I almost don’t want to say how great this condo was & increase the competition for it when we return to the Big Island. We will definitely be repeat guests. The condo is spacious with a gorgeous master bedroom & bathroom. The 2nd bedroom and bath are also good. There are 2 lanais (off the kitchen on the ground floor and off the master suite on the 2nd). We did not do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped for those who want to do that and there’s a lovely outdoor cooking area with grill.
We LOVED this townhouse! It was spacious, incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the back patio was beautiful and peaceful. Our family really enjoyed the private beach access - easy to get to, gorgeous and fun. We would definitely stay here again!!
Very comfortable condo situated with-in walking distance to the Fairmont Orchid and many walking and beach trails. The unit comes with access to the Beach Club at Mauna Lani with more trail, excellent restaurant and some of the best snorkeling!Our hosts were only a text away and super responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need. Plenty of linens, towels along with beach towels and beach chairs. Thank you for a great stay!
The host was very helpful when we tried to get a prescription delivered.

We were so delighted with the amenities and services offered through Gather - the concierge and luxury services were an outstanding addition to the offerings already provided in our stay. We look forward to staying here again soon! Great stay at this Fairways Townhouse. Space was clean, well appointed and perfect for our family of four. Easy stroll to the lovely pool and spa and convenient to walk to the beach to see sunsets, go to the nearby historic parks to see lava tubs and petrogyphs and a short drive to the private beach club.

GORGEOUS property
by Jenn TIt was pricy, but well worth it! The entire GORGEOUS property and amenities were included! I wish I had paid attention to the listing better. We didn’t realize the private beach front area was included until the last couple days. Sea turtles swam openly on the reef steps from the sand. Lots of comfortable padded lounges chairs, many with umbrella overhangs to keep you shaded. Amazing snorkeling area. Great paths for jogging and walking around beautiful ponds filled with eels, many different kinds of colorful fish, even puffer fish. There’s a great nature walk with lava tunnels. I can’t get over the amazing property. The townhome was great as well. Extremely spacious master bedroom/sitting area/bathroom with perfect balcony for watching the sunsets. Second bedroom was adequate and included its own private bathroom. Both bedrooms were upstairs and that allowed for a great kitchen and living area. Nice patio with grill area, included all grill accessories. Overall, I’d def stay here again
Great townhouse that is super clean and well stocked! It really has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is very quiet and the master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The twin beds apparently are a bit hard. Can highly recommend!

It was a clean and lovely unit. All the amenities were ideal. The access to the beach club was really the best part of this unit. We enjoyed the beach club a lot. The only thing lacking is a view from the unit.
Clean place with nice amenities.
The main bed was so comfortable. The house had everything we needed. Location was amazing. No complaints. The community pool was very good for young children. Had a toddler pool and the main pool didn’t get deeper than 4ft. A pleasant experience for us with our 6 & 8 year old.
Everything was exactly as listed and more. We had everything we needed for our stay with all the amenities that made it feel like home. My two sons, ages 7 and 5 stayed in one room with 2 twin beds (they asked if we preferred 2 beds or 1 large bed) and my husband and I stayed in the master. The bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with clean towels and toiletries. I appreciated all the lightswitch labels! We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen that even had tupperware which we used to pack fruit to the beach. The beach club access was great. We opted to drive during our stay. It does say things are walkable but it was pretty hot! We would definitely stay here again!
Great property Manager (Kirsten). She's a pro, very responsive, and seemed available 24/7. The property is in a terrific location with most of the conveniences you might need (be prepared with your own tech though -- e.g., any streaming services you'd like to have during your stay -- Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO, etc.).
This was a beautiful home equipped with everything we needed. The attention to detail was incredible. The host was proactive and checked in with us too, which was a nice touch. It was quiet and peaceful, giving us a comfortable place to rest after our active days. The private beach access was one of our favorite perks and shopping is also near by and convenient. We highly recommend this place for your next stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and with very clear instructions! We had use of a private beach which was lovely and easy to get to, the pool was great as well! We have stayed in a couple of locations on the big island and this area is great! Very close to lots of beautiful beaches, lots of restaurants, and a good launching spot for exploring. Our 5 year old loved it as well!

Great stay for our family of 4. Nice area - convenient to get to different parts of the island as well as different beaches, but definitely recommend a car. Unit was comfortable and well laid out. Host was very helpful and responsive. Loved our stay!
