Great place to stay. We always found parking in our area. It was quiet and in the middle of everything. Great central location. Walked to dinner a couple nights.

The condo was very nice. I loved how it was decorated. Felt like i was at home. Beds were very comfortable. Was nice to have a bedroom too. 

When i come back to Kauai, this will be my home away from home.

This was our first time in Kauai, and we absolutely loved having this place as our home base for the week. The location is perfect — super close to the beach (think sunrise walks), and the pools, jacuzzis, and outdoor showers were a huge bonus for our family after long beach and travel days. We had everything we needed — beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys — all the gear made it so easy to just relax and enjoy. Sitting on the patio on a rainy night, walking around the property through green and trees, and listening to morning waves were absolute highlights. The kitchen was great for making meals and staying within budget, and having laundry nearby was super convenient mid trip and before flying. Exploring the island was wonderful but coming "home" in the evenings was a comforting relief. Everything was really well thought out for families. We've told everyone we know about this place and we’d definitely come back!!

We came to rest and relax, to finish healing from surgeries and life’s challenges. The comfort and peacefulness of your condo were just what we needed. Having the close options of the beach and ocean or the pool was perfect. We also had the delight of a beach side restaurant at Lava Lava which we highly recommend. As we rested and grew stronger we explored further. We drove up the canyon and were amazed. We kayaked the Waimea and grew stronger. We rented bicycles from Boss Frog as we continued to heal. Walking, sight-seeing, shopping was all clods by. We could start our morning on our own private lanai with birds singing. It was perfect for us and we are so grateful. Our personal host was Janie and she was as close as a text but never bothered us. Thank you for helping to heal these two people in their 80th years!

Great location on Kauai. We had an amazing time. I was very pleased with how well stocked the condo was. Great communication during check-in and check-out.

Came here on a girls trip so the space was perfect. Parking was easy, Pool was never crowded and we are a short walk to shops and restaurants. Beach is a short walk from the room. Would definitely book again.

It's a very basic, but reasonable for the price accommodation with a lot of extras which were really appreciated, like beach chairs, extra towels, extra blankets, plastic containers, shopping bags and SUPER nice mattresses, best I ever slept on in any airbnb or hotel. The fancy nearby resort restaurant is really good, the beach is close. Check out the espresso at the Coconut market. Thank you for the stay and for the gifts!

Everything you need, and then some. I have had stayed in a lot of vacation rentals around the world, and I would say this was amongst the best.

It had all the necessities in terms of Tupperware, cookware, etc. The playpen and high chair were super convenient for our toddler, and the beach items (balls, floats, beach chairs, etc) were a great plus. The only complaints we had were that the apartment was not very well lit and we could hear the cars from the street nearby, but everything else was great.

The location is close to food and stores. The unit is also located close to the laundry room and the pool. You get great privacy. Mahalo for trusting us with this place. The staff is great as well. Cannot wait to check me back!

I did late check-in, instructions were to call security from guest service area. They came quickly but unfortunately there was a error on the paperwork/key card it had the unit #wrong. Fortunately the email had the right unit and it worked fine. Beach was a short walk along a hidden walkway across the street from on the parking lot (about 10-15 ft left of the fire hydrant). Beach towels and chairs were available for use. Coconut market is walking distance and Longs drugs too opposite direction. (A little further) Plenty of bath towels, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent even an umbrella. Parking is on site but tight. If you have long day out and arrive late you might have to park in the adjacent lot. But still on site. Keep in mind traffic can back up getting out near coconut market entrance so we used the longs drugs side entrance, it was a bit faster especially when making a right towards downtown Kapa'a about a 10 min drive if no traffic. 

Loved everything! Quick response to questions, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle.

My husband, daughter and I had a very pleasant stay at this condo. The location provided a really nice base on the island, making it easy to get everywhere. Downside to the location is that there is sometimes traffic in the area that can back up making it take a while to get out of the complex. Lastly, the condo itself is at the back of the building so it butts up against the main road. If you are particularly sensitive to vehicle noise, this could be an issue. For us, it really didn't bother us once we were inside and had fans/AC on. 

The condo itself was very well appointed with just about everything you would need. We really appreciated all the items that we could use for our beach excursions including chairs, umbrellas, a cooler bag, and beach towels! While the pools are smaller, it's really nice having three of them. They were never busy at all.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary. The location was fantastic with being right in the middle of the east side of the island. It made it easy to go either to the north or south side of the island to spend our day. Really nice shopping and restaurant selections within walking distance. The bed and linens were comfortable and the living room and dining furniture were very nice. It's a small condo. Though there were two queen beds in the bedroom, I don't think I would want more than two people staying in there. It would be hard to move around the walkways. It's a good size for just two people. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The place was very clean and very well equipped with all the stuff we needed for our stay. Great location to drive to either south or the north of Kauai.

It was so welcoming and the PERFECT vacation home! Would love to come back and stay here! ❤️

A bit smaller than we thought but we loved it!! Wasn’t nearly as crowded as all of the other hotels and the staff was lovely. The walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes!

It was clean, comfortable and accommodating!

There is a market and beach right next to it.

Plus-es of the stay:

- no insects! also there was non disturbing, mild pest treatment done during our stay as we were away
- AC was oldish and small, but it worked just fine to cool down the space + was programmable (we could set it on tem 2-3 hr before we are back home)
- kitchen was very well equipped, even with small minor details. No dishwasher though, but it was not a problem for us.
- Plantation Suits personal was very much available and attentive. Brought us beach towels right away, brought us blankets and such..
- House was very "livable", meaning there were laundry beans, beach chairs, vagon car to load it all to carry to the beach, even a buggy board, iron board and plenty of towels (enough for 10 day vacation of 4!!!)
- laundry room is just by the unit. Requires app to install and put $$ on the account to use it. Otherwise, was very clean and worked just fine.
- stay location was EXCELLENT: close to all the grocery stores, close to the beach and kinda mid island, so equal way to both ways

Clean, had all the necessities. We felt the company went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Definitely would recommend them and would book again if I'm ever back in Kauai!

Amazing stay 10/10 would recommend!

It's clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. It's quiet, although if you want to sleep with windows open you will hear noise from the nearby road. Parking is included. The AC is a little loud, but works fine. There are some basic cooking supplies, lots of toiletries and beach supplies- we appreciated the sand chairs and boogie board. You can walk to the beach, but better to drive a short distance to Lydgate Beach. Nearby restaurant recommendations: Lemongrass Cafe ( Thai and more!) Sam's Ocean View Restaurant - hit the happy hour - Mermaid Grill, Sleeping Giant Grill, and Daddy-Os in Lihue. The grounds are lovely, walking distance to shops and food. All the tropical décor makes it fun. Recommended!

- couch in the living room is good, but needs extra rug under it as it slides on the floor extra easily and hard to seat on or sleep on
