Excellent location on the North Shore. Walkable to a private beach and some nearby shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is such a gorgeous place to stay! The condo is just as described, and it worked perfectly for our family. The screened patio was my personal favorite! It was very peaceful environment, yet close to stores too. The washer and dryer were very helpful as well. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay here! This was truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in - it was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Checkin and checkout were both super easy and the house even had lots of things for the beach we didn’t have to buy when we got there! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

This was a great place to stay! The host was also responsive and helpful. The outdoor porch area was really nice and there were lots of bodyboards, snorkels, beach chairs, etc.

This was an amazing place! Well stocked, nice linens, everything was very clean. Pool is super close by and a short walk plus a little hike took us to an almost private beach with snorkeling and lots of shade from trees.The separate room was perfectly private for the adults while the 4 kids had plenty of space to spread out inside. Loved the screened in lanai. Foodland for groceries is less than a 5 minute drive away. Perfect! Would totally stay here again!

This is a wonderful unit for a family to use. We were six adults traveling together. The layout is great, the kitchen is well equipped and the entire place was immaculate on our arrival. It was easy access to everything you would want to do on the Northern side of the island. We do recommend that they replace the mattresses and pillows for the twin beds in the unit as they were uncomfortable. The two other bedrooms were very comfortable. There were plenty of snorkels, fins, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels in the unit. Our managing agent, Sophia, was professional and very accommodating. We would definitely consider returning to the unit again.

We would definitely rent this property again! It was amazing, as advertised, and could not have worked out better for a group of 6 women meeting up for a reunion! We spent a week at this property. It's an end unit which we loved. The lanai was perfect. There was snorkel gear, a few boogie boards, and beach towels available for guests. There are three bathrooms! We only spent one day traveling to Waimea Canyon/Poipu, so, the location was great for us. Pool/bbq area looked nice/clean but we never used the bbq or pool (we opted for the gorgeous Kauai beaches instead). Sophia, our on island contact, was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all texts/emails before, during, and after our trip. She even facilitated the return of clothing that was left at the unit (thank you, Sophia!). We loved this place - rent it now if it's available!

Sophia was a great host and promptly replied to any inquiries. The condo is lovely and has great books telling you about all the places on Kauai. We had a wonderful time. Aloha

Tremendous property for a family vacation. We were able to connect, rest, and access all the awesome things Kauai has to offer. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Property was clean, had beach towels and other beach items, and the community pool and BBQ were very close by.

Great place in great location. Plenty of space and nicely designed. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beach towels were nice to have. Washer/dryer worked well. Overall a very nice place to be based for a week of exploring and relaxing.

This is an extremely clean, great location, very well stocked and perfect for a family of four. the only issue was the pool was being repair. i can't remember if that was disclosed in the listing or not. It was not a big deal for us.

Overall it was great, we had some minor leak issues and the team was super proactive about getting back to us in a timely manner. However, when all three showers were in use, the water tended to get very cold very quickly and could be a problem for larger groups. The team was very nice about getting us what we needed, so even while we had issues this was a great host and great experience.

Nice comfortable three bedroom in Princeville. Convenient location to walk to Princeville shopping center. Beds were comfortable and screened in porch great for outdoor dining.

We loved our stay in Princeville. Had all the beach and kitchen amenities we needed. Amazing screened in porch and we liked the private third bedroom entrance for our multigenerational visit and added privacy.

Great condo close to grocery shop, takeout restaurants and beautiful walking trails if you enjoy walking to view the ocean. We enjoyed a great 2 weeks with family and would love to return to this exact place in the future. Friendly, professional staff responded quickly when we had questions.

Beautiful and spacious condo in a great location. It was nice having separate bathrooms for each of the three bedrooms, giving us all a sense of privacy. We loved the extra touches such as big beach towels for everyone, snorkeling and body boarding supplies at our disposal and very well stocked kitchen supplies making it easy and convenient to cook our meals when home. Definitely would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice and calm location on the North shore near Anini beach.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this condo in Princeville. Elite Pacific is really responsive and informative on traveling needs. The condo is on the end so only one shared wall with a very nice and quiet neighbor. We were a quiet bunch, and it was obvious families live here so we fit in. The pool is very close by and only mildly lit at night, highly recommend a night swim. One thing to note that wasn’t in the description, though I recommended they add it in is that one of the king bedrooms and en-suite baths has a separate entrance to the rest of the house with a shared wall but you have to go outside to enter the main house. And the other king is a loft space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and there was a container on the deck with beach, snorkeling and child boogy boarding equipment. Plenty of books and a few games and puzzles as well. There were a few minor tweaks to what is pictured, but nothing major. It’s about a fifteen minute walk to the beach and a thirty minute walk to queens bath. Plenty of parking and fifteen minute walk to grocery store and shopping center. All in all, it was just what we wanted and would definitely stay again!

Great and effective communication. Space is clean, light and easy to have space for everyone in our group. Basic supplies are adequate, beach towels were great. We really enjoyed our stay. My only comment is be sure you plan for a master that is the loft in the main unit and plan for different sleep and awake times. There is a great attached unit with I think a queen and it’s own bath so that is great option. That worked well for 2 couples.

This was a great stay. Clean and in a great location. We were walking distance from Wylie beach down the road. Little slippery to get down, but fine for Kauai. A little further was our favorite Hideaway beach. We went here 3 times during our 2 week stay here. It was a wonderful snorkeling spot. There was also a Foodland close by (1mi away) that was convenient as well. There was a separate room a part of the same house, but disconnected from the main living area. There was a queen bed and full bathroom inside. Loved that there were beach amenities already provided. Like bamboo mats, body boards, basic snorkeling gear. That was a nice touch. I wish there were umbrellas and foldable beach chairs but hey now I'm being super picky.

This condo is amazing! Such a beautiful space- and it’s located strategically in the best part of the island, in my opinion. There’s also a grocery store nearby (3min drive), and a beautiful beach literally down the street- a must see! The condo has everything you can possibly need in a kitchen. We will definitely stay here on our nxt trip. The property manager responds quickly, and is super nice! Highly recommend it!

This was our favorite place we have stayed at! Beautifully decorated, well appointed, lots of charm, great location! Don’t miss hiking down to the two secluded beaches in the neighborhood!

Great layout, perfect for family with plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable decor makes you feel at home. Short walk to Princeville shopping center. Beach access is steep dirt path and there are signs posted that trail is dangerous (probably slippery during rain). We chose to make to the short drive to Anini.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better. All the beds were super comfy, kitchen was killer for cooking, open, airy, close to grocery store and shops! We had the best communication and help whenever we needed it! We would totally recommend and hope to be back! Mahalo
