Great place, with quiet expectations 🙂 Great place to relax.

Clean, nice and modern, we loved it!

Our family of four absolutely loved this place! Check-in was a breeze, and their communication throughout our visit was quick and helpful. The kitchen is extremely well-appointed with a large center island and all of the basics you need, plus some nice extras like a rice cooker and food storage containers. The interior looks like it's been recently updated, and we really liked that there's no carpet anywhere in the home. The layout is perfect for families with kids or young adults children. Primary bedroom has a beautiful lanai and large bathroom with walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. We were impressed by how well thought out their supplies are -- a well-stocked laundry room, garage loaded with helpful goodies like beach chairs, coolers, and snorkeling gear, and games and books for downtime. The downstairs lanai has a lovely view of the greenbelt, and I enjoyed watching the birds hop around each morning while we enjoyed our breakfast. The community this home is located in is also beautifully maintained, and conveniently located near groceries, beaches, walking paths, etc. We would return to this condo in a heartbeat!

The location was perfect just a short and scenic 15–30 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on the North Shore. The home was comfortable, especially the beds, and we really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a day of exploring. The team at Gather was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making check in and any communication a breeze. One thing to note: the pool has a restriction where children aren’t allowed after 6 p.m., and guests are expected to do a bit of cleaning before checkout. But overall, it didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

The home was fully stocked with everything you need for a long stay (beach towels, linens, bathroom amenities, laundry with detergent, beach chairs, snorkels, umbrellas and some much more). Highly recommend this home for a family of 5 or 6. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating.

What a fantastic stay!The perfect place in Princeville for families. Great beach’s and food only 10-15 minutes away. If you are looking for a place on the north side of the island, this is it!

From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how clean and serene the space felt, with its calming white color palette creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was a dream – not only was it fully stocked with everything we needed, but the knives were actually sharp, a rare and much-appreciated detail! Its proximity to beautiful Hanalei Bay made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Despite its convenient location, the condo itself was incredibly quiet and peaceful, offering a perfect escape. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the tranquility. This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

The gather team was very helpful and communicative. We had an issue with our vehicle not fitting in the garage and the gather team helped us promptly even though it was after-hours. The place was as we expected based on the photos and description. Overall a great experience.

This was a great place to stay for Princeville. There’s not a lot of options within walking distance but plenty of restaurants shops and beaches just a short drive a way. The home was well stocked with necessities and beach supplies and everything in it was pretty new and very clean. Will note that Google maps takes you to the wrong end of the street, but the signs at the entrance are easily followed to the correct location.

We had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay at Leilani Villa. The villa was spacious and beautifully appointed. Appreciated all the beach gear and towels for our beach excursions. Easy walk to Makai golf club to catch the shuttle to Haena State Park. Yen and the Gather team were very responsive to all questions and needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Family enjoyed this updated and clean three bedroom condo. Great location near all of the north shore beaches. Enjoyed the community pool and gas grills too. Very quiet area. Perfect for relaxation and family time.

We loved our condo in Princeville! It was spacious for our family of six and well equipped with everything that we needed, along with a few extras. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful place in Princeville. It had a well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to eat most of our meals there. Very comfortable. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is spacious, modern and has all the amenities you could want. It was so nice that beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and coolers were all available for use. My one very small complaint was the lack of sufficient seating in the LR. It was hard for all 5 of us to sit together to watch a movie without one person sitting on the floor.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place so much!! Everything was so clean and modern. Princeville is such a beautiful location to so many beaches. The house was so well stocked and the hosts so accommodating . We would definitely book this home again.

We loved this. We island hopped from Oahu and met our parents there. It was the perfect size for 5 adults and a baby! The pool is amazing and the rental was spotless and had everything we needed!

Clean, quiet and better than the pictures. Would stay again. It was a wonderful home to visit beautiful Kauia. Thank you to the owner for letting us borrow the townhouse for nine glorious days in paradise.

Our villa was absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. I am very particular about cleanliness and this place was perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated, simple, not cluttered. Princeville and Kauai were magical. We loved everything about our time in Kauai. Can’t wait to come back again. Mahalo?

Our family of four stayed a week in this property. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. For those that need to be online occasionally, the Internet worked well and was speedy. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. The boogie board was small and beat up so I would rent one instead of relying on the house provided one if you plan to take on the surf in Hanalei Bay. But overall, the property met or exceeded our expectations at the price point.

Great layout for a family of five. Neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. We liked the local art work and clean Hawaiian vibe.

Elite Pacific was wonderful to work with and sent us exactly what was needed to enter Kauai. The condo was wonderful. It's in a wonderful neighborhood that was full of trees and flowers and was just so colorful! It is a very quiet neighborhood which we loved. It is nice and close to Hanalei and we did prefer the Hanalei beach over all the other beaches we visited. Unit was very clean and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Only downside was that it is very far from everything with the exception of Hanalei.
