Saturday morning just around the corner of the house. We were very pleased with our rental and will use Elite again.

Stay here! Don't look any further - just book this place. We loved it. The house had ample room for our extended family to all have their own beds and have private space. The pool/yard is stunning and perfect for an afternoon dip. The home is decorated beautifully and the location is convenient. Very comfortable stay. We especially loved that they had two washing machines and dryers. They also had great service. We needed two pack-n-plays during our stay, but only one was actually at the house. We contacted them and the other was delivered that night. Loved staying here and will absolutely book again the next time we are in Kauai.

We LOVED this home. My wife and I and our 5 kids (ranging from 7-16) all settled into this beautiful home so comfortably. The pool was fun to jump into at the end of the day and just look out at in the evening. So nice that there was a ping pong table in the garage and thankful for the snorkelling gear that we used in Poipu Beach. The whole neighbourhood is beautiful, we walked to the free hula show at the princeville shopping centre and enjoyed a walk down to Wyllie’s Beach. While many of our day trips were in the south or east sides of the Island, we would definitely enjoy staying here again.

This home is perfect for multi generational travelers, a big family or two families with children. We had plenty of room every single day we were there for 8 people. We loved the kitchen and outdoor grill area, all the bathrooms, a TV in every bedroom, the large main TV area where we gathered at night and watched all the Jurassic Park movies. The garage made it easy to manage the laundry, coolers, day trip stuff and keep all sand and dirt from our day out of the main house. There were chairs and umbrellas and coolers, and a few snorkel sets (we left ours so there is more now) for the beach. Each room has it's own AC and ceiling fan, beds and bedding were amazing. They only negative that we can say is the pool is a little on the smaller end, but it was satisfactory, clean, and loved the outdoor pool area. Well worth every penny!
