The grand entrance is adorned with the incredible double-staircase, and leads into the bright and spacious open-concept main room that includes the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as a central common space with 2 couches. All common rooms gaze out to the lanai and spectacular ocean views beyond. The living room is furnished with a large wraparound couch in front of a large mounted smart TV that hangs above the toasty fireplace. The gourmet kitchen comes with all stainless steel appliances, ample marble counter space, a large central island counter with guest seating, a wine cooler and an expansive wet bar for entertaining guests while cooking up some delicious culinary delicacies, and enjoy your meals at the formal indoor dining table that seats 8.

There is an additional family room with ample seating options, a piano & guitars, and a large smart television that is perfect for family movie nights. The wellness & fitness room comes with weights & exercise equipment for an in-home workout or yoga session and a small fridge for a cool post-workout drink.
