A really lovely place to stay with easy access to Hanalei and the north shore.  Great for family gathering with plenty of space for everyone.  Lots of beach supplies including coolers, umbrella and chairs!

The serene gardens provided a beautiful backdrop for our mornings and family dinners, creating cherished memories. We had an incredible time and loved having a hot tub at the house. We also enjoyed riding bikes with four right on-site to the Princeville Center which is so close. Great food, shopping, and shaved ice all at that center. The kitchen has everything you need with great morning light and the home is spacious. Each room has comfortable beds and air for those warmer days. The grounds are stunning and the backyard is a dream! We will stay there again!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, it was everything and more that we imagined, your garden is absolutely magical !! A definite plus was the use of the bicycles, beach, chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc. Hopefully one day soon we can stay in your amazing home again.

Great house, our second stay. Well equipped for cooking and adventures. Comfortable rooms, beds, etc. Backyard is a tropical paradise.

This was a super comfortable stay. We were constantly on the go to see Kauai, and the rental was a great place to return. We did do some meals here, there is plenty of cookware and a grocery (and great wine shop) that is walkable. It's in a development, there are some cool hikes and amazing vistas nearby. Hanalei is great but can get crowded, here a bit less so. Lots of good food trucks not too far of a drive. Overall, loved our stay here.

Absolutely a beautiful home. Very relaxing and private. Very well stocked with all you need in the kitchen.

The backyard was so beautiful, we grounded and stretched out there every morning! The furniture was nice and comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the indoor/outdoor aspect of the lanai and primary bedroom/bathroom.

We love Princeville and Hanalei and have been staying in Princeville for a few decades for vacations. We have rented many homes and condos. We are currently looking to retire to Princeville. The house is quite nice and is as shown in the pictures and descriptions. The backyard is a gorgeous Japanese garden. Master bedroom is enormous with a large walk in closet. Nice tradewinds keeps things cool at night and if needed there is AC that we only used the first day until we figured out to open the sliding doors with screens to let in the cool evening air. The home is in good shape but not fully remodeled in terms of bathrooms and kitchen but was fine for us. Master Bedroom is open thru shower to a screened roof and wood-walled private area with hot tub and mossy garden. We would have liked it to be closed off as a few critters made it to the shower area (small frog. gecko) A roach visitor was often seen at night on the hot tub cover.

Great place . Very quiet neighborhood. Food land grocery is walkable distance from there. The home has Netflix and Disney streaming also beach chairs and towels and bikes

Good location-spacious home, fabulous Beach Gear-we loved having the beach cruisers! Also a couple different sized coolers were available for use. The hot tub was lovely. Did we mention the botanical garden in your backyard and the 2 screened in private lanais! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a relaxing, low-key family vacation in Princeville. Beautiful garden , excellent location in Princeville. The house was very open with lots of windows which makes you feel like you’re living outdoors: views of the tropical Princeville vegetation from the living room, and the amazing, landscaped Bali style, exotic garden from the other side of the house. The garden is a work of art. You could spend an entire day there, reading, exploring, listening to the birds. If you like nature and are planning on spending time relaxing in and around the house it’s perfect . Location is ideal, five minute drive to Foodland in Princeville and close drive to the beaches on the North Shore . The house comes equipped with beach equipment but note to bring your own spices and oil etc. to cook, there was nothing at least when we got there. There is a concierge service who can organize activities as well . Both the concierge and the property manager were very responsive .Had a wonderful family vacation here and will definitely come back.

A great place to stay in Princeville. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the grill, the bikes, and the AC in each bedroom. If you're looking for a place to stay on Kauai, this is a great option!

Mala Hale was absolutely wonderful! Elite Pacific's communication and accommodation were above and beyond. The house was very spacious and immaculate. It was an absolute dream from the easy arrival instructions to being delighted that the place was even better than the photos. The master bedroom is huge and the outdoor shower was thoroughly enjoyed. The grounds were serene and very private. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect stay for our group of five adults! We loved riding the three bikes around the neighborhood, the large communal space for our home-cooked meals, and the gorgeous tropical backyard! The location was ideal for picking up groceries as needed, and was right along the Kauai bus route. Would happily stay here again. Thank you Yen!

What an amazing experience our family had renting this home with Elite Pacific. The customer service was amazing and I would give it 10 stars if i could. The house itself was perfect for our family and we would 100% stay there again. Thanks Yen and team for the best customer care!!

Traveling with my wife, my parents, and my two pre-teen kids (7 and 12), we felt immediately at home when we dropped our bags on our way in from the airport. The house was a 40 minute drive from the airport through easy traffic with plenty of scenery. The house is nestled within a street of pretty but non-descript homes, opens up into a spacious and airy interior, accessing a beautiful and secluded back garden. The family areas include a large room which includes a tv lounge area, large kitchen with barstool area, formal dining room, and screen porch (lanai). The garage is well lit and surprisingly clean, and we found plenty of beach gear, washer and dryer, and even several bicycles ready to ride around the slow-paced and comfortable neighborhood. The bedrooms were lovely, though there is definitely a master bedroom (huge space, complete with a large closet, sitting area, private bathroom with a large vanity, and a glassed-in outdoor area with a hot tub) and two normal bedrooms (small closets, shared bathroom). Throughout our 7 days in Kauai, this home was a perfect base for us, with a space for everyone to do their own thing - napping, reading, drawing, cooking - or to join together for a meal or a game. We didn't use the TVs almost at all, though when we did, we noticed they had netflix setup already. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a few spices, and a variety of devices in a closet off of the dining room (toasters, griddles, blenders, etc), and the well stocked nearby grocery store is only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the house. We didn't cook every meal here, but we make a few breakfasts, used the outdoor bbq to make seared ahi steaks one night and chicken another night, and prepped beach picnics most days. From this location, we weren't an easy walk to a beach (that we could find anyway), but were certainly an easy drive to several, including just a 10 minute drive down into Hanalei. We recommend going to the nearby lighthouse, which was a highlight for all of us, along with the mini-golf near the lighthouse. Speaking of golf, I was worried about seeing the big golf courses all around the house, but you would almost never know they were even there unless you go looking for them - the greens are so separated from the neighborhoods. Instead, the lush back garden with high planted walls, pathways, and statuary makes you feel like you're totally secluded without anyone nearby. Loved this place and will be back.

We had such a fabulous trip! The stay here was absolutely perfect! The house was incredible and had such a beautiful yard! We loved everything about it. The beds were super comfy, and everything smelled good and was very clean! We loved the hot tub and used the big kitchen several times for cooking. There was plenty of beach gear, towels, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, and an umbrella! We also had a great time taking the bikes out for a spin! We will definitely stay here again!

This place is defined by its backyard. The place is nice, good kitchen, lots of space, easy to spread out, but really, really, this place is defined by its backyard. There are so many treasures, little statues, interesting places to sit and take in the beauty of the climate. I would say the biggest downside is that you will want to spend tons of time at the house instead of exploring Kauai.

We had the most incredible honeymoon staying here! It’s super private, quiet, spacious high ceiling, fully equipped with everything you might need. The indoor outdoor living aspect with shower and hot tub in the master bedroom was sublime. Powerful air conditioning. Our property manager contact was responsive within minutes each time. Check in and checkout was easy. We wouldn’t even think twice to stay here again. Thank you for your excellence and making this the most memorable week of our lives!

Perfect location and beautifully appointed home. Well stocked kitchen, excellent TV viewing selections with cable and Netflix. Loved having a garage to park in with bikes, boogey boards, beach chairs and especially the nice laundry. Yen was great answering questions almost immediately - thank you! We had an amazing ✨ stay. The location is fantastic. We absolutely loved the sun room and enjoyed the backyard. There are many good food locations close by (5-15 minutes by car) We will be coming back soon and look forward to it!!

We loved out stay at this garden oasis! The house is very spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous garden back yard area. There is a well-stocked, large kitchen that was perfect for cooking dinners and breakfasts. The host is very responsive to any issue, and the check-in was very smooth and easy. The house is very close to Hanalei, and very easy to get over to the other side of the island. We would definitely return to this lovely home next time we go to Kauai!

I stayed here in a group of 4 at the beginning of October. The Princeville community is beautiful, and we enjoyed staying in an actual house (as opposed to a condo). Having A/C units and multiple ceiling fans kept the house cool. We really enjoyed the screened-in lanai/porch. The master bedroom was incredibly spacious. The outdoor master bathroom was something to get used to, but the hot tub and outdoor area attached to the master bedroom was also screened in, so it didn't feel that exposed. The kitchen and pantry are very well-stocked! We enjoyed and made use of the bonuses like beach towels, chairs, cooler, and bikes. The management company was very responsive for every question and issue we had, and all communication was handled by text.

It was in a great, quiet location and was really easy to find. We loved using the bikes and beach chairs throughout the week. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped.

This house was located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Close to everything on the North side of the island. They thought of all the creature comforts, including wire brushes to clean your shoes after hiking.

My family had a great stay, the house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and everyone was friendly. We used the bikes to ride around the neighborhood. Overall would love to stay again

Absolutely loved the vibe of this house. The hot tub was great, and the garden so beautiful. Loved having breakfast and reading in the screened-in porch. Walking distance to the shopping center (Lappert's ice cream, decent grocery store), and very short drive to Hanalei. (Look up road closure schedule to know when you can pass to Hanalei.) So great to have three beach cruiser bikes: ride over to Hideaway Beach in late afternoon for amazing golden hour / sunset. Highly recommend this stay!

Wonderfully maintained home centrally located to major North Shore spots. Lanai looking out to garden is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and drinks. Also, go sit out in the garden with the one you love with a perfect view of Na'Pali waterfalls. All amenities provided for guests to adventure outdoors. Worth every penny.

This place is amazing! Walking distance from the shopping center, beaches and Queen’s bath. The house came with everything you could need plus more ( towels/boogie boards/chairs/ and bikes) the place was spotless and the pictures of the property don’t do it justice. There were a few days where we couldn’t find a reason to leave because the backyard was so beautiful! A perfect place for your honeymoon traveling with friends or family. We can’t wait to rent this space again!
