Pool & Lanai
The pool sits just beyond the covered lanai, with the spa beside it and tropical planting on either side. Past the landscaping the yard opens onto the golf course, and on clear days Mauna Kea holds the inland horizon. Lounge chairs and a shaded dining table share the lanai with the outdoor kitchen, where the built-in BBQ stands within reach of the table. Most afternoons the wind comes up the coast and moves across the fairway into the yard. An outdoor shower near the pool rinses off sand and chlorine before anyone goes back inside.

Living & Dining
Wood beams run the length of the vaulted ceiling in the great room, and wide glass doors on the lanai side open the room to the pool. Plush seating faces a wall-mounted TV in the living area. The dining table has its own space beside it, with room for a group of eight to sit down together.

Kitchen
An oversized island with stone counters and bar seating anchors the kitchen and looks across the great room. The appliances are professional grade, and a wine fridge and ice machine sit ready for drinks out on the lanai. A rice cooker and blender are part of the kit, alongside the everyday basics.
