Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views

This home is comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and there is air conditioning in each room. My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

Excellent. Very well-equipped, great location, comfortable and handsomely furnished. Best of show was outstanding service from property management company. Two minor issues were responded to -- and I am not exaggerating -- almost immediately. They were a pleasure to work with

This is a very beautiful home, and our group of 6 had a great stay. You will be woken up by the chirping of birds in the morning, and then have a pleasant breakfast facing the sea, and it is very convenient to go to many places. The community is safe, and there is a special security system at the door. Everything in the house is perfect, and we often enjoy the sunset while eating dinner. Will come back later if we visit the Big Island again.

The home was spacious and comfortable. Luxurious and clean, with its manicure landscape the home attracted birds and butterflies. The sunset view from the outdoor and living quarters was amazing. The stars at night shined so bright and the sounds of the frogs and crickets had us stay asleep all night.

Situated in a residential gated community, lots of space, privacy and quiet. Lovely large main living area with open concept kitchen made for great nights in with family. Two bedrooms with comfy king sized beds and a third with two twins. Very happy stay for the whole family.

The home was so clean and well organized. We are big cooks and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and enjoy meals on the front porch with the most breathtaking sunsets. We will definitely stay here again. We walked through the neighborhood each day and it was quiet and peaceful.

We had a great time sitting on the front patio overlooking the ocean drinking our coffee in the morning. It was very easy to get around the island from the house. Big rooms, nice and clean. Just be aware that this is a bit up the hill from the water. Not really walking distance. Definitely recommend.

The property is amazing: very quiet neighborhood, house super - just as on pictures. Everything is working. Communication with managers is flawless. Would rent it again! Thanks for an unforgettable stay.

Great location, convenient to the Keahou Shopping Center ( less than 5 min. away) where there are restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores among other shops. Nice and quiet neighborhood and very safe feeling. A wild turkey visited every morning. Beautiful view and accommodations. Would return to this one again.

This house was amazing. The view and neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous. Gather was very good to work with and was very prompt when communicating with us. I would definitely recommend this house and this company.

The place was beautiful. Amazing view of the ocean from the front. Great location! The place was modern, clean, and well appointed. We had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, bathing, cleaning. Would definitely HIGHLY recommend this place if gong to the Kona area.

We ended up staying at another property, because of a problem with the AC at Kona Plaza. Response was quick, professional and friendly when we called the emergency line to report this. Fortunately there were options for staying at another property within the the Elite Pacific group and we were able to check into the alternate property within an hour. Second property was beautiful.

Beautiful house, very spacious, with a lovely view of the sunset. Our multi-generational family group was very comfortable there. We enjoyed the use of beach chairs, umbrellas and bogeyboards. Response from the property manager was very prompt when we had a few questions. 

Lovely property, with plenty of space for families. My 5-year-old and 1-year-old had a great time. The view was the best part.

Our Corporate Trainer loved this location! It was originally booked for our CEO as well, but he wasn't able to join our Trainer on this visit. The feedback was great and I will book this location for them again in the future, as they make the trip out to Kona, 4 times a year. Thanks for the ease in booking and communication. Great location to stay!

This property was exactly as described. The view was spectacular! The gift bag upon arrival was a nice touch. And the extras - like aloe for our sunburns - were thought out and appreciated. We were 2 couples and 2 kids, and everyone had ample room to spread out and relax. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was very close to the snorkeling we wanted to do - and only about fifteen minutes from the restaurants we wanted to try. We truly had a lovely stay and a wonderful vacation.

Rental company was extremely responsive with small issues. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Maile Hale, This home is a treasure, my husband Gene and I, stayed for over two weeks. Spacious, comfortable, and clean. On top of that, the views are spectacular from every window and door. Well-stocked and found everything needed to cook delicious meals with fresh local ingredients. We loved walking in the mornings, (development is inside a beautiful ocean view gated community). We loved sitting at the front porch table and enjoyed different flocks of singing birds and colorful butterflies in the morning. Then, breathtaking sunsets, at the end of the day. We had a rented vehicle so it was easy to get to beaches, stores and visiting sites. Our hosts where very accommodating with our schedule. and left us welcome gifts and treats. The walls are decorated with pictures of local beaches and tails of Hawaiian history. 

First things first the photos of this home do not do it justice. The views here are absolutely amazing and the quick communication from the team for any questions or concerns make you feel taken care of. We loved our time here at this beautiful home and I highly recommend it to anyone. Mahalo!

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood and has an excellent sunset view. The house is very comfortable open floor plate with large windows. We found all of the kitchen items to be very handy and perfect for cooking local foods. You can explore the whole island with a relativley short drive from here to beaches, coffee farms, volcanos, downtown Kona,.....

The house and location were fantastic! Great space for a large family equipped with everything you need. Beautiful morning views for coffee on the lanai. Central to everything. Would happily stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The entire experience with Elite Pacific Vacations was wonderful. The home was beautiful! It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped for all of our needs. This is a beautiful home-and it’s exactly as portrayed in the listing. Actually, it’s better, because you can see more of the ocean than it seems in the pictures. We ate most meals out on the lanai. At night,after watching the beautiful sunset, it is absolutely silent. Just the breeze rustling the palms. The kitchen is quite spacious and fully equipped. Loved every minute there.

Great place with security who were very helpful and nice. Hosts provided welcome gifts as nice touch. Very roomy for our family of 4.

This property was exactly as described in the listing, and the photos couldn't be more accurate! We stayed for 12 days and had a wonderful time. The privacy this gated community provided was just what we needed, and the home itself had a wonderful open floorplan while still providing individual privacy in the location of each bedroom. When I travel on vacation, I don't plan to spend much time at 'home' - I want to get out and see the sights and experience what there is to offer. That being said, this truly felt like our home while we were there, and we look forward to booking it again for our next trip back. You won't be disappointed when you book this property, I promise!

Great, quiet property with beautiful views. Great way to spend the days when we needed some down time. Easy to communicate and get questions answered as we needed. I would highly recommend this location for those looking for a wonderful location on the big island!

Had a wonderful time on this property. Very close to supermarket, snorkeling/beaches, golf, everything... Would definitely stay here again!

When our family arrived to the residence we were absolutely floored of the layout and view from the living room/kitchen area. the property was very spacious and having The sliding glass doors open with the trade winds breezing through was like heaven on earth. One of the most peaceful and tranquil places we have ever stayed in!! I highly recommend staying here as it is also close to airport and grocery stores! We were happy and blessed to have stayed here! Mahalo!

Maybe nicer than described. Super clean, beds were comfortable, well appointed kitchen. Good layout with master on opposite side of the house from other bedrooms. We liked the location. Close to a great snorkel spot, two step snorkel beach was 30 min drive, grocery store was very close as well. Perfect rental.

Wow. This house is a dream. Everything about it is perfect and better than we expected. Large, comfortable rooms, huge open living space, comfortable beds, huge TVs with all the channels, so beautifully decorated, and WOW that ocean view was spectacular!! We enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunsets every night from the beautiful patio/yard. We miss the house already and look forward to being back for a longer stay.

This home is spacious and has a great ocean view. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings to watch the sunset over the ocean. We enjoyed our stay here. The property managers even left us some chocolate macadamia nuts and other thoughtful items upon check in.

My husband and I spent the winter months at this property. The house was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The kitchen was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, the living room with up to date TV and entertainment, the BBQ in the back yard.... all were enjoyed! The staff at Elite Pacific were always friendly and prompt. Thanks for the nice winter get away.

Very clean loved the stay very recommended

From the moment I booked until we checked out. Everyone I spoke was so helpful and friendly. The home was just what we'd hoped it would be. We could not have been happier with our stay and experience. We hope to come back again sometime.
