A lovely time was had by all!  This is a truly nice place with all you need for vacation at your fingertips!  There is a stunning staircase, so be creative when keeping little ones safe but, it all was fine!  Wonderful two weeks!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort on North Kaniku Drive! The property is absolutely stunning—immaculately maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery. The location is perfect, close to beaches, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind.

The home itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and the lanai was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The resort amenities were a big plus—beautiful pools, walking paths, and a serene atmosphere that made our vacation truly memorable. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out seamless.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Big Island. We’d love to come back again!

We absolutely loved this home, highly recommend!!! For families is much larger than we expected and so relaxing, we did not want to leave! This place has everything you need for an amazing holiday. We felt right at home as soon as we go there, the living space is spacious and great indoor outdoor flow. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, store or transport food to beach ect. The bedrooms are lovely and the downstairs ones are huge! We loved the extra lounge and TV down stairs. The highlight was the private pool! After days out was perfect to come back to. The golf cart was epically great to get around the property or pop down to the local supermarket. The beach club was a great bonus and lots to explore around the area, the provision of beach items was awesome and convenient. We had a few meals at the nearby resorts at the restaurants highly recommend doing that.The host's was very accomodating and quick to respond a big Mahalo to them! Our only regret is we didn't stay longer!

Second time staying at this location and have been thoroughly impressed both times. Beautiful home in a quiet relaxing neighborhood. Golf cart is a wonderful touch as as my wife stayed at the house most off the time while my friend and his son were out on adventures. Gave her the ability to experience the resort while we had the rental car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Our stay last week was outstanding. Everything was exactly as described—great amenities, both in/at the unit and nearby, and we loved having access to the Beach Club. The pool area was fantastic and not crowded at all. It was very peaceful and well appointed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very well appointed, great communication with property management. Enjoyed the golf cart for getting to tennis, the beach club and the resort restaurants. Spent much time relaxing by the pool and soaking in the hot tub.

The place was great size, private, and very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and golf cart rides around the development. Hosts were proactive and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be coming back.

As soon as I booked the property, Elite Pacific Vacations (Gather) reached out with email communications, answering all my questions and arranging any special services requested. As we got closer to arrival I received text communication with perfect driving and entry directions. Upon arrival we were blown away! The pictures are accurate, however, they don’t do the property justice, it is much better in real life. The house is located in the back of the complex which we loved. It was so serene and quiet. No one around but the full time residents next door who were very warm and welcoming. This property gives you the comfort of being home and it is SPOTLESS. Everything is labeled so you know exactly where to find things. Anything and everything you need is here. The property has plenty of room to feel like you have your own space and yet also come together to grill and enjoy family meals. There is something for everyone in your party: places to go for walk/runs, playing in the property’s private pool, golf, all the beach toys and supplies for your days at the beach/exploring, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store. Each perfect day was ended by taking a little cruise on the property’s private golf cart to a beautiful, rugged, nearby beach to watch the sunset. Mahalo for everything we will be back!

My mother, father, husband and son had a wonderful time at Gather Vacations’ property. The home was very clean and comfortable. The host reached out numerous times during the stay to ensure all was well and offering assistance if we needed. We swam every day at the pools and beach. The fitness center is large and offers a nice variety of equipment. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would love to return. Thank you Gather Vacations! Hi Gather Vacations! A few things to consider for the future: - There are very few bowls. Not enough for one meal for a family of 5. It might be nice to consider offering more bowls. - The second bathroom in the basement seems to leak out the side a bit. - There are no large ladles in the kitchen. - The dresser in the primary bedroom can topple over. Luckily I caught it before it fell on me. It might be good to consider bolting it to the wall. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay! 5 stars! And thank you for the late checkout. Our stay a Mauna Lani Resort was wonderful. We had 5 adults in the house and there was enough room for everyone to have their own bedroom, bathroom, and plenty of space. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day and all we needed was the food (grocery store is a couple of blocks down the road). We went to the private beach multiple times on the golf cart; the beach chairs and coolers were perfect for bringing food/drinks and hanging out on the beach all day. We were fortunate enough to see whales jumping quite a few times!The drive to Volcano National Park is a couple of hours away; the views along the route are picturesque and we were able to stop and take pictures. Lava Lava Beach Club is about 10 minutes away and has water activities and a gorgeous sunset.We had an overall great time. The area is family-friendly, safe, and convenient.

Had a great spring break.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is clean and new, the entire community is nice, pool is great as well! The golf cart is another plus, and there are a lot of equipments in the garage as well, snorkeling masks and fins, boogie boards, floats, etc. So happy that we chose this place!

We loved our stay at 349 KaMilo. House had everything you could possibly need. Loved the pool and hot tub. Be sure to check out the Beach Club during your stay. We waited until our last day to visit and wished we had done it earlier. Long drive to visit Volcano National Park and some of the better waterfalls closer to Hilo.

We absolutely love this place and will stay here again in a heartbeat. We have stayed quite a few places that were very nice on the island but this is favorite so far! The home is decorated very nicely, the management company was very responsive, and the pool and location were excellent. The kitchen is well stocked, home has all modern amenities and lots of great toys for pool/beach. Its like an oasis, very quiet with great hot tub and lots of things to do nearby but totally relaxing at house. We recommend beach club Napua restaurant and the Maridia at The Westin for great food and views. I set up tours easily through property mgmnt website and had them set up in home couples massage, which was pure heaven poolside! Beth and Kyle with Tiare were best massages we've ever had.

Beautiful property and extremely clean. The hosts were extremely attentive. The golf cart is a convenient and useful amenity to use on the property. The house was stocked with everything you need. Do not hesitate to book this home. We had an amazing trip with many great memories.

The perfect place for a family! The property was absolutely perfect for our group and included everything you could think of. From pool floaties, sunscreen, to cooking supplies and even a golf cart, which was a huge plus given it was a great way to get to the nearby plaza and dining options. In addition, the property management company was extremely responsive and very accommodating during our stay. I’ll definitely come back and refer friends and family to this listing. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

The house is exactly as advertised - beautiful, spacious, and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with all pans and cooking utensils you could need. House comes up with plenty of paper products, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. unlike some other VRBOs. The golf cart is a fun touch that our daughter loved! We drove it around the community plus the surrounding areas. Highly recommend this house!

We had an ideal Hawaiian vacation at this incredible home on the Mauna Lani property. This was a major step up from and far more modern than many similar offerings on the island. The place was incredibly clean/organized and perfect for a group of 6-7 (including kids!). The master suite/bathroom was very large. The pool and hot tub were incredible, as was the beach club access. The home also has everything you need from towels to beach chairs. We loved our stay and hope to return in the near future.

My husband and I booked here last minute and it was perfect. More house than we needed, but the privacy of a home was what we were after vs a hotel or condo particularly during covid times. The private pool and spacious well-equipped house was enough we didn’t need to leave. However, we explored a new beach everyday. The golf cart was helpful for parking at nearby mauna lani amenities, restaurants, and beaches. The house is at the end of a road so very quiet. We met the full time neighbors next door and very friendly. We would certainly come back with kids. I did notice a pack and play for anyone traveling with an infant. There were chairs and umbrellas and other misc beach accessories which was helpful. Enjoy!

Great house! Very clean and comfortable. We have never been to an Airbnb that was so well stocked. Everything you could possibly need is there. We loved how everything in the kitchen was labeled. Plenty of plates, glasses etc. The management company was amazing! They were so responsive to any questions we had. Overall it was a great rental.

Amazing place! Would highly recommend staying here, the Elite team was superb and the location and access to the golf cart and beach club was fantastic! Will def be back!
