Lanikai Ohana Hale

Great location. Walk to the beach was 5-10 minutes and we were able to watch the sunrise every morning we were there! The cottage was super cute. Multiple places to eat and shop within a 10 minute drive. Only small things I would recommend is providing an iron. Granted we were at the beach most of the time but went out to eat for dinner and I didn’t have an iron for my cloths. Also most places I’ve stayed at provide a couple of trash bags. Both are minor things and overall we had a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lanikai cottage.  The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach — and we really appreciated all the beach amenities provided, including chairs and towels. The nearby Pillbox hike was a huge bonus, offering amazing views that made our mornings unforgettable. The cottage felt private and peaceful, and we especially loved relaxing in the hammock.

The stay here was absolutely incredible! Great Airbnb, my husband and i went for our anniversary and the space was perfect for the two of us! Had a great pool and hammock in the yard which was fun! Short walk to the beach from the Airbnb and they had towels and chairs all ready for you to take down to the beach with you! The host Mary was incredibly kind and super helpful! We would absolutely love to stay there again one day!

Our stay was perfect from start to end. The location gave us the living with local's vibe we so desperately wanted! Restaurants, stores and beautiful beaches all within a 5 minute drive. The home was safe, clean and breathtaking. Our young kids loved the pool and hunting for lizards and wildlife in the yard. Early morning coffee on the patio with nothing but birds and crickets. The home had everything we needed for our 5 day stay and we wouldn't have asked for a better host! The home was also very well kept and comfortable!

We stayed here for our Honeymoon. It was great! Short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise, private pool, and the hammock were great. A short drive to eat or have drinks. Would recommend and love to stay again. Plus the host was very responsive and touched base throughout our stay!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft und an einer super Lage. Es fehlt in dieser Unterkunft an nichts. Alles wan für an Strand braucht ist ebenfalls im Haus vorhanden und kann genutzt werden. Vielen Dank für dieses Tolle Haus.

We loved our stay and had an amazing time.  The pool was a huge bonus, the laundry was great, the pull out sofa was quite comfortable.  We had everything that we needed and more.  The location could not be beat for relaxing at our favorite beach on the island.

We had an amazing family vacation with so many beautiful memories made that we will cherish forever. I didn't realize it was a cottage on someone's home property with a shared pool, but they weren't there. Thank you so much for letting us stay there! Some coffee and a couple bikes would have earned 6 stars ?

Our family of four (kids 8 and 5) had a great time staying at the cottage. Seven minute walk to the first beach entrance, everything was clean, lanai was great to have dinner, and can’t beat the splash pool after a day at the beach. It was perfect!

This cottage was everything we could’ve ever wanted and more. The location is perfect, right by the beach, pillbox hike, and all the good restaurants in Kailua. Everyone around is super friendly. Despite it being in a neighborhood, the garden surrounding the cottage made it feel very private. We used the umbrella, cooler, and beach chairs that were provided everyday. The AC worked great and the pool was perfect for just us on our honeymoon! Having the oven, stove, washer and dryer, and our own parking made this feel like another day at home. Everything was stress free and easy. The property itself was very nice and neat. The views from the property are breath-taking. I could not brag enough about this place. It truly made our honeymoon a fairytale. The hardest goodbye ever.

Our family loved this place so much, we returned in less than a years time. Not much has changed and we felt a sense of peace as soon as we arrived. My 5-year old daughter loves learning to swim in the small private pool. The beach is an easy walking distance for adults. It's a little bit of a struggle with a 3-yr old and 5-yr old to walk down to the sandy beach section so we did drop off and had my husband walk from the house to meet up with us. The garden and location of this unit in Lanikai make it unbeatable and our go-to vacation spot for Oahu!

Beautiful place, great location, very peaceful!

Beautiful, newly renovated well maintained cottage. Very nicely decorated. Wish there had been a lamp in the main room next to the couch so that we could have read without using overhead lights. Also could use an additional comfortable chair besides the couch. Property was a good 10 minute walk to the beach access, which was a bit farther down than we expected.

Everything was perfect! The location was great, the guest house was clean, well designed and had all amenities. The property manager was great and quick with communication. Will definitely stay with elite pacific again and highly recommend!

Apart from being perfect, the bed is super comfortable and there is a small private pool and a hammock. A little gem of a place in the middle of paradise.

Great communication. Great location if you want something not so touristy. The pool was really nice and it was great to come and go as we pleased. I wish the interior doors had a little more privacy but I’m overall very impressed by the stay. There is a dead spot for cell service in that area but once you connect to Wi-Fi you are good. The area and air bnb was beautiful. Would definitely return.

We truly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our young family to be close to a baby friendly beach and with the pool on-site. Our kids became so much better acclimated to the water during our stay. The room upgrades and amenities provided were top notch and made this place a stand out. The location and amenities provided can't be beat! One of the best Air BnB's we have ever stayed in. We will miss our cozy cottage, the garden, and the pool the most!

The cottage was thoughtfully remodeled and sits on a beautiful property. We had a lovely stay where the kids got to use and enjoy the pool every day, in addition to the beautiful beaches that are just a short distance away in Lanikai, Kailua, and Waimanalo. The Elite Pacific team and Mary (our property manager) were quick to respond to any communication or questions that we had. We left having made lots of wonderful memories, and hope to return again soon. Mahalo to our wonderful hosts!

What an incredible place to spend our family vacation. The property was stunning and the location couldn’t be beaten. The property manager was incredibly helpful and made our stay effortless and supremely relaxing. Our family of four used both the main bed and the fold out couch, both of which were incredibly comfortable. The inside space works really well and the kitchen was well stocked and functional. The private deck, yard, and swimming pool made this pure paradise.

Our stay in Kailua was pretty much perfect. The Lanikai Ohana Hale looked exactly like the pictures and there was a lot of attention to detail. Check-in/out was easy. The place had a fully stocked kitchen, kayaks, beach chairs, etc. would definitely stay here again on future visits to Oahu.

Such a cute place!!! It was perfect for our honeymoon! The beach was close and the host provided everything we needed - beach chairs, beach umbrella, kayaks, life vest, beach towels, they had us covered! The yard is BEAUTIFUL and the pool was warm and private. It was seriously the perfect little cottage! I cant wait to come back! We had such marvelous time! Thank you!!!

Can we stay longer? Our stay was lovely. We enjoyed being minutes from our favorite beach, the very updated place, and the great communication from the property manager. The place is in such a great location for enjoying the Windward side but we really stayed here to enjoy Lanikai beach and the pool at the property. Our one year old son enjoyed it even more!

This place was great! Prime location, nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The bed was really comfortable, and loved the hammock and pool! There were lots of beach accessories provided including kayaks, umbrella, beach chairs, etc! We left some snorkel masks and floaties for future guests! I would def recommend staying here!

Just a great little cottage. Very close to a perfect white sand beach void of the tourist madhouse of Honolulu. Very quiet and a place to enjoy what the Hawaiian islands have to offer. We hope to be back in the future.

We had the most amazing Lanikai vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The home was clean, spacious, comfortable, and it was awesome having a yard and a pool! We had everything we needed and felt in our own oasis. The hosts were extremely helpful and assisted us with all of our questions. We’ll definitely stay with Elite Pacific again!

Great location and updated appliances. Beautifully decorated and Kitchen/bathroom has everything you need for a short stay. Everything is exactly as pictured. The dryer was a little slow and hot water was a bit of an issue if multiple people take showers, but other than that great place to stay!

Fantastic place in perfect location near the beach with comfortable bed and pillows, kitchette and kayak and washer and dryer available for use. You can’t go wrong.

The gated entrance, private pool, outdoor shower…this bright, modern, brand new cottage has it all! Space efficient kitchen offers everything for gourmet chefs yet it’s perfectly designed with clean lines like fine European hotels. A very short 1-1/2 block walk to the most ideal beach #1 in the Hawaiian islands…swim to the mokolua/twin islands, use the kayaks and enjoy the thoughtful details of this impeccably designed vacation rental. The air conditioning was amazing but even opening the windows and letting the trades into the cottage was so comfortable. Everything you need is on-site. Amazingly responsive host!! Thank you!!

The cottage is absolutely lovely. Very nice finishes and a very special bathroom mirror. (You'll have to stay there to see what I'm talking about.) The Lanai was a wonderful place to hang out, very private. The pool was a real high lite, we loved the sound of the waterfall, and could hear it from inside. Thank you for arranging bikes for us, it was a perfect way to get around Lani Kai & Kailua. Would definitely stay there again!

Wow! This place is amazing. I stayed here with my husband and toddler and it was perfect! The house was spotless and so comfortable for the 3 of us. The kitchen was small, but exactly what we needed to be able to cook some meals for ourselves and our son. It was about 15 min walk to the beach. The pool is stunning and warm. It was the most peaceful week and I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this property! Very private even if the owners were there (they weren’t) because it’s a separate ADU with lots of plants separating it from the main house. Very tastefully done and great use of the space. Quiet AC too that really does the trick! Very good communication. Will definitely try to stay here again.

We booked this cottage for 10 nights and boy were we in for an incredibly pleasant surprise to find that the entire place was fully renovated between the time we booked many many months ago and our arrival. The space was immaculate, and well-decorated. My husband and I are very partial to our bed at home, and we were shocked to find how well we slept on this very comfy bed for our entire stay. The outdoor patio was so inviting for our morning coffees and dinners in. We relaxed in the pool nearly every day after long days at the beach, hiking or being out and about. The property as a whole was a tropical escape, well groomed, and very private. We felt super safe with the gated entrance. They also provided extras including kayaks for use, beach chairs, and a soft reusable cooler, all of which we took full advantage of. The location cannot be beat, only a few blocks and a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous LaniKai Beach. You can even see the pillbox hike from the pool. If you’re wondering if you should book this cottage, do not hesitate for one second. I would happily book again, and will be referring all friends and family this way!

Wow! this cottage is incredible with a small beautiful pool!!! Has a very nice oasis feel to it. The cottage has all the amenities. multiple beach access within walking distances and close to Lanikai pillbox hike.

 Gorgeous and clean bungalow. Great location, close to the town and beach. Our family of 3 enjoyed it respectfully. If you have younger children this place may not be for you, but our 11year old loved it! Be sure to receive your check in information before you are close to the location. Reception can be poor to gain access until connected to WiFi.

This place is a gem on the island . The place is outstanding & extremely clean , peaceful, tranquil & close to the beach . Best place on the island since we have been too Lanikai more than 5 times in the past .
