Very professional and easy to work with

We loved our stay, the kitchen and lanai as well as the fantastic complex pool and spa were just what we needed to relax. Our hosts could not have been more responsive or helpful!

Nice place to stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had every gadget/tool you needed. The place is perfect for 4 people! The property management team was very responsive whenever you needed them. The place looked like the photos and the area was very quiet and relaxing. I would stay here again the next time I’m on the Big Island!

This was a lovely condo. Excellent location! Perfect for a family of 4. Has everything you need from kitchen supplies and condiments to beach gear. The beds are very comfortable, as is the couch. The sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are all high quality. The outdoor area is beautiful - perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Access to the pool and beach club are also nice. I'd highly recommend.

I definitely recommend this property. It is clean, comfortable and convenient to the Orchid where I was attending a conference. I'll be back.

This is a perfect place to explore the Kohala Coast. Lovely, clean and super comfortable. It's very quiet, and we really appreciate it. The birds fill the air with song and even occasionally a gobble! The wild turkeys are pretty spectacular! I loved the bed in the master. Incredibly comfortable and listening to the breeze in the palms was truly a balm to my soul. We travel for a living and have a few touchstones that have become important. A good bed is one of them! Of course cleanliness, and this place is perfect. A well equipped kitchen is super important because we tend to stay for longer periods of time. And isn't it nice when the place is pretty ? This has it all. Everything worked, which we don't take for granted anymore. The parking was easy. This little complex has rules about parking but it wasn't a problem. There's a very pretty pool with waterfalls that make it almost meditative. We love the ocean and snorkel everyday. You can pop into the ocean very easily at the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Bring the beach chairs provided because it can get busy! Also the best poke on the island is right there at the Foodland down the street! I lived on the poke bowls! For a real treat, try the Hot Malasadas Truck just north of the Mauna Lani at the Puako turnoff. AMAZING! Freshly made donut-like balls filled with deliciousness of your choice! You can head to Kona for a night out OR go to the Fairmont and have a great dinner at their beach bar in the sand , Hali Kai. It's just a wonderful place. Enjoy!

This townhouse is everything you see in the pics. Absolutily beautiful in a gated community with a very nice pool and walking paths. The kitchen has everything you need to cook some great meals plus an outdoor grill and sink on the patio. We did none of that (except for breakfast), since the restaurants in the area are so good and conveniently located. Drive a few miles south to the Waikōloa area for many more restaurant options. Some other reviews mention noise from the neighbor's outdoor AC unit. This is true but nothing can be done about it. Maybe drown it out with some music, so bring your portable blue tooth speakers. You have partial view of one of the golf courses fairways. You may also see some wild Turkeys plus goats roaming around on the golf course later in the day. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had garage access. They left garage door openers with the main house keys. In the garage is a closet with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, about 3 sets of mask, snorkel and fins, plus sand toys for the kids. They also supplied some Boogie boards. The first-floor bedroom closet has a Pack and Play and a highchair. The main TV is huge and is a smart TV so remember your passwords to get into Netflix, Apple, Hulu, Prime, etc. I had no internet problems as was stated in some older reviews. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is very nice and you will get an access card for entry. It's a little rocky as you enter the water so water shoes may be advised. There is also some good snorkeling right from the beach on either side and across the middle about 50 yads off the beach. For a splurge diner, consider the Canoe House at the Mauna Lanai hotel. While expensive it is well worth it (maybe not for young children). also, for a very large beach drive about 12 minutes north to Hapuna Beach State Park. There is a parking fee but well worth it. We stayed for a week and the Mauna lanai beach got a little boring. All in all, I highly recommend this property and the entire surrounding area, Have fun.

This is the third condo we have stayed in at this property. We really enjoy this location due to the proximity to the beaches we like. The heating cooling system is challenging for some reason. The house "rules" book says to keep the temp between 75-80 degrees but the system was preset to something else that required one of us to get up during the night (every night) to reset because it was cold. Neither TV in both bedrooms worked. Not a big deal but when you pay premium prices one expects things to work. (yes, we followed the directions). Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Property manager did not respond to two text messages 1 week apart. One regarding the beach club key that stopped working 4 days before we departed. We had to have security let us in 2 days in a row to the beach club. Would like to have had a coffee grinder and a cheese grater. Overall very nice place.

The perfect home base for our recent family trip to the Big Island. The condo was clean and super comfortable with everything we needed to make it a home away from home. We made good use of the beach supplies (umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys & snorkel gear) and I was so excited to find out the unit had puddle jumpers for my 3 year old. Perfect location and of course being able to use the Mauna Lani beach club is a big plus. We will definitely be back again.

This property is wonderful. It is a very nice location, with gated access to the beach. There are plenty of amenities in the unit. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel stuff, beach toys, etc. There are lots of spices and other cooking items in the cabinet. Great TV in the living room. Very comfortable furniture. Short walk to the grocery store. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Generally it is a fantastic place to stay in Big Island. Would like to reconsider this place next time! Located in the north-west of the island, the unit is in a complex which shares beaches and other facilities with high end hotels nearby. You may have privilege to make dinner reservation with those hotels restaurant if you tell them you live in the complex. The private access to the nearby Mauna Lani Beach club is terrific for families and snorkeling beginners. I went to beach for fun almost every morning. The location is good for kona, mauna kea observatory, and those gorgeous valleys in the north side of the island. Far from Hilo and volcano (2+ hours driving). The weather or climate in this area is dry and warm compared to the cloud forest area in the south. The unit is pretty clean and well equipped. Besides full household stuff, equipment for snorkeling, beach chairs, towers, toys for beach, etc, are also provided. A guidance for the activities and quite a few brochures about the island are also provided. The kitchen is wonderful and the master bedroom and bath room are huge. A crib for kids is also provided. It is pretty good for a family of four or two families with few kids. A big LED television with built-in Apps. If you would love to watch streaming movies at night, this is a big plus. The check-in process is very smoothy. We arrived later around 10:30 to 11pm and got real-time support by text. You can get support either from airbnb messages or from their site (local) support by email, though the local support is not that promptly (but it is ok since most of things are worry-free). The major issue is the internet. The router often loses the internet connection. We had to reboot it from time to time. A little bit annoying but still tolerable. Experienced power outage once at night and the unit does provide flashlight in kitchen and bed rooms. Also experienced earthquake once for a couple of seconds (degree 6.2). Yes, it is Hawaii!

We enjoyed our stay, The house is very clean, and well stocked in the kitchen, even with first aids which becomes handy. We also liked the location, the access to Mauna Lani private beach club is a great plus. I would definitely recommend it, and will stay again in the future.

Stay here! We were a family of 4 traveling (3 adults and a 7yr old kid) and had the best time staying on the Kohala coast and unit 401. The grass space off the lanai was perfect for our son to just run around in. Also, the mature vegetation kept our lanai private with a garden/golf course view. We bbq’d a lot and the grill is fantastic. Recommend picking up some little mesquito incense burners to keep them away when you are enjoying dinner. They are not present all the time though. We shopped a little at Costco, but honestly the KTA grocery store in Waikoloa Village is only a 15 minute drive and very reasonable. It has everything you need. Having private access to the Mauna Lani beach club was huge. They have a lovely grass area and the restaurant is spendy (we went for dinner) but absolutely worth it. The beach is calm for swimming but great for snorkeling! I would definitely rent this unit again. Oh! And the upstairs King bed is delightful, slept well the whole trip.

This unit was great for our vacation. It was very clean, well stocked, and Elite Pacific's communication was great. Our favorite part of staying in this community is the access to the Beach Club at the Mauna Lani (such a great little beach).

Our stay at the Fairways #401 was great and the staff at Elite, Elise and Alyssa were very responsive and professional to work with. We had everything we needed and the condo was very spacious and comfortable. We would defintiley stay at this property and work with Elite again!
