Overall I would recommend this home if you are staying with family and it was exactly as pictured, clean, and well stocked, and bonus it was in quiet location that was walkable to the shopping area, coffee, and some easy walking paths to see the sunset and beachfront.
Great place! Was perfect for our group of 4. 6 would fit but it would be a tad cramped. Pool was amazing, great location, house was clean, beds comfy, if we come back we would definitely book it again!
We are a family of 4 and we LOVED this house. It felt like a home away from home. After long days or just lounging around, it was always so welcoming and comfortable. We loved the pool right outside the living space for the kids to swim in within ear and eye shot. The house felt very private. We loved the local beach within walking distance. We would go there every day to swim, snorkel, tide pool or just look at the water, fish, and turtles. We liked how there was A/C and TV’s in every room. Local shops, coffee, drug store, grocery store, restaurants, and movie theatre all within walking distance. We loved Sunset Kai Lanai restaurant, right up the hill. Beautiful sunsets from there and the parking lot of the shops.
We truly loved this home so much and would stay here every time we came to Kona if we could. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was amazing to have even though we got hit with the Kona storm.
We had such a wonderful stay at this home. The house was beautiful, very clean, and clearly well cared for. One of our favorite parts of the trip was sitting outside each morning with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds and watching the sunrise over the golf course the property backs up to. It was incredibly peaceful and a perfect way to start the day. The pool was fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything about the house made it easy to relax and feel at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway.
Fantastic home, clear instructions and great communication. Very clean and updated home with great pool. Beds were very comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood and nearby beach are lovely for walking and views. Our family spent hours by the pool lounging and swimming. I will say the kitchen supplies/ingredients were more limited than what I’ve seen at other rentals, but there is a grocery store close by for anything you might need. Would absolutely stay here again.
Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Our meal experience was elevated with the ourdoor dining table, the large kitchen space and the beautiful views of the private backyard. All essentials provided and more to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the quality of appliances and amenities including the pool. They were very accommodating with our check out which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

We were in close proximity to restaurants, excursions, etc. Pool and AC was great. Kitchen was well appointed and grill was also a bonus. We had a delay in our departure due to forecasted weather and Gather was lovely and super flexible--we really appreciated it. We were so sad to leave!

by Jo Anne MWe were very happy with this place! Two kids (ages 8 and 11), parents and grandparents. The swimming pool was perfect - larger than expected with deep and shallow areas. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishware, utensils and cookware. The neighborhood was quiet and quite pleasant. Close to everything we needed like a grocery store, farmers markets, beach side restaurants, etc. several beaches close by and easy access to other island adventures. Great place!
The house was perfect in every way. It was peaceful, quiet and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our party of six and the outdoor bath/shower came in very handy when your hanging by the pool. Overall our group loved and enjoyed the backyard, cooking meals in the kitchen and had our choice of using the dining room or the lanai. The backyard was very private due to the golf course directly behind the house. Pool floats and pool toys came in very handy too. I definately would recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back again soon. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Everything was amazing!
It was a beautiful place with well stocked towels, kitchen supplies and pool floats. It was nearby a KTA store as well as a 15 minute drive to downtown Kailua Kona which was nice. Our host provided us with sufficient information when the tsunami warning was issued.
This was an amazing place. The location was perfect.
We were sad to leave this beautiful house today. So lovely, we could have easily stayed for another week. Lovely and quiet, amenities just a short drive away. Would throughly recommend!

It was a real pleasure to hang out by the pool. Local stores, farmers market and restaurants close by. The host was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. Highly recommend it!
Incredibly clean and well organized, no skimping - quality beds and furniture, very well stocked kitchen appliances and tools, plenty of towels, etc. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with plenty of space, highly recommend.
