Two Pools & Lanais
Each home has its own pool and spa just past a covered lanai, with tropical planting along the edges and the golf course beyond. The two yards sit next to each other, so the group can spread out between pools and still be within earshot. Lounge seating fills both lanais, and each has an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ for dinners cooked in the shade. On clear days Mauna Kea fills the inland skyline above the fairway, and a steady wind crosses the course most afternoons. An outdoor shower takes care of the sand after the walk back from 49 Black.

Living & Dining
Both great rooms sit under vaulted, beamed ceilings, with glass doors that open onto their lanais. Each has a living area arranged around a TV and a dining area beside it. With two of each, one house can host dinner for the whole group while the other stays quiet for anyone turning in early.

Kitchens
The two kitchens are built around islands with bar seating, and the appliances in both are premium grade. A private chef can take over one kitchen while breakfast happens in the other. Wine fridges and ice machines keep drinks cold for both lanais.

Extras
Each home has a washer and dryer, and beach towels are stocked for the walk to the sand. Extra pillows and blankets are on hand, and wifi reaches both houses for anyone working remotely.

Laule'a is an enclave of homes on the golf course inside Mauna Lani Resort, which spreads its fairways, hotels, and residences across old lava flows on the Big Island's South Kohala coast. 49 Black Sand Beach is the nearest sand and within walking distance. Beach 69, Hapuna Beach, and Mauna Kea Beach are a short drive north, and The Shops at Mauna Lani handle groceries and restaurants. Kona International Airport (KOA) lies south along the coast highway.

Family reunion. Property handled all 26 of us. Pools clean and great, 2 for kids and 1 for adults. Kitchen well stocked. Convenient to Mauna Lana and Waikaloa shops for food etc.

We have a big group stayed at this beautiful mansion, it is well worth the price, the house is fully equipped with everything, we even ordered a private chef event we would love to recommend to anyone with a bigger group !
