A/C Notes: Whole House Central A/C
Air Conditioning:
We find that opening the doors and allowing the tropical breezes to cross ventilate the house is such a treat here in Hawaii…true indoor-outdoor living! However, there is central air conditioning should you desire additional cooling. The temperature should not be set below 70 degrees and should be set to 80 when leaving the home to conserve energy costs. We ask that you turn off when no one will be home.
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. Please Inquire.

Amazing property!
by Patricia WWe had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our group of 13, ages 3-70. We even had a cottage for anyone to isolate in in case of sickness. With outdoor seating and screens on doors and windows we felt very safe. Thank you, Ashley!
Beautiful spot on the West side with a very walkable distance to the beach. Best part of the house is the backyard and view of ocean/sunset!!! Definitely would stay here again with a large group.
Enjoyable relaxing stay with friends
by Edwin BEasy to rent and use. Good communication. Ocean views but no ocean access to speak of, and beach is a drive to for our olde group and not a walk place. Overall we had a good time to kick back and just visit with friends during these civid times.
