Maui Kaanapali Villas B225

We had a great time at MKV. The unit is very spacious and clean. There's a pool conveniently a few steps away, and the main pool is close by too. We loved the location (the free Kaanapali trolley stops right by the lobby). The unit was very clean, with all essentials and comfortable beds (we used the pullout couch too). We had a great time!

We were in Maui during the recent storms. They kept us updated on what was safe and what not to do. They had a daily board of info regarding the storm.

Excellent! Great stay! Host was fantastic with quick responses with any questions we had, love the quiet location and few from upstairs lanai looking west at sunset and palm trees

This is for unit B225 at MKV in Maui.  We were very pleased with this quiet unit on the second floor (no elevator) - we like to snorkel and determined this location was an easy walk to Kahekili public beach with great snorkeling.  We did that every morning and had a great time.  Returning for lunch on the balcony.  Parking was very easy and we used the free Kaanapali Trolley a few times as it passes by every half hour.  Charles, the Gather host allowed us to check in early and was very helpful throughout our stay.  The kitchen has everything you need.  The closet was full of beach supplies including beach chairs so no need to rent them.

We had a great stay. The place was wonderful, the location was great, the host very responsive when we had questions, and they provided all the beach gear and toys we needed.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The room was excellent, everything was clean and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful, with a great beach just a short walk away. The location is very convenient — easy access to transportation, shops, cafés, and restaurants. Everything was simply wonderful. We would definitely come back!

A wonderful resort with fantastic amenities, a great beach, and a great staff. The unit is clean and quiet, and was a great escape from it all.

Gym was great and the Villas were so close to the beach. Great place to break into Maui. Tours were accessible and easy to locate.

Fabulous condo, and incredible location!

Beautiful second floor view from the lanai of the swaying palms and setting sun. Could hear the ocean waves hitting the beach on a few windy days. Mahalo

We have visited Kaanapali Villas for the past 15 years. This unit was most enjoyable. It’s clean, quiet, and close to the beach. Property management proactively engaged us with instructions and insight about the visit and responded quickly to any questions. 

My stay at Maui Kaanapali Villas from December 10-15 was absolutely fantastic! The property is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, a relaxing beachfront location, and incredible ocean views. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the convenience of having the beach just steps away, as well as the on-site pool and dining options. The location is ideal for exploring nearby Lahaina and Kaanapali attractions, yet it still felt peaceful and private. I can’t recommend Maui Kaanapali Villas enough and would absolutely stay here again!

The location and quality of the property is as advertised. The location is waterfront but the suite is not waterfront. We found a couple of things lacking for the kitchen. The room is bright and the patio is pleasant to sit. The location is quiet and only steps to the pool and beach and a short walk along the beach path to Whaler's Village. We did the walk most mornings which is a pleasant stroll. Good Beach and water conditions making this a useable beach. The owners are very considerate and were easy to communicate with. 

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and AC worked great! Would stay here again.

This West Maui condo was the perfect location for our vacation! The property sits right on a gorgeous beach, yet you also have access to a lovely pool with a bar next door. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities for cooking and food storage. It also had some beach chairs, which we used a lot over the week. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had and even let us check in early, which was so helpful!

We had an amazing time in the appartment. It was clean, and in a good shape. Especially the communication with the host gather vacation was very good and the provided service of the maui kaanapali villas hotel (which we were allowed to use at some point (for example the pool / the presentation about the island activities at the hotel lobby)). We can totally recommend this appartment! Thanks again for this great time

We had a great stay at the Maui kannapali villas! We loved the grounds and amenities including the proximity to the beach, the cafe, and fitness center! The condo itself was comfortable and spacious. Anything we needed or had a question on, the host was just a text away. We left a shirt and the host was very responsive and shipped it to us! Overall we had a great stay.

Pool is great, the beach at the property is wonderful. A car is a good idea for being over here as there isn’t much in walking distance. Unit was clean and well appointed with beach chairs and kitchen items.

The room was exactly what we had hoped for. Communication with the owner exceeded expectations; he cleared up a question about a room feature very quickly and accurately. I would stay in the same room again and again!

This is a nice condo/hotel located just far enough from Kaanapali Beach. There is a quiet beach right at the edge of the property with almost no surf. But Kannapali Beach is a 5-10 minute drive with great waves. The hotel is older but everything was clean and worked. And dont be fooled by the check in. This is a private owned room so towels, cleaning service, etc are not part of the package. This is a private residence that happens to be located at a hotel.

Perfect location; beautiful beach, nearby fantastic restaurants but much quieter than the resorts on the boardwalk. Fantastic snorkeling nearby, saw a sea turtle in the first 5 minutes. Checkin with the front desk was simple & full access to the resort.

Maui Kaanapali Villas is a beautifully kept, quiet resort steps from a lovely sandy beach. This condo is well furnished, well maintained, and comfortable.

We loved our rental. The host was prompt in communication and responses and also quick to re-stock some missing supplies. The apartment was spacious for our small family of 3 and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware so we could cook most our meals during our 5 day stay there. The location of the rental property is awesome and the facilities were great. A large pool and then 10 steps further a lovely beach. Superb.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located just north of Kaanapali and has a lovely restaurant on site. We arrived on a Friday night and the live music at the bar/restaurant was amazing.

Beautiful studio apartment with every imaginable amenity. Walking distance to great beaches, trolley to shops and nice resorts and restaurants. Only wish the trolley or another shuttle went to Safeway.

The place is fantastic! I am very particular/OCDish about my hotel/Airbnb being clean and nice, so I was a bit nervous when I booked this. However, I was totally happy! Very, very clean. The resort itself is perfect for the lovely, laid back, Maui experience we are all looking for. The pictures on the Airbnb are accurate. I was very pleased. Charles was great to work with and was able to accommodate our requests. The restaurant had food that the kiddos like (which is a big plus!). We switched to one of the bigger hotels for the last part of our trip (just due to availability issues and our own plans). Stark difference. The hotels on the main “strip” are newer, but more expensive, rooms are smaller, crowded, and touristy. Just a totally different experience. Next time I will stay here the whole time.

The condo was older, however it’s relaxed peaceful atmosphere was perfect. The location is close to everything while still not to crowded. The condo is smaller and really works best for 2 adults or families with small children because the pullout isn’t great for adults. We will definitely return.
