Please be aware that pool gazebo construction will take place beginning the first week of April and is expected to last approximately 4 weeks. During this time, you may notice some construction noise, particularly during demolition and concrete work.
The pool may be temporarily closed on limited days to allow equipment access; however, it will remain open on all weekends and generally reopen after 4:00 PM on weekdays
For everyone’s safety, the active work area will be roped off. We kindly ask guests to observe all safety barriers while enjoying the pool amenities. Mahalo for your understanding, and thank you for your cooperation during this improvement project.

The resort was beautiful. The townhouse was large and comfortable. All emmenities were close by and the service was impeccable everywhere we went. Hosts very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!
Great condo and location in Mauna Lani Fairways. It overlooks the golf course and is a corner unit which provides more open space and privacy.

Attending a medical meeting at the nearby ( walkable) Fairmont Orchid. Great location with nearby grocery and great restaurants. Beach club membership allowed good beach access with a great restaurants there. Desk in one of the he upstairs bedrooms has printer that came in handy a few times for me. Very private and quiet. Perfect for our needs!! Hope to come back!

The place was 100% as described and met all our needs perfectly. The accommodations were inviting, well kept, very clean and stocked with everything a vacationer would need. The homey feel was enhanced by fully stocked cleaning supplies and even a welcome “package” in the kitchen upon arrival with detergent, new dish sponges and local coffee! Our host, Gather, kept us informed throughout the entire experience and the virtual guest manual answered questions I didn’t even know I had. The home’s location was perfect for all we wanted to do in the area. The amenities that came with the home were also perfect (conveniently located parking, an amazing resort style pool and jacuzzi, and walking distance to our morning coffee, smoothie and the grocery store that has the best poke on the island!) we would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to the Big Island and would welcome another stay here ourselves.
