We've stayed at the Mauna Lani Terrace several times, and this condo ranks among the best. Great location, high quality finishes, responsive management.

So nice! Everything you need for the perfect vacation. We have stayed at Mauna Lani for years. We now have adult children so we needed more room than a hotel. It didn’t disappoint. First time in the terrace and we did t want to leave. It was everything we could’ve asked for. Felt like we were home with perfect beds, linens, well stocked kitchen. Perfect proximity to hotel. Honestly didn’t want to leave. 5 stars.

Wow factor condo! next door to Mauna Lani Auberge Resort's 2 beaches, bar, surf shack, equipment rentals, and restaurants (but no access to it's pools or beach lounge chairs. The condo has its own private beautiful pool). Condo also has incredible ocean views, super comfortable beds, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and a great BBQ, outdoor kitchen, and dining area down by the private pool.  The surf shack next door serves food and drinks (lunch and dinner) and has Hawaiian music every evening. You can't use the lounge chairs at the Mauna Lani resort next door, but you can set up your own beach chairs on a nice grass area (with a huge shade tree) right next to the resort's beach and surf shack. It's a very quiet, upscale area. Grocery just down the street. Beach chairs, snorkels, towels are provided.  Air conditioner is great but master bedroom gets a little warm. There are fans you can set up to blow cold air down the hall into the room to fix that.

Wow, just returned from wonderful stay. The family is already pining to to be back in Mauna Lani Terrace. Condo has amazing view, close to beach, spacious layout, great kitchen, etc.. Just perfect. Truly can't wait to visit again.

We loved our stay! The only small hiccup was unlocking the door with the door code, but once we got past that the rest was great! We'll be back!

From the moment we opened the door and walked on the antique rugs on our way to the amazing lanai and view, we knew we were in for a treat. We will definitely be returning to this unit.

Gorgeous, well appointed condo in an ideal location, both for beach access and unlimited sunset views! We ended up staying in most evenings. Well stocked, meal preparations were easy. Our manager and the people at Elite Pacific were very responsive, but we didn't need to contact them for much. Our entire experience was pretty seamless. Would come back without hesitation.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for a great family vacation. Private and quiet place with a great community pool. The location is perfect, easy access to great beaches and snorkeling with wildlife. Hosts were responsive, thoughtful, and made sure that our check in/out were very smooth. Highly recommend!

My husband, our 3 daughters, and I visited the property at the end of June. It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware we needed, which was very appreciated. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. We regularly used the pool and communal grills, which were spotless. Snorkeling off the beach at the beach club was amazing! We also made use of umbrellas and beach toys that were provided for guests’ to enjoy. We have stayed in many VRBOs, and this one topped them all.

Amazing view! On the one hand, being close to the Auberge has its perks (morning coffee), but the late night wedding party’s can get old. Fortunately there were only 2 during our 15 days. The unit is well appointed for staying home and cooking. If you are a person who requires lots of A/C, the top unit’s master bed room has a design flaw that causes it to be 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Not a big deal for us, but worth noting. Would gladly return.

The condo is beautiful and clean and well appointed. Great location next to the Auberge Hotel and also the beach club/ Napua restaurant. Amazing views/ large space which was great for our family of five. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook. Nice outdoor dining on the deck. Couple things that were not clear- there is no gym associated with the condo, and the concierge services were not the best but would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful condo! Corner unit so views surround you when you walk in. We ended up cooking here most nights so we could admire the view on our deck! Property manager was very prompt in replying if we had questions! I can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back!

Wow! This condo has everything you could ask for in a Hawaii destination. The location is truly one-of-a-kind, located right on the ocean next to the delightful Mauna Lani hotel and historic Hawaiian fish ponds. Every room has a stunning ocean view, and we had loads of space for our family of three. The kitchen is well-stocked with brand new appliances and lots of pots, pans, utensils. Don't want to cook? Walk one minute and enjoying the dining options at the Mauna Lani hotel. World-class snorkeling and an excellent full-service dive operator are just steps away too. Truly a vacation in paradise!

This particular unit is stunning. Honestly, the pictures online do not fully capture the spectacular views. We spent 5 nights and 6 days here with 6 adults. The art and decor is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything a cook could ask for, beach chairs and umbrella brand new. The location from the beach and pool perfect. You can tell the owners take care to ensure their guests are well taken care of. This third floor penthouse comes with everything you could possibly ask for. This three bedroom was immaculately clean and lovely. The property managers were responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was just what we were looking for. Spacious and well cared for with all the amenities. Great location with a nice pool and access to the Mauna Lani Beach club (not to be confused with the Mauna Lani hotel). Will definitely be back!

Incredible condo with panoramic ocean views and all the amenities one could possibly need! We had a wonderful time.

We stayed at the Mauna Lani Terrace Unit A3 for 14 days in early February. The unit was beautifully appointed. Recently renovated with top of the line furnishings. Very tastefully decorated. Top floor with abundant sunlight and great views. The building is right next to the Mauna Lani Auberge Resort so very convenient to stroll over for a meal or drink, or to the nearby beach.  Can’t image a better place to stay on the Big Island!
