A truly perfect home in a peaceful and harmonious community. We feel fortunate to have stayed here. The entire house was impeccably maintained and had everything a traveler could need. This was the first stop of our trip to Hawaii, and we were lucky to have stayed here. As a result, we were more than happy to strictly follow the house guidelines and treat the place as if it were our own home. A tip for travelers: The state park where the Napali Coast is located requires advance ticket reservations. You can book on gohaena The Hawaii Tri-Park Pass does not apply here, so make sure to book ahead. Otherwise, you might end up like me, making my wife angry when we arrived and realized we couldn't get in—she was almost furious! Of course, if you're as lucky as I was and manage to refresh the website around noon to find available tickets, that’s a possibility too!

Such a beautiful house. We would return in a heartbeat. We were so happy there and wish we could have stayed longer. Gather were excellent - helpful and responsive always. Loved Princeville and Hanalei. Can’t recommend this property and the agent more highly.

The house was great! It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 6. The host was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay again!

This home is in a great location close to everything yet still very private. It's fully stocked with anything you would need for a great stay. It is a beautiful very warm home. Our favorite so far on Kauai. We had our whole family and everyone was very comfortable. The host and property manager are great! Very responsive and kind. We will absolutely be back. My family and I stayed here for a week in April. Very well maintained property and lots of room to spread out! The backyard had very nice decorations and garage included everything you might need for a great vacation , beach chairs , towels , toys, etc!

The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. It was beautiful and close to great beaches. I loved the layout of the house with kids. The host went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and even made sure I finished the amazing book I started from the home library. Would definitely stay again! Our family of 5 (children ages: 21, 18, 15) had a wonderful week-long stay and would not hesitate to return to this beautiful home. Home is kept in pristine condition and is filled with thoughtful amenities. Everything was easy and comfortable and host was proactive in communication. We enjoyed the neighborhood and surrounding area. Lots to see and do and eat and enjoy. We took advantage of the beach and snorkel gear provided, spending multiple days at Anini Beach. We also enjoyed being so close to Princeville Center (15 min walk).

Everything about this house lives up to expectations. Fantastic appliances, copious amounts of instructions for every functionality, great communications with property manager, and superbly maintained/cleaned spaces. Also, everything you need for beach days in the garage. Loved our stay and would absolutely stay again!

This was the perfect space for our family of 5. Felt like we were living large in this huge house. The house had pretty much everything we would ever need all way down to snorkels. We had an issue with the hot water due to it being a solar hot water heater but it was easily remedied by the quick communication with the property manager. The location is quiet and beautiful. Walking distance(10min) to foodland and Princeville town center. The backyard was a plus for us and was very private. You are a 15 minute drive to Hanalei and a 5 minute drive to Hideaways. We lucked out and found parking at the lot 2/3 times we went. It is close to all beaches you hear about visiting. Will definitely return to Luana Hale next time we visit Kauai. Mahalo!

A very comfortable house with a terrace and a house adjoining territory. An excellent location for traveling around the island. It is located in a quiet village of a good standard.The house is very spacious and you want to spend time. There is a huge bathroom! Everything is very nice and comfortable.

The house was well-decorated, well-maintained, and all the equipment worked well. The house was big enough for a big family trip, bigger than I expected from pictures. I also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. It was convenient because there was a shopping center nearby, and the town was very quiet at night.

The house was very clean and just as the pictures described . Quiet neighborhood and beautiful. Easy and fast communication with the host. Very short distance from the market and other eating places nearby . Will def stay here again!

The house was beautiful And had so many extra things already provided like beach toys and chairs, beach towels, masks and snorkels. The check-in and checkout process were easy and smooth, and the communication was efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was so well equipped, very comfortable and fantastic location. The pillows and bedding could be improved, but overall very happy with everything.

Gorgeous property (the photos don’t do justice on the great layout and amazing grounds). We were very happy there and appreciated all the beautiful decor, kids toys, beach toys, and quiet A/C. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and great area - highly recommend!

Beautiful home with space for everyone to have private space, and to gather together too. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine, including spices. Movies. AC in rooms and ceiling fans to keep Mainlanders like us comfortable. Plenty of beach towels, equipment, and even sunscreen. Beautiful landscaping, quiet neighborhood. Communication with managing company was quick and easy. So happy we found this home! We certainly want to go back.

The photos don’t do this home justice. It is very beautiful and grand. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had everything available stocked in the house for what we needed. The air conditioning worked absolutely great in every room which was a huge plus.

Excellent home in a beautiful neighborhood - great for families looking to live the slow life on Kauai. We spent a month here with our son and extended family and had an amazing time. The house is comfortable for several couples and comes fully stocked with everything you need to relax and unwind.

There were so many wows about this place that it has easily become our favorite place to stay in Kauai. The check-in process was smooth and easy, Yen the property manager did an excellent job communicating with us and the house is just gorgeous. Additionally the house and exterior was immaculate and everything that we needed to grill and enjoy Thanksgiving was available. I cannot rave enough about this house which truly made our stay extra special. Thank you Yen and team for the amazing service and we look forward to staying here again.

We highly recommend staying at this lovely vacation rental. The house was very clean and had everything we could need for our vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location, within walking distance to the store. Communication was efficient and check in was easy. We will be back for sure!

Great place to stay and a beautiful house. lots of space and a big yard. AC was great throughout.

From my 13-yr old daughter: First off, the house has AC. After dealing with just fans for a while, getting a cool, regulated temperature was really great! Secondly, the beds were very comfortable. I also enjoyed browsing the collection of books. Overall a very spacious and well-organized house. My review: The only 4-star I gave is for the "Accuracy of online listing", because the condition and the design of renovation of this house were actually underestimated. I can tell that the Property Management (PM) company, Elite Pacific, does an excellent job maintaining the house, inside and out. Many details throughout the house are usually not in vacation rentals for this price range. Yen (the manager) has been very responsive and considerate upon our requests. This is a five-star home with five-star management service! Examples of pros: two toilets in master bath, so 2 toilets on each side of the house; sunlit bathrooms; easily operated window locks; extremely low-noise adjustable fans, some can even turn in the opposite direction to avoid wind over your head; solar-powered water heater; very quiet and friendly community; right next to Foodland and the Princeville shopping center (so one person can order to-gos and bring home steaming-hot dishes for dinner in 5 mins, useful in the rush hours); outdoor showerhead; serene all-year green side and backyard with trees in bloom; outdoor desk/chair on patios, shaded in the evening; AC in the center living room and the small family room next to the kitchen, in addition to AC in all bedrooms; well-sorted, spacious garage; clear instructions/reminders in many places. clean and tidy settings and elegant plants in front yard Minor complaints: the TV system in the center living room is beyond my comprehension, failed to get it working properly even with the guide; does not have an electric water kettle or a rice cooker, but we can use a pot to boil water and cook rice the top freezer of the refrigerator in garage doesn't open don't know how to lock the screen doors (but it's safe enough to sleep with windows open at night, so I guess it doesn't really matter)

Loved our stay - beautiful home that had everything we needed. Management co was also very accessible by text for check in. Roadwork was being done to get into Hanalei which requires some planning but we enjoyed every minute of downtime in the house.

Wonderful home that was spacious and walking distance to the Princeville shopping center. We had a great time!
